Abstract
一种空心竹条,是由多片横截面为梯形结构的成品竹片组成,具有空心结构。一种空心竹板,由所述空心竹条侧面贴合拼接组成。上述一种空心竹板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:将新鲜的竹子裂解成毛竹片;将毛竹片切销成横截面为梯形结构的成品竹片;然后对成品竹片进行碳化处理;碳化处理之后,将成品竹片组成一个空心竹条;将上述空心竹条侧面贴合拼接形成空心竹板。本发明提供的一种空心竹条能节省大量的原材料,同时具有应力缓冲的特性,不易变形。本发明与现有实心竹板相比,本发明使用的原材料更少,不易变形。本发明在加工过程中销去的下脚料少,最大限度的节省了原材料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及竹制品领域,特别是一种空心竹条板及其制造方法。
背景技术
竹木制品主要是以优质的毛竹和麻竹为原材料,其不仅具有不易变形、不易开裂、强度大、耐腐蚀等优点外,还具有吸湿、吸热,可吸收紫外线和有害气体的优点,也符合低碳环保的生活理念,故竹制品深受消费者喜爱。竹板是由加工好的竹条经过一定的工序压合而成,目前的竹板采用的都是实心结构,不仅浪费材料而且压合而成的竹板在应力的作用下容易变形。同时,在生产初期,新鲜的毛竹或者麻竹首先被裂解成如附图1所示的毛竹片1结构,再将其加工成现有的长方体结构的竹条需要销去的下脚料较多,浪费了较多的原材料,这相对于竹板年产量较多的企业来说,其浪费的原材料成本极其可观。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供的一种节省材料、不易变形的一种空心竹条板及其制造方法。
一种空心竹条,是由多片横截面为梯形结构的成品竹片组成,具有空心结构。
进一步的,所述一种空心竹条的横截面为正方形或者正六边形。
由上述空心竹条制成的一种空心竹板,由所述空心竹条侧面贴合拼接组成。
上述一种空心竹板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)将新鲜的竹子裂解成毛竹片;
(二)将毛竹片切销成横截面为梯形结构的成品竹片;
(三)然后对成品竹片进行碳化处理;
(四)碳化处理之后,将成品竹片组成一个空心竹条;
(五)将上述空心竹条侧面贴合拼接形成空心竹板。
进一步的,所述步骤(二)中的梯形结构为等腰梯形,并且底角为40°-70°之间。
本发明提供的一种空心竹条是根据毛竹或者麻竹的结构而专门设计的一个产品,其在生产加工过程中销去的下脚料少,能节省大量的原材料,同时由于其具有独特的空心结构,具有应力缓冲的特性,不易变形。本发明提供的一种空心竹板由上述空心竹条组成,与现有实心竹板相比,相同厚度的情况下,本发明使用的原材料更少,同时本发明提供的空心竹板还继承了空心竹条不易变形的特性。本发明提供的一种空心竹板的制造方法,在加工过程中销去的下脚料少,最大限度的节省了原材料,而且生产出的空心竹板具有材料省、不易变形的优点。

具体实施方式
为了更好的对本发明进行阐述,下面将结合附图作详细说明。
如图2-4所示,一种空心竹条3,是由多片横截面为梯形结构的成品竹片2组成,具有空心结构。这种结构具有节省材料的优点,同时具有应力缓冲特性,避免空心竹条2变形。
具体的,一种空心竹条3的横截面为正方形(如附图4所示)或者正六边形。这种结构可以最大限度的保留原材料,销去的竹片下脚料少,同时便于后续产品的拼接组合。
如附图5-6所示,一种空心竹板,由所述空心竹条3侧面贴合拼接组成。这种空心竹板同样节省材料,具有应力缓冲特性,不易变形。
如附图1-6所示,一种空心竹板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(一)将新鲜的竹子裂解成1毛竹片;
(二)将毛竹片1切销成横截面为梯形结构的成品竹片2;
(三)然后对成品竹片2进行碳化处理;
(四)碳化处理之后,将成品竹片2组成一个空心竹条3;
(五)将上述空心竹条3侧面贴合拼接形成空心竹板。
具体的,步骤(二)中的梯形结构为等腰梯形,并且底角A为40°-70°之间。由几何知识可知,这种加工方式可以最大限度的保留原材料,减少销去的下脚料,与现有的横截面为矩形的竹片相比,其下脚料更是少之又少,对于一个产值几千万的企业来说,经济效益相当可观。

1.一种空心竹条,其特征在于:是由多片横截面为梯形结构的成品竹片组成,具有空心结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种空心竹条,其特征在于:所述一种空心竹条的横截面为正方形或者正六边形。
3.由权利要求1所述空心竹条制成的一种空心竹板,其特征在于:由所述空心竹条侧面贴合拼接组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种空心竹板的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(一)将新鲜的竹子裂解成毛竹片;
(二)将毛竹片切销成横截面为梯形结构的成品竹片;
(三)然后对成品竹片进行碳化处理;
(四)碳化处理之后,将成品竹片组成一个空心竹条;
(五)将上述空心竹条侧面贴合拼接形成空心竹板。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种空心竹板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(二)中的梯形结构为等腰梯形,并且底角为40°-70°之间。
