Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂;由以下重量百分比的组分组成:农药活性成分0.1%‑80%,润湿剂1%‑10%,分散剂1%‑10%,羧甲基淀粉钠0.1%‑10%,填料补足至100%。本发明通过在农药水分散立即中引入高效崩解剂羧甲基淀粉钠,能有效改善农药水分散粒剂的崩解性能,使得农药有效成分能快速的分散在水中形成均一的药液,从而提高农药有效成分的利用率,并能提高其使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药制剂领域,具体涉及农药制剂中的农药水分散粒剂的配方组成。
背景技术
羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)又称为羧甲基淀粉,是一种阴离子淀粉醚,是能溶于冷水的电解质,性状为白色或黄色粉末,无臭、无味、无毒、热易吸潮。溶于水形成胶体状溶液,对光、热稳定,不溶于乙醇、***、氯仿等有机溶剂,具有较强的吸水性和膨胀性,在冷水中能较快泡涨,且吸水后颗粒膨胀而不溶解,不形成胶体溶液,不阻碍水分的继续渗入而影响颗粒的进一步崩解,是十分优秀的固体制剂崩解剂。
水分散粒剂是上世纪80年代开发的一种农药新剂型,因其安全性好,不含有机溶剂,无粉尘,包装、运输、使用方便等优点得到迅速发展。作为新型农药环保剂型的一个重要发展方向,水分散粒剂已成为近年来国内外的农药主打剂型。
农药水分散粒剂在生产过程中必须通过捏合挤压、旋流流化等方式造粒,导致其在使用过程中需要在水中崩解形成均一的悬浊液后才能用于喷雾,所以崩解性能是农药水分散粒剂的一个重要指标,如果崩解性能比较差将导致农药有效成分不能很好的发挥其药效。羧甲基淀粉钠的引入将能有效改善农药水分散粒剂的崩解性能,使得农药有效成分能快速的分散在水中形成均一的药液,从而提高农药有效成分的利用率并能提高其使用效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种含有高效崩解剂的农药水分散粒剂,可以有效的提高农药水分散粒剂在水中的崩解性能,使得农药有效成分能快速均匀的分散到水中,有效的提高了农药有效成分的利用率并能显著提高其药效。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:农药活性成分0.1%-80%,润湿剂1%-10%,分散剂1%-10%,羧甲基淀粉钠0.1%-10%,填料补足至100%。
所述农药活性成分为苯醚甲环唑、烯酰吗啉、甲霜灵、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、甲氨基阿维菌素中的一种或两种的混合。
所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
所述分散剂为萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
所述填料为轻钙、硅藻土、膨润土、高岭土、海泡石、玉米淀粉、硫酸铵中的一种或几种的混合。
本发明所述的一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂的制备方法:(1)将农药活性成分、润湿剂、分散剂、羧甲基淀粉钠、填料混合均匀后进行超微气流粉碎制得母粉;(2)将农药有效成分母粉通过加水、捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分等工序后即制得含有高效崩解剂的农药水分散粒剂
本发明提供了一种含有高效崩解剂的农药水分散粒剂,可有效的提供农药水分散粒剂的使用效果,提高农药有效成分的利用率,可以有效减少农药在农业生产中的使用量。有利于现代农业的可持续发展。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的实质,下面用实例来说明本发明的技术内容,但本发明的内容并不局限于此。
实施例一:10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂
(1)、将10%苯醚甲环唑、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、8%萘磺酸盐、2%羧甲基淀粉钠、玉米淀粉余量混合均匀后进行超微气流粉碎制得10%苯醚甲环唑母粉。
(2)、将10%苯醚甲环唑母粉通过加水、捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分等工序后即制得含有高效崩解剂的10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂。
实施例二:30%甲霜灵·烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂
(1)、将8%甲霜灵、22%烯酰吗啉、3%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、6%聚羧酸盐、2%羧甲基淀粉钠、玉米淀粉余量混合均匀后进行超微气流粉碎制得8%甲霜灵22%烯酰吗啉母粉。
(2)、将8%甲霜灵22%烯酰吗啉母粉通过加水、捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分等工序后即制得含有高效崩解剂的30%甲霜灵·烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂。
实施例三:40%啶虫脒水分散粒剂
(1)、将40%啶虫脒、2%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4%萘磺酸盐、4%琥珀酸磺酸盐、2%羧甲基淀粉钠、玉米淀粉余量混合均匀后进行超微气流粉碎制得40%啶虫脒母粉。
(2)将40%啶虫脒母粉通过加水、捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分等工序后即制得含有高效崩解剂的40%啶虫脒水分散粒剂。
实施例四:70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂
(1)、将70%吡虫啉、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、4%萘磺酸盐、4%木质素磺酸钠、3%羧甲基淀粉钠、硫酸铵余量混合均匀后进行超微气流粉碎制得70%吡虫啉母粉。
(2)、将70%吡虫啉母粉通过加水、捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分等工序后即制得含有高效崩解剂的70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂。
实施例五:5%甲氨基阿维菌素水分散粒剂
(1)、将5%甲氨基阿维菌素、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、4%聚羧酸盐、4%木质素磺酸钠、3%羧甲基淀粉钠、20%硫酸铵、玉米淀粉余量混合均匀后进行超微气流粉碎制得5%甲氨基阿维菌素母粉。
(2)、将5%甲氨基阿维菌素母粉通过加水、捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分等工序后即制得含有高效崩解剂的5%甲氨基阿维菌素水分散粒剂。
实施例六:药效试验对比
加入高效崩解剂后农药水分散粒剂的药效显著提高,下面以5%甲氨基阿维菌素水分散粒剂为例做药效对比。

Claims (6)
1.一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:农药活性成分0.1%-80%,润湿剂1%-10%,分散剂1%-10%,羧甲基淀粉钠0.1%-10%,填料补足至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述农药活性成分为苯醚甲环唑、烯酰吗啉、甲霜灵、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、甲氨基阿维菌素中的一种或两种的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、琥珀酸磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚羧酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述填料为轻钙、硅藻土、膨润土、高岭土、海泡石、玉米淀粉、硫酸铵中的一种或几种的混合。
6.权利要求1所述的一种含有高效崩解剂的水分散粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于:(1)将农药活性成分、润湿剂、分散剂、羧甲基淀粉钠、填料混合均匀后进行超微气流粉碎制得母粉;(2)将农药有效成分母粉通过加水、捏合、挤压造粒、烘干、筛分等工序后即制得含有高效崩解剂的农药水分散粒剂。
