本发明涉及猪肉,特别涉及一种富硒猪肉及其富硒猪的喂养方法。
(二)背景技术
硒是人体生命活动中必需的微量元素之一,是人体内的抗氧化剂,能提高人体免疫力,具有多种生物功能,具有:
1硒是食物源抗氧化剂,硒能消除人体内过多的氧自由基,防止细胞膜脂质过氧化的破坏,它的抗自由基作用是维生素E和维生素C的300-500倍。
2提高整体免疫力,具有辅助防癌功能。
3减低血脂、血压,防止动脉粥样硬化,减少血栓形成,缩小心肌梗塞面积。
4防止肝脏病毒疾病、肝硬化、肝脏癌变、脂肪肝、酒精肝等。
5代替胰岛素功能,激活胰岛细胞正常工作。
6提高***局部抗感染能力,控制炎症,控制增生。
7保护视力,防止男女***,抗衰老。
8清除体内垃圾,排除体内毒素,排出重金属毒物。
9硒能促进T细胞和中性粒细胞的增殖和杀伤作用,促进免疫球蛋白的合成和抗体生成,增强人体抗病毒的能力,抑制病毒活化,减少脂褐斑的形成。

正常人每日需补充膳食硒50-250μg,肿瘤病人推荐200μg。
我国是一个既有丰富硒资源,又存在大面积硒资源缺乏(70%)的地区,一些硒缺乏地区的食物中硒含量也相对缺乏。猪肉作为我国大多数人群主要的肉类食品,有着悠久的食用习惯。猪肉作为一种动物性食物,其对硒有较好的积累效果,因此在对猪的饲养上对其进行硒营养强化,通过食用富硒猪肉而增加人体对硒的需求。
目前市场生产的富硒猪肉都是在饲料中单纯添加***钠或酵母硒饲喂生猪,其不足之处是吸收利用率低,因此,在肉中硒含量低,达不到食用补硒的效果,富硒植物饲料原料是一种天然的有机硒富硒原料,其硒含量可达到0.2-2.0mg/kg,均以有机硒的形态存在,是一种极好的富硒饲料原料。
发明专利一种富硒猪肉及其富硒猪的喂养方法(CN103445005A),其中喂养猪的饲料采取的就是富硒植物饲料,但是原料选取复杂,也不常见,饲料制备过程复杂,需要改进。

本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种富硒猪肉及其富硒猪的喂养方法,饲料原料易得,制备过程简单。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:

富硒猪的饲料,包括以下原料:
富硒玉米57-62重量份、豆粕11-15重量份、草粉13-17重量份、麸皮11-13重量份、酵母硒38-42g/50kg饲料,其中,富硒玉米中硒含量不低于140μg/1kg。
优选方案:包括以下原料:富硒玉米60重量份、豆粕13重量份、草粉15重量份、麸皮12重量份、酵母硒40g/50kg饲料。
其中,富硒玉米是在玉米生长期三个时期:8个叶、12个叶、出穂期喷洒无机硒后收获的玉米。
草粉为花生秧粉。
本发明富硒猪的喂养方法,从生猪体重50kg起开始喂养所述饲料直至出栏,一日饲喂3次,自由采食。
饲喂时间为:早上6:30-7:00,中午11:00-11:30,下午17:00-17:30。
山楂,又名山里果、山里红,蔷薇科山楂属,落叶乔木,高可达6米。在山东、陕西、山西、河南、江苏、浙江、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、内蒙古、河北等地均有分布。核果类水果,核质硬,果肉薄,味微酸涩。果可生吃或作果脯果糕,干制后可入药,是中国特有的药果兼用树种,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。
陈皮:入药部位:植物的干燥成熟果皮。性味:味苦、辛,性温。归经:归肺、脾经。功效:理气健脾,燥湿化痰。主治:用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
香叶:化学成份:叶含芳香油,主要成分是芳樟醇,丁香油酚,牻牛儿醇,1,8-桉叶素,松油醇,乙酰丁香油酚,甲基丁香油酚,α-蒎烯,水芹烯等;还含倍半萜内酯:大牻牛儿内酯,月桂烯内酯,木香烯内酯,南艾蒿烯内酯,过氧南艾蒿烯内酯,巴尔喀蒿烯内酯,瑞诺木烯内酯。又含黄酮类成分:山柰酚的和槲皮素的3-芸香糖甙,3-葡萄糖甙,3-半乳糖甙,3-鼠李糖甙,3-***糖甙及芸香甙。另含(D-葡配甘油型)-3-辛酮糖。尚含生物碱:网叶番荔枝碱,波尔定碱,黄肉楠碱,N-甲基黄肉楠碱,异南天竹种碱,去甲异南天竹种碱,新木姜子碱,无根藤次碱,莲叶桐碱,芳香厚壳桂碱。树皮和木材中含挥发油,主要成分为乙酸-α-松油酯和1,8-桉叶素。树皮含网叶番荔枝碱、黄肉楠碱和无根藤次碱。根含黄肉楠碱、无根藤次碱和心形莲叶酮碱。药理作用:抗病毒作用平皿内试验表明,用月桂叶油浸涂2cm直径圆滤纸片,在平皿内任其挥发,皿盖上加入鼻病毒17型稀释液0.02ml(含病毒100TCID50),33℃接触60分钟即有杀灭作用。与纱布条上鼻病毒17型、流感病毒A3-昆军75-五株、腺病毒7型接触30分钟、60分钟及120分钟,以接触60分钟以上的作用明显,将人胚气管块加入0.2ml鼻病毒17型100~1000TCID50,吸附30分钟,与月桂叶油(浸涂于2cm直径圆滤纸)发挥之气体接触90分钟,能杀灭病毒。如将吸附延长3h以上,挥发油则不能完全杀死病毒。由此提示,有部分病毒侵入气管块之细胞内,而挥发油则不能进入细胞内。给人用月桂叶油揉酸制剂滴鼻,并以鞣酸作为对照,表明该挥发油有短期的预防感冒的功效,无副反应。性味:辛;微温。功能主治:健胃理气。主脘胀腹痛;跌扑损伤;疥癣。
丁香:丁香的叶可以入药,味苦、性寒、有清热燥湿的作用,民间多用于止泻。丁香鲜叶制成的溶液,对弗氏痢疾杆菌进行体外抑菌试验,效果较强;用于防治菌痢,既经济,又便于推广。用丁香叶治疗急性黄疸型肝炎,其疗程短,退黄作用显著。以丁香叶的浸膏制成的片剂--肝特灵片,治疗急性黄疸型肝炎,临床应用,确有一定疗效,且安全,又无毒性反应。树皮:清热燥湿,止咳定喘。叶:苦,寒。清热,解毒,止咳,止痢。用于咳嗽痰咳,泄泻痢疾,痄腮,肝炎。
白芷:以根入药,有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能。主治风寒感冒、头痛、鼻炎、牙痛。赤白带下、痛疖肿毒等症,亦可作香料。北方的一些省区有栽培,多自产自销,少数调省外。一般生于林下、林缘、溪旁、灌丛和山谷草地。
八角茴香:八角茴香的果实主治寒疝腹痛、腰膝冷痛、胃寒呕吐、脘腹疼痛、寒湿脚气等。对于治疗小肠气坠、疝气偏坠、腰重刺胀、腰病如刺、大小便皆秘,腹胀如鼓,气促、风毒湿气,攻疰成疮,皮肉紫破脓坏,行步无力,皮肉燥热等有显著效果。
小茴香:性味:味辛,性温。归经:归肝、肾、脾、胃经。功效:小茴香有散寒止痛,理气和胃的功效。盐小茴香有暖肾散寒止痛的功效。主治:小茴香用于寒疝腹痛,睾丸偏坠,痛经,少腹冷痛,脘腹胀痛,食少吐泻。盐小茴香用于寒疝腹痛,睾丸偏坠,经寒腹痛。
高良姜:入药部位:植物的干燥根茎。性味:味辛,性热。归经:归脾、胃经。功效:温胃止呕,散寒止痛。主治:用于脘腹冷痛,胃寒呕吐,嗳气吞酸。
桂皮:桂皮因含有挥发油而香气馥郁,可使肉类菜肴祛腥解腻,芳香可口,进而令人食欲大增。在日常饮食中适量添加桂皮,可能有助于预防或延缓因年老而引起的Ⅱ型糖尿病。据英国《新科学家》杂志报道:桂皮能够重新激活脂肪细胞对胰岛素的反应能力,大大加快葡萄糖的新陈代谢。每天在饮料或流质食物里添加1/4到1匙桂皮粉,对Ⅱ型糖尿病可能起到预防作用。桂皮含苯丙烯酸类化合物,对***增生有治疗作用,而且能增加***组织的血流量,促进局部组织血运的改善。桂皮为樟科植物天竺桂、阴香、细叶香桂或川桂等的树皮,通常在冬季进行采收,阴干后即可入药。同时桂皮还有药用功效,中医认为,桂皮性热,味甘辛、气芳香、无毒,具有暧胃祛寒活血舒筋、通脉止痛和止泻的功能。主治腹冷胸满、呕吐噎膈、风湿痹痛、跌损瘀滞、血痢肠风等疾病。受潮发霉的桂皮不可食用。用量不宜太多,香味过重反而会影响菜肴本身的味道。桂皮香气浓郁,含有可以致癌的黄樟素,所以食用量越少越好,且不宜长期食用。桂皮性热,所以夏季应忌食。桂皮有活血的作用,孕妇少食。性味:辛,温。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明原料选取方便,制备简单,喂养过程易操作,最终得到的含硒量硒含量为341-353μg/kg的猪肉。达到通过食用富硒猪肉满足人体对硒的需求。本发明创造性的加入中药食材,其有效提高了肉类品质,大大增强了硒的吸收量,使其肉质鲜嫩,风味、口感、色泽等方面大大提高,本发明技术值得推广。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1
以体重50kg重的猪为喂养体,用由原料富硒玉米300kg、豆粕65kg,草粉75kg、麸皮60kg,酵母硒400g,制备饲料,然后将山楂25g、陈皮35g、香叶45g、丁香5g、白芷45 g、八角茴香65g、小茴香105g、高良姜105g、桂皮55g混合拌料于500kg饲料中,制成富硒复合饲料,在圈舍适宜的温度和湿度条件下喂养90天:一日饲喂3次,自由采食,饲喂时间:早上6:30-7:00,中午11:00-11:30,下午17:00-17:30。饲喂时段及饲喂量:第1-20天每天饲喂2.8kg,第21-60天每天饲喂3.5kg,第61-90天,每天饲喂3.8kg,生猪在出栏时送到定点屠宰场屠宰,其中,肉中硒含量为349μg/kg。
实施例2
以体重55kg重的猪为喂养体,用由原料富硒玉米300kg、豆粕65kg,草粉75kg、麸皮60kg,酵母硒400g,制备饲料,然后将山楂30g、陈皮40g、香叶50g、丁香10g、白芷50 g、八角茴香60g、小茴香100g、高良姜100g、桂皮50g合计500g拌料于500kg饲料中,制成富硒复合饲料,在圈舍适宜的温度和湿度条件下喂养86天:一日饲喂3次,自由采食,饲喂时间:早上6:30 -7:00,中午11:00-11:30,下午17:00-17:30。饲喂时段及饲喂量:第1-18天每天饲喂3kg,第18-55天每天饲喂3.5kg,第55-86天,每天饲喂3.8kg,生猪在出栏时送到定点屠宰场屠宰,其中,肉中硒含量为341μg/kg。
实施例3
以体重52kg重的猪为喂养体,用由原料富硒玉米300kg、豆粕65kg,草粉75kg、麸皮60kg,酵母硒400g,制备饲料,然后将山楂30g、陈皮45g、香叶45g、丁香15g、白芷45 g、八角茴香60g、小茴香100g、高良姜105g、桂皮50g混合拌料于500kg饲料中,制成富硒复合饲料,在圈舍适宜的温度和湿度条件下喂养92天:一日饲喂3次,自由采食,饲喂时间:早上6:30 -7:00,中午11:00-11:30,下午17:00-17:30。饲喂时段及饲喂量:第1-22天每天饲喂3kg,第23-58天每天饲喂3.5kg,第59-92天,每天饲喂3.8kg,生猪在出栏时送到定点屠宰场屠宰,其中,肉中硒含量为353μg/kg。
实施例4
以体重50kg重的猪为喂养体,用由原料富硒玉米285kg、豆粕75kg,草粉65kg、麸皮65kg,酵母硒420g,制备饲料,然后将山楂35g、陈皮45g、香叶55g、丁香15g、白芷55 g、八角茴香55g、小茴香95g、高良姜95g、桂皮45g混合拌料于500kg饲料中,制成富硒复合饲料,在圈舍适宜的温度和湿度条件下喂养90天:一日饲喂3次,自由采食,饲喂时间:早上6:30-7:00,中午11:00-11:30,下午17:00-17:30。饲喂时段及饲喂量:第1-18天每天饲喂2.8kg,第19-62天每天饲喂3.5kg,第63-90天,每天饲喂3.8kg,生猪在出栏时送到定点屠宰场屠宰,其中,肉中硒含量为362μg/kg。
实施例5
以体重50kg重的猪为喂养体,用由原料富硒玉米310kg、豆粕55kg,草粉85kg、麸皮55kg,酵母硒380g,制备饲料,然后将山楂30g、陈皮40g、香叶45g、丁香10g、白芷50g、八角茴香55g、小茴香95g、高良姜100g、桂皮50g混合拌料于500kg饲料中,制成富硒复合饲料,在圈舍适宜的温度和湿度条件下喂养90天:一日饲喂3次,自由采食,饲喂时间:早上6:30-7:00,中午11:00-11:30,下午17:00-17:30。饲喂时段及饲喂量:第1-20天每天饲喂2.8kg,第21-60天每天饲喂3.5kg,第61-90天,每天饲喂3.8kg,生猪在出栏时送到定点屠宰场屠宰,其中,肉中硒含量为345μg/kg。
需要说明的是,虽然本发明已将较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明方法。任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明方案范围的情况下,都可以利用上述揭示的技术内容对本发明方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例。因此未脱离本发明方案的内容,依据本发明实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均应落在本发明方案保护的范围内。

1.一种富硒猪肉,其特征在于:肉中硒含量为341-353μg/kg。
2.一种富硒猪的饲料,其特征在于:包括以下原料:
富硒玉米57-62重量份、豆粕11-15重量份、草粉13-17重量份、麸皮11-13重量份、酵母硒38-42g/50kg饲料、山楂25-35g/500kg饲料、陈皮35-45g/500kg饲料、香叶45-55 g/500kg饲料、丁香5-15g/500kg饲料、白芷45-55 g/500kg饲料、八角茴香55-65 g/500kg饲料、小茴香105-115 g/500kg饲料、高良姜95-105 g/500kg饲料、桂皮45-55 g/500kg饲料,
其中,富硒玉米中硒含量不低于140μg/1kg。
3.根据权利要求2富硒猪的饲料,其特征在于:包括以下原料:富硒玉米60重量份、豆粕13重量份、草粉15重量份、麸皮12重量份、酵母硒40g/50kg饲料、山楂30g/500kg饲料、陈皮40g/500kg饲料、香叶50g/500kg饲料、丁香10g/500kg饲料、白芷50 g/500kg饲料、八角茴香60g/500kg饲料、小茴香100g/500kg饲料、高良姜100g/500kg饲料、桂皮50g/500kg饲料。
4.根据权利要求2富硒猪的饲料,其特征在于:富硒玉米是在玉米生长期三个时期:8个叶、12个叶、出穂期喷洒无机硒后收获的玉米。
5.一种富硒猪的喂养方法,其特征在于:从生猪体重50kg起开始喂养所述饲料直至出栏,一日饲喂3次,自由采食。
6.根据权利要求4所述的富硒猪的喂养方法,其特征在于:饲喂时间为:早上6:30-7:00,中午11:00-11:30,下午17:00-17:30。
