A curved surface grid trash remover with adjustable grid spacing is applicable to the technical field of water pollution treatment. The device mainly comprises a main scraping plate, a grille, a quadrilateral expansion bracket, a push rod and a hinge; the grid is arc-shaped curved surface, the concave surface of the grid is used as the water facing side facing water flow, the grid strip water facing side and the grid strip water backing side are respectively fixed at the rotating shaft position of the quadrangular expansion bracket through hinges, and the end head of the quadrangular expansion bracket is connected with a motor through a push rod. The uniform amplitude adjustment of the grid spacing is realized through synchronous expansion of the quadrangular expansion brackets on the water facing side and the water backing side, so that the grid interception efficiency is adjusted; the grid bars are rotated through asynchronous expansion of the quadrangular expansion brackets, so that water storage is realized. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water pollution treatment, and is particularly suitable for removing dirt from a grid of solid pollutants in water.
Background
The grid sewage disposal equipment is generally used on a water inlet channel of sewage treatment or at an inlet of a water collecting tank of a lifting pump station, and has the main effects of intercepting large solid pollutants in the sewage in a suspended or floating state, reducing the load of a subsequent water treatment process, protecting a water pump, a pipeline, an instrument and the like.
The common grid machine in the sewage treatment industry mainly comprises a rotary type, a grabbing and raking type and a rotating arm type.
The rotary grating trash remover adopts the rake teeth to assemble a group of rotary grating chains, and the rake teeth chains are driven by the motor to perform rotary motion in the reverse water flow direction, so that various sundries in the ditch can be continuously and automatically intercepted and removed, the automation degree is high, the separation efficiency is high, the running interval of equipment can be randomly adjusted, and the periodic running is realized. However, the rotary grating machine has a plurality of movable parts, is easy to fail, particularly, the movable connecting parts are in long-term contact with sewage, the equipment is blocked and scrapped after corrosion, and the rotary filter plate at the bottom of the equipment does not participate in filtration, so that a water supply channel causes larger water pressure drop.
The grabbing and raking type grating machine drives the deslagging toothed harrow to move through instructions, and the grating slag at a preset position is salvaged, lifted and sent into the garbage storage bin. The whole machine has low energy consumption, can realize full automation, has wide application range, and is particularly suitable for the grid slag removal condition of multi-channel or wide-channel water inflow. The rotary arm type grating machine drives the rotary harrow to rotate by utilizing a transmission device, scrapes grating residues trapped on the curved grating and sends the grating residues into a garbage storage bin. The grid machine has the characteristics of low running power, easiness in operation, simple structure, convenience in maintenance, small water pressure loss and simplicity in control compared with the former two grid machines.
The grids are classified into a coarse grid, a middle grid and a fine grid according to the different intervals of the grids. When the grating is actually operated, the grating with a certain grating pitch can be selected according to the requirement of interception efficiency, so that the grating pitch is fixed. Then, due to seasonal, weather or productive and living changes, the flow rate of the ditch and the content and the block degree of the solid pollutants can fluctuate, if the load exceeds the rated working condition range of the grid machine, the grid can be blocked, and the grid becomes the bottleneck of the ditch; in the water shortage season, people want to store water in the water channel.

The grid bars are rotated through asynchronous expansion of the quadrangular expansion brackets on the water facing side and the water backing side, the size of gaps among the grid bars is changed, and then the water passing area of the grid machine is adjusted, so that water storage is realized. Therefore, the invention has the functions of grating interception and water storage.

The curved surface grating trash remover with adjustable grating spacing is placed in a ditch, so that the grating 6 is arranged in the ditch in a semi-exposed inclined mode. When the device works, solid pollutants are intercepted on the concave surface of the grid 6, and when grid slag needs to be cleaned, the main motor 2 is started to drive the main scraper 1 to rotate, and the main scraper 1 salvages the intercepted grid slag from bottom to top along the curved surface of the grid 6. When the end head of the main scraper 1 reaches the top of the grid 6, the auxiliary scraper 5 rotates under the driving action of the auxiliary motor 3 and pushes grid slag on the main scraper 1 into the garbage bin 7. Because the spring 4 is arranged on the auxiliary scraping plate 5, the end head of the auxiliary scraping plate 5 can stretch and contract, so that the close contact between the end head of the auxiliary scraping plate 5 and the main scraping plate 1 is ensured, and the slag of the main scraping plate 1 is completely cleaned. Then, the main scraper 1 and the auxiliary scraper 5 return to the original positions to wait for the next round of grating slag to be salvaged.
When the channel condition changes and the grid spacing is required to be improved, the motor A9 and the motor B11 are started to synchronously push the push rod 10 for the water facing side and the back water side, so that the quadrilateral telescopic frames 8 on the water facing side and the back water side synchronously shrink. Since the quadrangular expansion bracket 8 is easy to deform and the lengths of the connecting rods 14 between the adjacent rotating shafts 15 are equal, when the quadrangular expansion bracket 8 is contracted, the equal-amplitude interval is reduced at the crossing points of the connecting rods 14, and the equal-amplitude interval is reduced at the grid bars 12 arranged on the rotating shafts 15 at the crossing points of the quadrangular expansion bracket 8 through the hinges 16. At the same time, the bars 12 located in the bar reservoir 13 enter the interception area as the bars 12 become denser. When the interception efficiency of the solid pollutants needs to be reduced, the push rod 10 is synchronously pulled back through the motor A9 and the motor B11, the distance between the grid bars 12 is increased in an equal amplitude, and the redundant grid bars 12 enter the grid bar storage layer 13.
When the water is stored in the ditch, the quadrilateral telescopic frames 8 on the water facing side and the water backing side are telescopic to different degrees by starting the motor A9 and/or the motor B11, so that the hinges 16 on the water facing side and the water backing side of the grid 12 are misplaced, and the grid 12 is driven to rotate. When the rotation angle reaches 90 degrees, the gaps between the grid bars 12 can be completely sealed, so that water flow blocking is realized. When the ditch is required to be drained, the hinges 16 on the water facing side and the water back side of the grid bars 12 are staggered back to the opposite positions through the motor A9 and/or the motor B11, the gaps between the grid bars 12 are increased, the water passing area is increased, the grid does not store water, and water flows through.
