Based on the system architecture, the reloading monitoring process of the railway locomotive vehicle-mounted data provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
the server receives vehicle-mounted data and stores the vehicle-mounted data to a database; and detecting whether the latest version of the planned vehicle-mounted data exists in the database according to a set time interval mode, and if so, sending the vehicle-mounted version information of the latest version of the planned vehicle-mounted data to the corresponding wireless vehicle-mounted terminal until the wireless vehicle-mounted terminal successfully stores the information.

Specifically, the electronic tag identification device identifies the electronic tag information installed at the bottom of the locomotive through a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, and the AEI host automatically identifies the car number information and the locomotive attachment information in the locomotive image by using an image identification algorithm, where the image identification algorithm is not particularly limited.
Further, in order to position and track the locomotive entering the garage in real time, the server starts to position the position of the locomotive in real time and records the position of the locomotive as the garage when the locomotive reaches a garage entrance; updating the location of the locomotive into a garage when the locomotive enters the garage; when the locomotive reaches a garage exit gate, updating the position of the locomotive as garage exit; and continuously positioning the position of the locomotive in real time after the locomotive is delivered out of the garage to realize the positioning and tracking of the locomotive entering the garage, thereby facilitating the management and maintenance.
Further, in order to realize the reminding that the locomotive entering the garage is not discharged after the preset time length after being stored in the garage, the server starts a timer to start timing when the locomotive reaches the garage entering gate; inquiring the position of the locomotive in the record when the timing duration reaches the preset timer duration; if the position of the locomotive is in a warehouse or a warehouse, warning information is given; and if the position of the locomotive is taken out of the warehouse, continuously positioning the position of the locomotive in real time.
Further, because locomotive maintenance is an important work of detection personnel every day and is also an important guarantee of locomotive running safety, the locomotive needs to be maintained when entering a garage in daily life, the maintenance personnel needs to be intelligently informed to maintain, the maintenance process needs to be monitored and managed, and each locomotive cannot be missed, therefore, after the server automatically acquires the locomotive information and the vehicle-mounted version information of the locomotive, warning information is given according to the locomotive information of the locomotive to prompt locomotive maintenance, so that the locomotive can be forecasted and the detection personnel can be reminded to perform maintenance operation and management when a locomotive part has a fault, part of the faults can be automatically alarmed at the intelligent terminal.
Preferably, the server may give the warning information through the intelligent terminal.

step S100: when the locomotive arrives at the warehousing gate, locomotive information of the locomotive and vehicle-mounted version information of vehicle-mounted data are automatically acquired.
Specifically, when the wheel sensor detects that the locomotive reaches the warehousing gate, the electronic tag identification equipment is triggered to identify the electronic tag information installed at the bottom of the locomotive, and the image acquisition equipment is triggered to automatically acquire an image of the locomotive;

Step S101: inquiring vehicle-mounted version information of the corresponding plan vehicle-mounted data of the latest version in the database according to the locomotive information of the locomotive; judging whether the locomotive needs to be reloaded or not according to the acquired vehicle-mounted version information and the vehicle-mounted version information of the corresponding planned vehicle-mounted data of the latest version; if yes, go to step S102, otherwise, end the process.

Preferably, the warning information can be given through the intelligent terminal in a video, animation or voice mode, for example, the information of the vehicle type, the vehicle number, the ID of the reloading personnel and the like of the locomotive needing reloading is broadcasted in the intelligent terminal through voice so as to prompt the reloading personnel to reload the vehicle-mounted data; or the intelligent terminal can pop up a field video monitoring picture (video monitoring function) for visually checking the locomotive and locomotive information, and the video recording can be played back when a problem exists.
Step S103: and receiving verification result information, locomotive information, vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and train operation records which are returned by the wireless vehicle-mounted device after the verification is finished.
Specifically, the verification result information includes: a verification success record or a verification failure record.
Step S104: and giving out warning information according to the verification result information, and analyzing the verification result information, the locomotive information, the vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and the train operation record.
Preferably, the intelligent terminal can give out warning information in a video, animation or voice mode, and when the verification fails, the intelligent terminal can give out warning information in a video, animation or voice mode so as to remind the reloading personnel to perform corresponding processing; and when the verification is successful, the intelligent terminal gives out the verified warning information in a video, animation or voice mode.
Further, after the step S100, warning information is given according to the locomotive information of the locomotive to prompt locomotive maintenance, so that locomotive warehousing is realized, detection personnel are reminded to perform maintenance operation and management, and when a locomotive component has a fault, part of faults can be automatically alarmed at the intelligent terminal.
Preferably, warning information can be given through an intelligent terminal according to the locomotive information of the locomotive.
Further, when the locomotive arrives at the warehousing gate, the centralized management device starts to position the position of the locomotive in real time and records the position of the locomotive as warehousing; updating the location of the locomotive into a garage when the locomotive enters the garage; when the locomotive reaches a garage exit gate, updating the position of the locomotive as garage exit; and continuously positioning the position of the locomotive in real time after the locomotive is delivered out of the garage so as to realize the positioning and tracking of the locomotive entering the garage.

Step S202: and giving out warning information according to the verification result information, returning the verification result information, the locomotive information, the vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and the train operation record to the centralized management device, giving out the warning information by the centralized management device according to the verification result information, and analyzing the verification result information, the locomotive information, the vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and the train operation record.
Specifically, the verification result information includes: a verification success record or a verification failure record; if the verification is successful, corresponding warning information is given through animation or voice, for example, "verification is successful-vehicle version is correct-please pull the card"; if the verification fails, corresponding warning information is given through animation or voice, for example, "failure of verification-failure of reading the card by the train operation monitoring device or version error", or "failure of verification-version error in the vehicle-mounted display at one end", or "failure of verification-version error in the vehicle-mounted display at two ends".
Specifically, there are two main reasons for version errors: the IC card data is not updated (i.e. not reloaded).
Specifically, the wireless vehicle-mounted device returns the verification result information, the locomotive information, the vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and the train operation record to the centralized management device for analysis and processing so as to transmit the verification result information, the locomotive information, the vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and the train operation record to the centralized management device in real time, so that the timeliness and the efficiency of data analysis can be improved, and the data tracing in the later period is facilitated; in addition, the wireless vehicle-mounted device gives out warning information according to the verification result information, and can remind a reloading worker to complete all reloading operation flows; the verification result information, the locomotive information, the vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and the train operation record of the wireless vehicle-mounted device are returned to the centralized management device; the centralized management device also gives out corresponding warning information; therefore, alarms are given at both ends of the wireless vehicle-mounted device and the centralized management device to remind reloaders to complete all reloading operation flows.
In order to implement the foregoing method, embodiments of the present invention provide a centralized management device and a wireless vehicle-mounted device, and because the principle of solving the problem of the device is similar to that of the method, the implementation process and the implementation principle of the device can be described by referring to the implementation process and the implementation principle of the foregoing method, and repeated details are not described again.

inquiring vehicle-mounted version information of the corresponding plan vehicle-mounted data of the latest version in the database according to the locomotive information of the locomotive; judging whether the locomotive needs to be reloaded or not according to the acquired vehicle-mounted version information and the vehicle-mounted version information of the corresponding planned vehicle-mounted data of the latest version;
if so, warning information is given according to the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data of the latest version to prompt the reloading of the vehicle-mounted data, and the vehicle-mounted version information of the vehicle-mounted data after the reloading is verified by the wireless vehicle-mounted device according to the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data of the latest version after the reloading of the vehicle-mounted data is completed;
receiving verification result information, locomotive information, vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and train operation records which are returned by the wireless vehicle-mounted device after the verification is finished;
warning information is given according to the verification result information, and the verification result information, the locomotive information, the vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and the train operation record are analyzed;
the vehicle-mounted version information includes: the system comprises a vehicle type, a vehicle number, data version information, program version information, generation version information, communication version information, reloading personnel identity identification, reloading time, wheel diameter, train operation records, a driver number and a secondary driver number;
after the vehicle-mounted data is reloaded, acquiring vehicle-mounted version information of the reloaded vehicle-mounted data;
acquiring vehicle-mounted version information of vehicle-mounted data after reloading is completed, wherein the vehicle-mounted version information comprises the following steps:
acquiring vehicle-mounted version information in the train operation monitoring device and program version information in a vehicle-mounted display at one end and a vehicle-mounted display at two ends;
the verification of the vehicle-mounted version information of the vehicle-mounted data after the reloading is finished according to the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data of the latest version comprises the following steps:
comparing the vehicle-mounted version information in the train operation monitoring device with the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, comparing the program version information in the vehicle-mounted display at one end with the program version information in the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, and comparing the program version information in the vehicle-mounted display at the two ends with the program version information in the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data;
if the vehicle-mounted version information in the train operation monitoring device is the same as the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, the program version information in the vehicle-mounted display at one end is the same as the program version information in the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, and the program version information in the vehicle-mounted display at the two ends is the same as the program version information in the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, replacing the vehicle-mounted data for verification successfully, recording a corresponding verification success record, and taking the verification success record as verification result information;
if the vehicle-mounted version information in the train operation monitoring device is the same as the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data; and/or program version information in a vehicle-mounted display at one end is different from program version information in vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data; and/or if the program version information in the two-end vehicle-mounted display is different from the program version information in the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, the vehicle-mounted data fails to be reloaded and verified, corresponding verification failure records are recorded, and the verification failure records are used as verification result information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after automatically obtaining the locomotive information and on-board version information for the locomotive, the method further comprises:
and giving out warning information according to the locomotive information of the locomotive so as to prompt locomotive maintenance.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when a locomotive reaches a warehousing gate, positioning the position of the locomotive in real time and recording the position of the locomotive as warehousing; updating the location of the locomotive into a garage when the locomotive enters the garage; when the locomotive reaches a garage exit gate, updating the position of the locomotive as garage exit;
and continuously positioning the position of the locomotive in real time after the locomotive is delivered from the garage.

the acquiring of the vehicle-mounted version information of the vehicle-mounted data after the reloading is completed comprises the following steps:
acquiring vehicle-mounted version information in the train operation monitoring device and program version information in a vehicle-mounted display at one end and a vehicle-mounted display at two ends;
the verification of the vehicle-mounted version information of the vehicle-mounted data after the reloading is finished according to the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data of the latest version comprises the following steps:
comparing the vehicle-mounted version information in the train operation monitoring device with the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, comparing the program version information in the vehicle-mounted display at one end with the program version information in the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, and comparing the program version information in the vehicle-mounted display at the two ends with the program version information in the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data;

the reminding module is used for giving warning information according to the vehicle-mounted version information of the latest version of the planned vehicle-mounted data to prompt the reloading of the vehicle-mounted data when the judging module judges that the locomotive needs to be reloaded, and the wireless vehicle-mounted device verifies the vehicle-mounted version information of the vehicle-mounted data after the reloading is finished according to the vehicle-mounted version information of the latest version of the planned vehicle-mounted data after the reloading is finished;
the receiving module is also used for receiving verification result information, locomotive information, vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and train operation records which are returned by the wireless vehicle-mounted device after the verification is finished;
the reminding module is also used for giving out warning information according to the verification result information and analyzing the verification result information, locomotive information, vehicle-mounted version information after the reloading and train operation records;
the vehicle-mounted version information includes: the system comprises a vehicle type, a vehicle number, data version information, program version information, generation version information, communication version information, a reloading personnel identification ID, reloading time, a wheel diameter, a train operation record, a driver number and a secondary driver number;

if the vehicle-mounted version information in the train operation monitoring device is the same as the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data; and/or program version information in a vehicle-mounted display at one end is different from program version information in vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data; and/or if the program version information in the two-end vehicle-mounted display is different from the program version information in the vehicle-mounted version information of the planned vehicle-mounted data, the vehicle-mounted data fails to be reloaded and verified, corresponding verification failure records are recorded, and the verification failure records are used as verification result information.
8. The centralized management device of claim 7, wherein the reminding module is further configured to give warning information according to locomotive information of the locomotive to prompt locomotive maintenance.
9. The centralized management apparatus of claim 7 or 8, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
