Detailed Description
The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of illustrating the embodiments of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the detection method according to the embodiment of the present invention is used for detecting a full-screen fingerprint touch screen, and the detection method includes:
s1: providing a test template, wherein the shape and the size of the test template correspond to the sensing area of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen, and the test template comprises a test pattern;
s2: storing the test pattern as a standard image;
s3: applying the test template to an induction area of a full-screen fingerprint touch screen to be detected to obtain a test image; and
s4: and comparing the test image with the standard image to judge whether the quality of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen to be detected is qualified.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the detecting device 10 according to the embodiment of the invention is used for detecting a full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20. The test apparatus 10 includes a test template 12, a storage unit 14, a driver module 16, and a processing unit 18. The test template 12 has a shape and a size corresponding to the sensing area 22 of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20, and the test template 12 includes a test pattern 1242 (see fig. 3). The memory unit 14 is used for storing the test pattern 1242 as a standard image. The drive module 16 is used to drive the application of the test template 12 to the sensing region 22 to acquire a test image. The processing unit 18 is used for comparing the test image with the standard image to determine whether the quality of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 is qualified.
The inspection method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be implemented by the inspection apparatus 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention, for example, the step S1 may provide the test template 12, the step S2 may be implemented by the storage unit 14, the step S3 may be implemented by the driving module 16, and the step S4 may be implemented by the processing unit 18.
That is, the storage unit 14 is used for storing the test pattern 1242 on the test template 12 as a standard image. The driving module 16 is used to apply the test template 12 to the sensing area 22 of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 to be detected to acquire a test image. The processing unit 18 is configured to compare the test image with the standard image to determine whether the quality of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 to be detected is qualified.
The detection method and the detection device 10 of the embodiment of the invention adopt the test template 12 corresponding to the shape and the size of the induction area 22, can fully cover the induction area 22, can detect by pressing once, not only has high efficiency, but also can avoid the existence of blind areas and has high detection accuracy.
The full screen fingerprint touch screen 20 may be a capacitive touch screen and the sensing area 22 may comprise an array of pixels, each of which may comprise a detection electrode (not shown). When a finger is applied to the sensing region 22, the finger forms a sensing capacitance with the detection electrode of each pixel, resulting in a change in the charge on the sensing electrode. The magnitude of the charge variation is related to the distance between the finger and the sensing surface, and thus, by reading the charge variation of each pixel, the distance of the finger from each pixel can be identified, and thus the ridges and valleys of the finger can be identified, thereby obtaining a fingerprint image.
Using the working principle of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20, a test tool made of conductive material can be used to simulate a finger. Thus, when the test template 12 is applied to the sensing area 22 of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20, the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 may acquire a test image of the test pattern 1242.
In some embodiments, the test template 12 comprises black conductive silicone gel.
Silica gel is a thermoplastic material, has stable chemical properties at normal temperature, is convenient to form and elastic, and is an ideal material for manufacturing the test template 12. The conductive silica gel not only has the above properties, but also can conduct electricity.
It is understood that the shape and size of the test template 12 corresponding to the sensing region 22 means that the test template 12 has the same or similar shape as the sensing region 22, and the size of the test template 12 is equal to, slightly larger than, or slightly smaller than the size of the sensing region 22.
For example, in some aspects, the sensing region 22, and thus the test template 12, is substantially rectangular. Also, the test template 12 is the same size as the sensing region 22.
Therefore, the test template 12 is convenient to align and position with the sensing area 22, and the sensing area 22 can be covered by the test template 12 to the maximum extent, so that slight blind areas such as detection gaps are avoided when finger detection is adopted, and the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 can be detected more comprehensively.
Of course, in other embodiments, the test template 12 may be slightly smaller than the sensing region 22 within the detection accuracy, which may facilitate application of the test template 12 to the sensing region 22.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, test pattern 1242 includes a fingerprint pattern.
Alternatively, test pattern 1242 simulates a human finger fingerprint pattern design.
Depending on the type of human finger print pattern, the test pattern 1242 may include a plurality of concentric circles (as shown in fig. 3 (a)), a plurality of spiral lines (as shown in fig. 3 (c)), and a plurality of zigzag curves (as shown in fig. 3 (b)).
In this manner, human fingerprint patterns are simulated to design fingerprint patterns for detecting a full screen fingerprint touch screen 20, making the detection process more realistic. During detection, the same full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 can be detected by using the test pattern 1242 formed by different fingerprint patterns, and the detection result is considered comprehensively, so that the detection result is more reliable.
It is to be understood that the test pattern 1242 is a three-dimensional pattern including raised stripes on the conductive silicon, and in fig. 3, the black lines represent ridges as the raised portions, and the white areas between the black lines represent valleys as the non-raised portions.
Thus, the three-dimensional test pattern 1242 with ridges and valleys is adopted by the test template 12, which is closer to the surface texture characteristics of human fingers, so that the detection result is more reliable.
Of course, in other embodiments, the test pattern is not limited to the above three patterns, and an appropriate pattern may be selected according to the actual detection requirement.
In some embodiments, the test template 12 includes a first surface 122 and a second surface 124 opposite to the first surface 122, the first surface 122 is used for connecting with the driving module 16, and the second surface 124 has a test pattern 1242 formed thereon.
With such an arrangement, the connection between the test template 12 and the driving module 12 does not affect the arrangement of the test pattern 1242, and the design is more reasonable.
In certain embodiments, step S1 may include the following sub-steps:
s11: providing a blank template; and
s12: a test pattern 1242 is formed on the blank template as the test pattern 1242 to form the test template 12.
That is, the test pattern 1242 is obtained according to the standard image, so that the high-quality standard image can be obtained through the computer drawing technology, and then the high-quality standard image is converted into the test pattern 1242, which is beneficial to improving the detection accuracy.
The conversion of the standard image into the test pattern 1242 may be realized by a high-precision Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine or the like.
In certain embodiments, step S2 includes the following sub-steps:
s21: providing a standard full screen fingerprint touch screen 20; and
s21: the test template 12 is applied to the sensing area 22 of a standard full-screen fingerprint touch screen to acquire the image as a standard image.
That is, a standard image is obtained from the test pattern 1242. In this manner, the manufacture of the test template 12 is facilitated and is not limited to being manufactured by a test image.
The standard full-screen fingerprint touchscreen may be a full-screen fingerprint touchscreen that has been verified to be eligible by other detection means. In this manner, the test pattern 1242 can be converted into a test image with high fidelity, thereby ensuring detection accuracy.
In some embodiments, the drive module 16 includes a ram 161, and a ram 162 coupled to the ram 161. The indenter 161 is used to connect with the test template 12.
So, pressure head 161 provides the installation carrier for test template 12, and under the cooperation of pressure head 161 and depression bar 162, when making test template 12 apply to full-screen fingerprint touch-sensitive screen 20 on, the dynamics is more even, is favorable to improving the degree of accuracy that detects.
The pressing head 161 includes a connection surface 1612 connected to the pressing rod 162 and a pressing surface 1614 opposite to the connection surface 1612, and an orthographic projection of the test template 12 on the pressing surface 1614 falls within the pressing surface 1614.
As such, the press-fit surface 1614 is connected to the first surface 122 of the test template 12, and the press head 161 provides a mounting carrier for the test template 12 and facilitates replacement of the test template 12 when different test templates 12 are required for testing.
The drive module 16 further includes a post 166 disposed perpendicular to the full screen fingerprint touch screen 20, a slide bar 168 slidably disposed on the post 166, and an actuator 164. The pressing rod 162 is fixedly connected with the sliding rod 168 and is arranged in parallel with the supporting column 166, and the actuator 164 drives the sliding rod 168 and drives the pressing head 161 loaded with the test template 12 to move towards the sensing area 22 of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 through the transmission of the pressing rod 162.
Thus, the test template 12 is loaded on the laminating surface 1614, and the driving module 16 moves the test template 12 to the sensing area 22 of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20, so that the sensing area 22 obtains the information of the test pattern 1242 on the test template 12. Meanwhile, the automation of the detection process is realized, the working efficiency is improved, the manual workload is reduced, and the detection cost is reduced.
In some embodiments, the detection device 10 comprises a fixture 19, the fixture 19 being for holding a full screen fingerprint touch screen 20.
The fixing device 19 includes a base 192 and a block set 194 vertically disposed on the base 192, the block set 194 includes at least one block movably disposed on the base, and the block set 194 and the base 192 enclose a receiving space 196 adapted to the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20.
The shape and size of the receiving space 196 match the shape and size of the full screen fingerprint touch screen 20, e.g., the shape of the receiving space 196 is the same as the shape of the full screen fingerprint touch screen 20. In some embodiments, the full screen fingerprint touch screen 20 is substantially rectangular, and thus, the receiving space 196 may also be substantially rectangular. The receiving space 196 is slightly larger than the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20, so that the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 can be received in the receiving space 196 on one hand, and the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 can be fixed by structural cooperation on the other hand.
Thus, the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 is fixed in the accommodating space 196 with adjustable size formed by the base 192 and the stopper group 194 by the fixing device 19, so that the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 cannot move when being detected, and the detection is convenient.
In certain embodiments, step S4 includes the following sub-steps:
s41: calculating the similarity of the standard image and the test image;
s42: judging whether the similarity exceeds a preset threshold value or not; and
s43: the full screen fingerprint touchscreen 20 quality is determined to be acceptable when the similarity exceeds a predetermined threshold.
Thus, by comparing the similarity between the standard image and the test image, the quality of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 is indicated, the higher the similarity is, the better the quality of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 is, otherwise, the lower the similarity is, the worse the quality of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 is, and when the similarity is lower than a predetermined threshold, the unqualified quality of the full-screen fingerprint touch screen 20 can be indicated.
In some embodiments, the comparison method includes streak line deviation comparison, effective pixel point number ratio comparison, and comparison of gray value statistics data of each pixel point, and one or more comparison methods can be selected for comparison as required during detection. Of course, in other embodiments, the alignment method is not limited to the above three methods, and an appropriate alignment method can be selected according to the requirement of the actual detection process.
Therefore, various comparison methods have selectable methods in detection, and when the requirement on the accuracy of the detection result is high, the detection results adopting various comparison methods can be comprehensively considered so as to improve the accuracy of the detection result.
In certain embodiments, step S4 is accomplished by the processing unit 18. In this way, the processing unit 18 analyzes the data of the test image acquired by the sensing region 22, compares the data with the standard image, and outputs a comparison result.
