Abstract

本发明公开了一种混凝土搅拌装置，包括搅拌桶、支撑脚架、搅拌桶盖、出料口、减速机、电机、控制器、搅拌棒和螺旋叶片，所述的搅拌桶上固定在支撑脚架上，搅拌桶上安装有出料口和控制器，搅拌桶的顶上通过铰链和锁扣安装有搅拌桶盖；所述的搅拌桶的底面中心设置有减速机，减速机与电机相连接，所述的电机与控制器相连接；所述的搅拌棒与减速机相连，搅拌棒上设置有螺旋叶片；还包括隔离罩和连接件，所述的隔离罩套设在螺旋叶片外，并通过连接件固定安装在搅拌桶内。本发明的混凝土搅拌装置使用螺旋叶片进行搅拌使搅拌桶中的混凝土在搅拌时形成回流，进行二次混合，搅拌更充分。

一种混凝土搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明属于建筑工程技术领域，具体的涉及一种混凝土搅拌装置。
背景技术
众所周知，诸如混凝土搅拌机等混凝土搅拌装置是一种被广泛应用于建筑生产的设备，它主要起到对制备混凝土的搅拌或搅合作用。在大型工地中混凝土的搅拌通常有大型的搅拌机搅拌或是直接从混凝土加工厂中运输来；但是在需要少量混凝土作业时往往会进行人工搅拌或是使用小型混凝土搅拌机，人工搅拌耗时费力，搅拌效率低；小型混凝土搅拌机需说工作效率比人工高，但是却不能快速的搅拌或是搅拌不充分。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是设计一种小型的能快速完成混凝土搅拌且搅拌充分的混凝土搅拌装置。
一种混凝土搅拌装置，包括搅拌桶、支撑脚架、搅拌桶盖、出料口、减速机、电机、控制器、搅拌棒和螺旋叶片，所述的搅拌桶上固定在支撑脚架上，搅拌桶上安装有出料口和控制器，搅拌桶的顶上通过铰链和锁扣安装有搅拌桶盖；所述的搅拌桶的底面中心设置有减速机，减速机与电机相连接，所述的电机与控制器相连接；所述的搅拌棒与减速机相连，搅拌棒上设置有螺旋叶片；还包括隔离罩和连接件，所述的隔离罩套设在螺旋叶片外，并通过连接件固定安装在搅拌桶内。
本发明的搅拌装置使用的是螺旋叶片搅拌，在螺旋叶片的作用下混凝土会随着螺旋叶片的旋转而向上移动，使混凝土得到充分的混合，在隔离罩的作用下可以使混凝土更容易的随着螺旋叶片的旋转而上升，使混凝土形成搅拌回流。
进一步，还包括搅拌棒安装座，搅拌棒安装座设置在搅拌桶盖上，用于稳定搅拌棒的顶端，保证搅拌棒旋转时不偏心。
进一步，所述的连接件为倾斜设置的板，在混凝土回流到最顶端落下时再次对混凝土进行二次混合。
进一步，所述的隔离罩的最底面相距搅拌桶底面50～80cm。
进一步，所述的螺旋叶片的最低点相距搅拌桶底面10～20cm。
本发明的优点在于：
1.本发明的混凝土搅拌装置使用螺旋叶片进行搅拌使搅拌桶中的混凝土在搅拌时形成回流，搅拌更充分；
2.在螺旋叶片外设置有隔离罩和连接件，在搅拌过程时使混凝土更容易形成回流并在连接件的作用下进行二次混合，这样可以快速、充分的完成混凝土的搅拌工作。

具体实施方式
下面我们通过具体实施案例详细说明本发明：
如图1或图2所示，一种混凝土搅拌装置，包括搅拌桶1、支撑脚架2、搅拌桶盖3、出料口4、减速机5、电机6、控制器7、搅拌棒8和螺旋叶片9，所述的搅拌桶1上固定在支撑脚架2上，搅拌桶1上安装有出料口4和控制器7，搅拌桶1的顶上通过铰链和锁扣安装有搅拌桶盖3；所述的搅拌桶1的底面中心设置有减速机5，减速机5与电机6相连接，所述的电机6与控制器7相连接；所述的搅拌棒8与减速机5相连，搅拌棒8上设置有螺旋叶片9；还包括隔离罩10和连接件11，所述的隔离罩10套设在螺旋叶片9外，并通过连接件11固定安装在搅拌桶1内。
还包括搅拌棒安装座12，搅拌棒安装座12设置在搅拌桶盖3上，用于稳定搅拌棒的顶端，保证搅拌棒8旋转时不偏心；所述的搅拌棒安装座12由轴承及轴承座组成，在轴承的前方设置有避空部，把搅拌桶盖合上时避免搅拌棒8被卡住，使搅拌棒8顺利的插进搅拌棒安装座12。
所述的连接件11为倾斜设置的板，在隔离罩10上均匀的设置有6个连接件11，连接件的11的倾斜角为30到60°，优选的倾斜度为45°。
所述的隔离罩10的最底面相距搅拌桶1底面50～80cm，优选的距离为50cm，避免混凝土被完全隔离导致混合不充分。
所述的螺旋叶片9的最低点相距搅拌桶1底面10～20cm，优选的距离为10cm，这样可以使搅拌桶1内底层的混凝土也可以得到回流搅拌。

1.一种混凝土搅拌装置，包括搅拌桶(1)、支撑脚架(2)、搅拌桶盖(3)、出料口(4)、减速机(5)、电机(6)、控制器(7)、搅拌棒(8)和螺旋叶片(9)，所述的搅拌桶(1)上固定在支撑脚架(2)上，搅拌桶(1)上安装有出料口(4)和控制器(7)，搅拌桶(1)的顶上通过铰链和锁扣安装有搅拌桶盖(3)；所述的搅拌桶(1)的底面中心设置有减速机(5)，减速机(5)与电机(6)相连接，所述的电机(6)与控制器(7)相连接；所述的搅拌棒(8)与减速机(5)相连，搅拌棒(8)上设置有螺旋叶片(9)；
其特征在于，还包括隔离罩(10)和连接件(11)，所述的隔离罩(10)套设在螺旋叶片(9)外，并通过连接件(11)固定安装在搅拌桶(1)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土搅拌装置，其特征在于，还包括搅拌棒安装座(12)，搅拌棒安装座(12)设置在搅拌桶盖(3)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种混凝土搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述的连接件(11)为倾斜设置的板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种混凝土搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述的隔离罩(10)的最底面相距搅拌桶(1)底面50～80cm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种混凝土搅拌装置，其特征在于，所述的螺旋叶片(9)的最低点相距搅拌桶(1)底面10～20cm。
