Description

用于容器的混合闭锁装置

上述类型的闭锁装置在现有技术中是已知的。闭锁装置用于封闭容器、例如饮料瓶,并且同时提供用于单独存储液态或粉末状的配料、例如茶叶提取物的腔室,从而配料只有在闭锁装置从容器上去除的瞬间才被加入容器中,并且配料在容器中例如与水接触和/或混合。这通常是使用者例如想要饮用容器中的饮料的时刻。
在现有技术中已知的闭锁装置通常由盖件和内壳体构成,在盖件上布置有腔室。闭锁装置通常作为整体、也即完全预组装地旋拧在容器上。出于该目的,内壳体具有与容器的螺纹形状配合地对应的第一螺纹。此外,盖件和内壳体通过形状配合地对应的第二螺纹相互连接。在打开容器时,也即拧开盖件时,盖件相对于内壳体运动。在此,盖件从闭锁位置移动至排放位置,在排放位置中,存储在腔室中的介质能够排放至容器中。
文献WO 2008/017890 A1涉及这样的闭锁装置,其在盖件从被盖件封闭的容器上拧下来时将存储在腔室中的介质释放到容器中。就闭锁位置而言,腔室被隔膜封闭。隔膜在排放位置中通过布置在内壳体上的打开元件、也即具有集成式排放通道的锥刺被刺穿。通过隔膜的开口,处于腔室中的介质能够经过锥刺的排放通道流入容器中。借助锥刺对隔膜的刺穿通过盖件从布置在容器上的内壳体的拧开运动实现。通过盖件的拧开,布置在该元件上的腔室原则上从锥刺远离。然而通过布置在盖件与锥刺之间的左旋螺纹,还同时导致锥刺朝隔膜方向运动,直至锥刺冲破隔膜。为此,锥刺纵向运动,然而抗扭固定地支承在内壳体上。借助布置在容器与内壳体之间的螺纹可以使闭锁装置最终从容器上拧下。
在现有技术中已知的闭锁装置的弊端在于,为了锥刺朝隔膜方向的运动,必须在保持抗扭固定性的情况下实现在盖件内部的轴向活动性。由此提高了可活动地布置在闭锁装置中元件的比例,这一方面导致闭锁装置的复杂制造,并且另一方面还可能引发可活动地支承在盖件中的锥刺被卡住,因此妨碍闭锁装置的完好的功能。
因此本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,对现有技术中已知的闭锁装置进行改进,从而使闭锁装置能够通过少量的构件且成本低廉地制造,并且尤其降低可活动部件的数量。同样,总体上还应实现闭锁装置的完好的功能。
为了解决所述技术问题,本发明建议一种闭锁装置,其中,布置在内壳体与容器之间的第一螺纹和布置在盖件与内壳体之间的第二螺纹相互反向地构造,从而在向排放位置运动时腔室进一步运动到内壳体中。
与现有技术不同地,由于上述在内壳体与容器之间的螺纹和盖件与内壳体之间的螺纹的反向性,左旋螺纹安设在容器外部的区域中,也即优选安设在容器开口的外壁中。由此还同时省去了在现有技术中所需的打开件在内壳体上的可活动的支承。事实上,打开件根据本发明直接与内壳体一体式地构成。因此所述闭锁装置的制造特别简单且成本低廉。此外不会出现可活动支承的打开件在腔室的排出口内出现不期望的卡住。
根据建议,对应地布置在盖件和内壳体上的第二螺纹被设计为左旋螺纹,相较而言,构造在内壳体与容器之间的第一螺纹被设计为右旋螺纹。通过该设计,盖件能够在逆时针旋转运动时沿左旋螺纹朝着内壳体运动,从而使布置在内壳体上的打开件能够冲破布置在腔室上的关闭件,并且由此使存储在腔室中的介质能够排入容器中。闭锁装置的使用者能够如常地通过逆时针的旋转旋拧容器。在此,盖件首先进行朝向内壳体方向的运动,也即在容器静止不动的情况下盖件向下运动,与此同时,旋转运动随之传导至布置在容器与内壳体之间的第一螺纹中,从而使闭锁装置能够整个地从容器上拧下。通过对右旋螺纹的操作使闭锁装置、也即准确来说使内壳体从容器上拧下。
使用者不需改变盖件的旋转运动的旋转方向。事实上,不同的螺纹导致在盖件的同一个旋转运动中首先导致盖件下降,随后盖件相对于容器抬升。

图3示出根据第三实施方式的闭锁装置1。该闭锁装置1具有如图2所示的腔室6,也即从排出口8开始被完全封闭的腔室。该腔室6由盖件4的材料筒状地注塑而成,从而使腔室6和盖件4相互牢固连接。与独立的关闭件7和独立的打开件9不同,根据图3的闭锁装置1具有一体式构成的堵塞元件,所述堵塞元件既具有关闭件7也具有打开件9。所述堵塞元件布置在内壳体5上,其中,至少关闭件7作为堵塞元件的上端部区域突伸进所配属的排出口8的腔室6中。在排出口8中布置有密封件12,所述密封件根据关闭件7的位置贴靠或不贴靠在关闭件上。在图3中示出闭锁装置1的闭锁位置。在该位置中,关闭件7利用扩宽的端部区域贴靠在密封件12上并由此封闭排放通道13,从而使存储在腔室6中的介质不能流出。在闭锁装置1的未示出的排放位置中,关闭件7进一步朝腔室6内部移动(在图3中“向上”移动),从而使关闭件7的扩宽的端部区域不再贴靠在密封件12上并且由此释放排放通道13。
以下借助图4至图6更详尽地阐述闭锁装置1的工作原理。图4至图6涉及图1所示的实施方式。
图4所示的闭锁装置1处于排放位置中。从图1所示的闭锁位置开始实现所述排放位置,在所述排放位置中盖件4朝容器2的方向运动,其中,腔室6进一步向内壳体5中移动。这通过盖件4沿着构成在盖件4与内壳体5之间的第二螺纹11的旋转实现,所述第二螺纹构成为左旋螺纹。由于第二螺纹11是左旋螺纹,盖件4在正常的容器2打开运动时沿逆时针方向进一步在容器2上旋拧。然而对于使用者来说在沿逆时针方向打开时是通常的操作方式,从而由此不必留意不同的操作。通过盖件4朝容器2的运动还同时使布置在盖件4上的腔室6进一步朝容器2内移动。由此,布置在腔室6的排出口8中的关闭件7实现与布置在内壳体5上的打开件9的接触。打开件9如上所述是切割元件,所述切割元件具有中央的排放通道13,如果嵌合在排出口8中的关闭件7被损毁,介质就能够通过所述排放通道从腔室6流进容器2中。通过盖件4的旋转还同时使关闭件7相对于打开件9旋转,从而得到在腔室6的排出口8内的大面积的基本上圆形的开口。盖件4在所述排放位置中尽可能最大程度地旋拧在内壳体5和由此容器2上。
在所示图中,腔室5的向外突伸的螺纹凸起部的位置在图1与图5之间没有变化。这使得腔室5朝图1与图5之间的旋拧和拧开方向也不改变其位置。事实上,螺纹凸起部仅通过旋转而被盖件4的内壁上的相应凹陷超程,这相应地在同一个剖视图中始终导致相互间相同的相对布置。
图5示出在从容器2上拧开过程中根据本发明的闭锁装置1。通过盖件4沿逆时针方向的进一步旋转,内壳体5和由此布置在内壳体5上的盖件4从容器2上拧开。由于构成在内壳体5与容器2之间的第一螺纹10被实施为右旋螺纹,闭锁装置1整体上从容器2移除。在拧开过程中,存储在腔室6中的介质能够完全外泄至容器2中。
最后,图6示出处于闭锁装置1完全与容器2分离的状态下的闭锁装置1。在此,闭锁装置1的所有部件、也即尤其盖件4连同布置在盖件上的腔室6和内壳体5都相对于容器2分离。
本发明与图2和图3所示闭锁装置1类似地发挥作用。然而其中应分别指出,闭锁装置1始终通过相同的螺纹机构从闭锁位置导引至排放位置。该螺纹机构包含左旋螺纹和右旋螺纹,所述左旋螺纹用于盖件4朝内壳体5方向的运动,而右旋螺纹最终用于闭锁装置1、尤其内壳体5相对于容器2的分离。
根据图3,排出口8的打开不通过构造为隔膜和锥刺的适配的关闭件7和打开件9作用,而是通过一体式构成的堵塞元件作用,所述堵塞元件既具有关闭件7的功能也具有打开件9的功能。根据堵塞元件在排出口8内的位置的不同,构造在堵塞元件与密封件12之间的排放通道13要么封闭要么开放。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于具有容器开口(3)的容器(2)的闭锁装置(1),
-其中,所述闭锁装置(1)具有用于关闭容器开口(3)的盖件(4)、内壳体(5)和布置在所述盖件(4)上的腔室(6),
-其中,所述腔室(6)至少部分地布置在所述内壳体(5)中,
-其中,所述内壳体(5)具有与容器(2)的第一螺纹形状配合地对应的第一螺纹,
-其中,所述盖件(4)和内壳体(5)具有彼此形状配合地对应的第二螺纹,所述盖件(4)能够沿着所述第二螺纹相对于所述内壳体(5)从闭锁位置运动到排放位置,在所述排放位置中,存储在所述腔室(6)内的介质能够排入所述容器(2)中,
-其中,所述第一螺纹和第二螺纹彼此反向地构造,从而在向排放位置运动时所述腔室(6)进一步运动到内壳体(5)中,
-此外其中,所述第二螺纹构造为左旋螺纹,并且所述第一螺纹构造为右旋螺纹,通过对右旋螺纹的操作使内壳体(5)从容器(2)上拧下,并且左旋螺纹安设在容器外部的区域中,并且
-其中,内壳体(5)具有U形的边缘区域,并且边缘区域的U形臂在其朝向容器开口的外壁的一侧上具有第一螺纹,
其特征在于,U形臂在其面向外的一侧上具有第二螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二螺纹能够在时间上先于第一螺纹***作。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的闭锁装置(1),其特征在于,所述腔室(6)具有设有关闭件(7)的排出口(8),所述排出口(8)能够借助布置在所述内壳体(5)上的打开件(9)被打开。
4.根据权利要求3所述的闭锁装置(1),其特征在于,在所述关闭件(7)的背离所述腔室(6)的一侧上布置有密封件(12)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的闭锁装置(1),其特征在于,所述打开件(9)被构成为锥刺。
6.根据权利要求3所述的闭锁装置(1),其特征在于,所述关闭件(7)设计为封闭所述排出口(8)的隔膜。
7.根据权利要求3所述的闭锁装置(1),其特征在于,所述关闭件(7)是与所述打开件(9)一体式地构造的堵塞元件。
8.一种具有闭锁装置(1)的容器(2),所述闭锁装置是根据上述权利要求1至7中任一项所述的闭锁装置(1),其特征在于,所述容器开口(3)具有第一螺纹,所述第一螺纹与所述内壳体(5)的第一螺纹形状配合地对应地连接。
9.一种将介质从闭锁装置(1)释放到容器(2)中的方法,所述闭锁装置是根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的闭锁装置(1),其中,所述闭锁装置(1)具有用于关闭容器(2)的容器开口(3)的盖件(4)、内壳体(5)和布置在所述盖件(4)上的腔室(6),其特征在于,所述盖件(4)在闭锁装置(1)从闭锁位置转变到排放位置时朝向所述容器(2)的方向运动,由此使布置在所述盖件(4)上的腔室(6)朝着布置在所述容器(2)上的内壳体(5)的方向运动,其中,布置在所述内壳体(5)上的打开件(9)开放布置在所述腔室(6)上的关闭件(7),由此使处于所述腔室(6)中的介质能够从所述腔室(6)排入所述容器(2)中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述盖件(4)沿左旋螺纹朝着所述容器(2)的方向运动。
