提供一种防腐除垢输油管道,包括管体,其特征在于:所述管体内壁涂覆有除垢层,所述除垢层里等间距设置超声波换能器;所述管体的外壁固定有加强层;所述除垢层内壁涂覆有防腐层。本发明结垢简单,管体增加除垢层,运用超声波对管体进行除垢,能够针对化学药剂驱油造成的油垢起到极强的去除作用,同时,管体外壁设置有加强层和防腐材料,提高了管体的防腐性能,增加了管体的使用寿命,采用物理方法进行管道内的结垢处理,也能更好的提高管道的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明设计有点输油工具,特别是涉及一种防腐除垢输油管道。
背景技术
在现有技术中,油田采油施工生产过程中,由于原有含水量增高,产量较低,需要采用化学剂进行破乳驱油,而化学药剂破乳驱油极易引起结垢,这些结垢的行程可在短期内塞淤油井管道,严重的结垢可能阻塞管道,给油田带来极大的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防腐除垢输油管道,通过在管道内壁添加防腐层和超声换能器,防止输油管道内壁被腐蚀,同时通过超声换能器对管道内壁的结垢进行定期清理。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防腐除垢输油管道,包括管体,其特征在于:所述管体内壁涂覆有除垢层,所述除垢层里等间距设置超声波换能器;所述管体的外壁固定有加强层;所述除垢层内壁涂覆有防腐层。
优选地,所述加强层为铝箔层。
优选地,所述防腐层为过氯乙烯漆涂层。
优选地,所述加强层外侧还涂有一层环氧树脂涂料,增加管道外壁的防腐蚀性能
区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的有益效果是:结垢简单,管体增加除垢层,运用超声波对管体进行除垢,能够针对化学药剂驱油造成的油垢起到极强的去除作用,同时,管体外壁设置有加强层和防腐材料,提高了管体的防腐性能,增加了管体的使用寿命,采用物理方法进行管道内的结垢处理,也能更好的提高管道的使用寿命。

参见图1提供一种防腐除垢输油管道,包括管体1,其特征在于:所述管体1内壁涂覆有除垢层2,所述除垢层里等间距设置超声波换能器5;所述管体的外壁固定有加强层3;所述除垢层内壁涂覆有防腐层4。所述加强层为铝箔层;所述防腐层为过氯乙烯漆涂层;所述加强层外侧还涂有一层环氧树脂涂料,增加管道外壁的防腐蚀性能。
具体实施中,管体1内设置有除垢层,能够针对管道内的油垢进行有效的处理和防护,所述除垢层2内设置若干超声换能器5,通过超声震荡完成管体内壁的结垢清理。

1.一种防腐除垢输油管道,包括管体,其特征在于:所述管体内壁涂覆有除垢层,所述除垢层里等间距设置超声波换能器;所述管体的外壁固定有加强层;所述除垢层内壁涂覆有防腐层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐除垢输油管道,其特征在于:所述加强层为铝箔层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐除垢输油管道,其特征在于:所述防腐层为过氯乙烯漆图层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防腐除垢输油管道,其特征在于:所述加强层外侧还涂有一层环氧树脂涂料,增加管道外壁的防腐蚀性能。
