Abstract

本发明公开了一种洗脚液的配方，其特征在于包括当归10～15份，川芎10～15份，白芷10～15份，羌活10～15份，干姜45～55份。本发明所述洗脚液分别通过乙醇和水提提取将有效成分充分提取出来，并配合添加一定比例的原药材粉末，保证洗脚液配方的芳香气味，配方简单，实用性强，除了能清洁脚部外，还能专一针对人体因湿邪过盛而致的疾病，适合广泛使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗护用品，尤其涉及一种洗脚液及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代人生活在一个冬有暖气夏有空调的环境中，对四季的感觉越来越不分明。夏天该出汗的时候因为用空调导致汗液挥发不出来淤积体内，冬天烧暖气，穿件单衣还冒汗，阳气外越，藏不住精气(冬不藏精，春必病温)。人体在这种环境的状态下最容易生病，皮肤开合的功能下降，抵御病邪的能力越来越差，极容易导致体内湿邪堆积造成阳气虚衰。
脚的健康关系到全身的健康，脚部易发臭、发痒，有各种细菌藏于皮肤中，随着人们保健意思的加强，越来越多人通过洗脚对人体进行保健。洗脚液的目的是清洁脚步皮肤，杀菌消毒、去死皮等，目前市场上常见的洗脚液大多为中药煎煮后的汤汁，虽然能够起到很好的保健养生的作用，但是不能去除人体内的湿气。湿邪对人体的伤害，比寒邪还要大。千寒易除，一湿难去。
鉴于此，有必要研发一款既具有清洁脚部皮肤、抗菌、除异味等常规功能，又具有专一去除湿邪功能的洗脚液。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种洗脚液及其制备方法，克服现有洗脚液大多采用原药材直接粉碎混合导致有效成分不能很好溶出，药效较差的缺点，又克服一些洗脚液添加化学试剂的缺点。
为达到上述目的，本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下：
(1)取原料当归当归10～15份，川芎10～15份，白芷10～15份，羌活10～15份，混合均匀，用10倍量原料的质量分数为50％乙醇提两次，每次2小时，提取液过300目滤布，过滤液减压浓缩、喷雾干燥，过80目筛，得第一混合物粉末；
(2)取干姜药材45～55份，粗粉碎，加8倍量水煮沸2小时，提取两次，每次2小时，提取液离心，离心上清液过300目滤布，过滤液减压浓缩，真空度控制为-0.04～-0.08MPa，温度为60～70℃；浓缩液喷雾干燥，过80目筛，得干姜药材粉末；
(3)将所述干姜药材粉末过40目筛，与第一混合物粉末以质量比1:3混合，得第二混合物；
(4)将所述第二混合物混合搅拌均匀后，放入无纺布制作的袋包装中；
(5)洗脚前，先将上述袋包放入3～6公斤的热水中，水温控制在30～50℃；
(6)袋包在热水中浸泡5～8分钟后，可洗脚。
本产品根据配方中的成分，具体作用如下：配方中的生姜有散寒发汗，加快血液循环，促使身上的毛孔张开的作用，这样不但能把多余的热带走，同时还把体内的病菌、寒气一同带出；配方中的当归补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便；配方中的川芎行气开郁，祛风燥湿，活血止痛；配方中的白芷发散风寒，通窍止痛，燥湿止带；配方中的羌活解表散寒，祛风胜湿，散寒止痛。诸药合用起到去除湿邪功能之功效。
与现有技术相比，本发明的技术方案具有如下优点：采用天然无污染的中药材，安全无毒，通过乙醇提取和水提将有效成分充分提取出来，并配合添加一定比例的原药材粉末(川芎和干姜)，保证洗脚配方的芳香气味，具有祛风燥湿，活血化瘀、散寒通络、去污、杀菌、护肤、治脚癣等功效，制作简单，使用方便。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种洗脚液及其制备方法，包括如下步骤：
(1)取原料当归125g、川芎125g、白芷125g、羌活125g，混合均匀，用10倍量原料的质量分数为50％乙醇提取两次，每次2小时，提取液过300目滤布，过滤液减压浓缩、喷雾干燥，过80目筛，得第一混合物粉末；
(2)取干姜药材500g，粗粉碎，加8倍量水煮沸2小时，提取两次，每次2小时，提取液离心，离心上清液过300目滤布，过滤液减压浓缩，真空度控制为-0.04～-0.08MPa，温度为60～70℃；浓缩液喷雾干燥，过80目筛，得干姜药材粉末；
(3)将所述干姜药材粉末过40目筛，与第一混合物粉末以质量比1:3混合，得第二混合物；
(4)将所述第二混合物混合搅拌均匀后，放入无纺布制作的袋包装中；
(5)洗脚前，先将上述袋包放入3～6公斤的热水中，水温控制在30～50℃；
(6)袋包在热水中浸泡5～8分钟后，可洗脚。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种洗脚液，其特征在于，所述洗脚液原料包括当归、川芎、白芷、羌活和干姜。
2.如权利要求1所述一种洗脚液，其特征在于，按照质量份，所述洗脚液由下列组份制备：当归10～15份，川芎10～15份，白芷10～15份，羌活10～15份，干姜45～55份。
3.如权利要求1所述一种洗脚液，其特征在于，所述洗脚液由下列组份制备：当归125g，川芎125g，白芷125g，羌活125g，干姜500g。
4.如权利要求1～3任意一项所述的一种洗脚液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)取原料当归、川芎、白芷、羌活，混合均匀，用10倍量原料的质量分数为50％乙醇提取两次，每次2小时，提取液过300目滤布，过滤液减压浓缩、喷雾干燥，过80目筛，得第一混合物粉末；
(2)取干姜药材，粗粉碎，加8倍量水煮沸2小时，提取两次，每次2小时，提取液离心，离心上清液过300目滤布，过滤液减压浓缩，真空度控制为-0.04～-0.08MPa，温度为60～70℃；浓缩液喷雾干燥，过80目筛，得干姜药材粉末；
(3)将所述干姜药材粉末过40目筛，与第一混合物粉末以质量比1:3混合，得第二混合物；
