本发明涉及一种滤芯,包括上端盖和下端盖,在上端盖和下端盖之间安装外骨架和内骨架,内骨架和外骨架之间设置多层过滤层;在所述上端盖上设置进水接口,进水接口与内骨架中的过滤腔连通;其特征是:在每个过滤层之间设置中间骨架;在所述过滤腔中设置上缓冲座和下缓冲座,上缓冲座和下缓冲座的上表面均朝向进水接口一侧凸起,下缓冲座安装在过滤腔的底部,上缓冲座与过滤腔的内壁之间存在一定距离。在所述下端盖的底部设置与过滤壳体底部安装槽相配合的定位座,在定位座上设置连接头,连接头上设置外螺纹,连接头通过外螺纹与过滤壳体安装槽中的螺孔相连接。本发明能够对进入滤芯内腔的流体进行缓冲,避免流体流带过大对滤芯造成的冲击。

滤芯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤芯,尤其是一种用于过滤流体中的油污、水汽、颗粒杂等的滤芯。
背景技术
现有技术中,过滤装置一般是在过滤壳体内放置一个滤芯,过滤装置对水过滤的功能是通过滤芯实现的。目前的滤芯一般为圆筒状,可以是一层滤芯,也可以是多种滤芯。
现有的工业过滤器的工作过程为,滤芯安装在过滤器过体中,流体由滤芯上部的进口进入滤芯内腔,由过滤层进行过滤后,流体由过滤层的内侧向外侧流出,进入滤芯和过滤器壳体之间的区域,由过滤器壳体上的排出口排出。在此过程中需要保证滤芯和底部和过滤器壳体密封连接,以防止未过滤的流体由滤芯底部渗入到滤芯外侧。目前的滤芯存在以下几个缺陷:(1)在工业生产过程中所使用的过滤装置体积可能较大,在安装使用过程中滤芯超过荷载时需要更换滤芯,更换过程中工人操作强度较大;(2)待过滤的流体输入滤芯内部时,流体流速过大时容易冲击滤芯造成滤芯负荷较重,影响滤芯的使用寿命;(3)由于滤芯体积较大,在安装过程中存在定位难的问题;(4)现有的多层滤芯的结构是采用多层过滤材料,多层过滤材料安装在内外两层骨架之间,经过长时间的使用,过滤材料之间容易造成松动,影响过滤的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种滤芯,能够对进入滤芯内腔的流体进行缓冲,避免流体流带过大对滤芯造成的冲击;并且能够实现滤芯和过滤器壳体之间的准确定位。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述滤芯,包括上端盖和下端盖,在上端盖和下端盖之间安装外骨架和内骨架,内骨架和外骨架之间设置多层过滤层;在所述上端盖上设置进水接口,进水接口与内骨架中的过滤腔连通;其特征是:在每个过滤层之间设置中间骨架;在所述过滤腔中设置上缓冲座和下缓冲座,上缓冲座和下缓冲座的上表面均朝向进水接口一侧凸起,下缓冲座安装在过滤腔的底部,上缓冲座与过滤腔的内壁之间存在一定距离。
进一步的,在所述下端盖的底部设置与过滤壳体底部安装槽相配合的定位座,在定位座上设置连接头,连接头上设置外螺纹,连接头通过外螺纹与过滤壳体安装槽中的螺孔相连接。
进一步的,在所述定位座外侧套设密封垫圈。
进一步的,在所述上端盖上设置拉环。
本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明能够对进入滤芯内腔的流体进行缓冲,避免流体流带过大对滤芯造成的冲击;(2)本发明能够实现滤芯和过滤器壳体之间的准确定位;(3)本发明的滤芯上端盖上设置有拉环,便于更换滤芯时进行提拉;(4)本发明的滤芯各层过滤层之间均设置有骨架进行支撑,保证滤芯的稳固性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示:所述滤芯包括上端盖1、外骨架2、第一过滤层3、中间骨架4、第二过滤层5、内骨架6、下端盖7、进水接口8、过滤腔9、定位座10、连接头11、密封垫圈12、上缓冲座13、下缓冲座14、拉环15等。
如图1所示,本发明所述滤芯,包括上端盖1和下端盖7,在上端盖1和下端盖7之间安装外骨架2和内骨架6,内骨架6和外骨架2之间设置第一过滤层3和第二过滤层5,在第一过滤层3和第二过滤层5之间设置中间骨架4,以防止第一过滤层3和第二过滤层5在使用过程中发生松动。在所述上端盖1上设置进水接口8,进水接口8与内骨架6中的过滤腔9连通;在所述下端盖7的底部设置定位座10,定位座10与过滤壳体上的安装槽相配合,以实现滤芯安装过程中的位置定位;在所述定位座10上设置连接头11,连接头11上设置外螺纹,连接头11通过外螺纹与过滤壳体安装槽中的螺孔相连接,以实现滤芯和过滤壳体之间的安装固定;在所述定位座10外侧套设密封垫圈12,密封垫圈12与过滤壳体的底部密封配合。
在所述过滤腔9中设置上缓冲座13和下缓冲座14,上缓冲座13和下缓冲座14的上表面均朝向进水接口8一侧凸起,下缓冲座14安装在过滤腔9的底部,上缓冲座13与过滤腔9的内壁之间存在一定距离。在使用时,由进水接口8进入的待过滤流体先由上缓冲座13进行缓冲后,由上缓冲座13的边缘向下流淌,落在下缓冲座14上表面,由下缓冲座14向四周汇流,从而四周的过滤材料进行过滤;过滤后的流体进入滤芯外侧,进入过滤壳体中,最后由过滤壳体上的排出口排出。
另外, 在所述上端盖1上设置拉环15,以便于更换滤芯时进行提拉。

Claims (4)

1.一种滤芯,包括上端盖(1)和下端盖(7),在上端盖(1)和下端盖(7)之间安装外骨架(2)和内骨架(6),内骨架(6)和外骨架(2)之间设置多层过滤层;在所述上端盖(1)上设置进水接口(8),进水接口(8)与内骨架(6)中的过滤腔(9)连通;其特征是:在每个过滤层之间设置中间骨架(4);在所述过滤腔(9)中设置上缓冲座(13)和下缓冲座(14),上缓冲座(13)和下缓冲座(14)的上表面均朝向进水接口(8)一侧凸起,下缓冲座(14)安装在过滤腔(9)的底部,上缓冲座(13)与过滤腔(9)的内壁之间存在一定距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征是:在所述下端盖(7)的底部设置与过滤壳体底部安装槽相配合的定位座(10),在定位座(10)上设置连接头(11),连接头(11)上设置外螺纹,连接头(11)通过外螺纹与过滤壳体安装槽中的螺孔相连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的滤芯,其特征是:在所述定位座(10)外侧套设密封垫圈(12)。
4.如权利要求1所述的滤芯,其特征是:在所述上端盖(1)上设置拉环(15)。
