本发明公开了一种环保节能型谷物烘干冷却除尘装置,包括箱体、净化筒和扬尘筒,所述箱体下端两侧设有支腿,箱体左上端设有送料筒,送料筒内设有送料绞龙,送料筒下端伸入箱体内部,箱体左端面为倾斜面,送料筒右侧的箱体中设有左低右高的导料斜板,倾斜面和导料斜板的设置方便了物料汇集在送料筒下方,送料筒左侧的箱体上端面设有加料口和位于加料口处的加料盖板,送料筒右侧的箱体上端设有扬尘筒,扬尘筒下端与箱体相连通,扬尘筒上端和送料筒之间设有导料管,导料管左端高于右端,扬尘筒内交叉设有若干个扬尘斜板,本发明结构简单、合理,节能减排,方便了人们对谷物的干燥和除尘,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用机械设备技术领域,具体是一种环保节能型谷物烘干冷却除尘装置。
背景技术
稻谷在从稻田收割之后,需要进行干燥过程,传统的稻谷干燥方法是采用太阳晒,这种依靠太阳晒进行稻谷干燥的方法已经越来越不适应现代农村的发展了,因为晒谷的场地越来越少,晒谷的效率太低;为此目前市场上出现了一些专用于稻谷干燥的烘干设备,但这些烘干设备要么结构简单,体积大,烘干效率不高,烘干不均匀; 要么烘干效果好, 但结构 复杂,成本高,无法大面积推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保节能型谷物烘干冷却除尘装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保节能型谷物烘干冷却除尘装置,包括箱体、净化筒和扬尘筒,所述箱体下端两侧设有支腿,箱体左上端设有送料筒,送料筒内设有送料绞龙,送料筒下端伸入箱体内部,箱体左端面为倾斜面,送料筒右侧的箱体中设有左低右高的导料斜板,倾斜面和导料斜板的设置方便了物料汇集在送料筒下方,送料筒左侧的箱体上端面设有加料口和位于加料口处的加料盖板,送料筒右侧的箱体上端设有扬尘筒,扬尘筒下端与箱体相连通,扬尘筒上端和送料筒之间设有导料管,导料管左端高于右端,扬尘筒内交叉设有若干个扬尘斜板,扬尘筒右侧的箱体上端设有净化筒,净化筒内设有聚气罩,聚气罩上方的净化筒左侧壁和扬尘筒之间设有若干个导气管,聚气罩下端口可拆卸设有集尘布袋,集尘布袋下方的净化筒中设有除湿板,除湿板下方的净化筒中设有加热电阻丝,净化筒下端口伸入箱体内部,净化箱下端口设有抽气风机,送料筒下方的箱体底部设有出料口和位于出料口处的出料挡板。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述加热电阻丝、抽气风机和送料绞龙电性连接控制开关。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述集尘布袋和除湿板所在的净化筒右侧可拆卸设有取料门。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述扬尘斜板上表面设有陶瓷光滑层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述加料盖板上表面设有拉环,且加料盖板和加料口之间设有密封垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单、合理,实现了谷物的循环干燥和除尘,同时也避免了热湿气的排出,从而降低了装置对环境的污染,同时也是对热湿气中热量的回收利用,进而起到节能环保的作用,实用性强。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种环保节能型谷物烘干冷却除尘装置,包括箱体1、净化筒2和扬尘筒3,所述箱体1下端两侧设有支腿7,箱体1左上端设有送料筒4,送料筒4内设有送料绞龙5,送料筒4下端伸入箱体1内部,箱体1左端面为倾斜面,送料筒4右侧的箱体1中设有左低右高的导料斜板10,倾斜面和导料斜板10的设置方便了物料汇集在送料筒4下方,送料筒4左侧的箱体1上端面设有加料口和位于加料口处的加料盖板6,加料盖板5上表面设有拉环,且加料盖板5和加料口之间设有密封垫,送料筒4右侧的箱体1上端设有扬尘筒3,扬尘筒3下端与箱体1相连通,扬尘筒3上端和送料筒4之间设有导料管17,导料管17左端高于右端,扬尘筒3内交叉设有若干个扬尘斜板15,扬尘斜板15上表面设有陶瓷光滑层,这样物料被送料筒4中的送料绞龙5输送到导料管17左端,物料沿着导料管17进入扬尘筒3后,在交叉设置的扬尘斜板15的作用下不断翻滚,进而将物料中的粉尘扬起,从扬尘筒3出来的物料在导料斜板10的引导下会重新回到送料筒14下方,进而实现物料的循环干燥,扬尘筒3右侧的箱体1上端设有净化筒2,净化筒2内设有聚气罩14,聚气罩14上方的净化筒2左侧壁和扬尘筒3之间设有若干个导气管16,聚气罩14下端口可拆卸设有集尘布袋13,集尘布袋13下方的净化筒2中设有除湿板12,集尘布袋13和除湿板所在的净化筒2右侧可拆卸设有取料门,除湿板12下方的净化筒2中设有加热电阻丝18,净化筒2下端口伸入箱体1内部,净化箱2下端口设有抽气风机11,在抽气风机11的作用下加热电阻丝18产生的热空气被送入箱体1中,热空气沿着扬尘筒3底端进入,进而将扬尘筒3中产生的粉尘带入净化箱2中,固体粉尘会被集尘布袋13收集,烘干的湿气会被除湿板12吸收,这样避免了热湿气的排出,从而降低了装置对环境的污染,同时也是对热湿气中热量的回收利用,进而起到节能环保的作用,送料筒4下方的箱体1底部设有出料口8和位于出料口8处的出料挡板9,加热电阻丝18、抽气风机11和送料绞龙电性连接控制开关。

1.一种环保节能型谷物烘干冷却除尘装置,包括箱体、净化筒和扬尘筒,其特征在于,所述箱体下端两侧设有支腿,箱体左上端设有送料筒,送料筒内设有送料绞龙,送料筒下端伸入箱体内部,箱体左端面为倾斜面,送料筒右侧的箱体中设有左低右高的导料斜板,倾斜面和导料斜板的设置方便了物料汇集在送料筒下方,送料筒左侧的箱体上端面设有加料口和位于加料口处的加料盖板,所述加料盖板上表面设有拉环,且加料盖板和加料口之间设有密封垫;送料筒右侧的箱体上端设有扬尘筒,扬尘筒下端与箱体相连通,扬尘筒上端和送料筒之间设有导料管,导料管左端高于右端,扬尘筒内交叉设有若干个扬尘斜板,扬尘筒右侧的箱体上端设有净化筒,净化筒内设有聚气罩,聚气罩上方的净化筒左侧壁和扬尘筒之间设有若干个导气管,聚气罩下端口可拆卸设有集尘布袋,集尘布袋下方的净化筒中设有除湿板,除湿板下方的净化筒中设有加热电阻丝,净化筒下端口伸入箱体内部,净化筒下端口设有抽气风机,送料筒下方的箱体底部设有出料口和位于出料口处的出料挡板,所述加热电阻丝、抽气风机和送料绞龙电性连接控制开关,所述集尘布袋和除湿板所在的净化筒右侧可拆卸设有取料门。
