本发明公开了一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺,该改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺包括以下步骤:S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液、AKD、去离子水、氨水;S2:在60‑80℃的温度条件下待AKD熔化后,将熔化的AKD边搅拌边缓慢倒入预先加热至60‑80℃的两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液中,并充分搅拌使其混合均匀;S3:再将60‑80℃的热水缓慢倒入AKD乳液中,并充分搅拌3‑5min;S4:将步骤S3中制得的半成品溶液倒入高剪切混合乳化机中进行乳化,并在搅拌的状态下,将AKD乳液加入至冷冻去离子水中,并充分搅拌均匀,制得成品AKD乳液;S5:将上述制得的成品AKD乳液迅速冷却至室温,出料,制得成品AKD中性施胶剂。该工艺简单,制得的施胶剂稳定性更强。

一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺及其浆内施胶的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸化学品技术领域,尤其涉及一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺及其浆内施胶的应用。
背景技术
AKD是一种纤维素反应型施胶剂,它既能作为浆内施胶剂,也能作为表面施胶剂。AKD胶的施胶机理如下:1.本身具有憎水性长链脂肪基和反应性官能基;2.将AKD胶加入浆内,由于本身带阳电荷或在阳离子助留剂的帮助下,留着在阴电荷的纤维上。
AKD是目前国内造纸厂最成熟、最有效的中性施胶剂。但是其制备时一般需要添加阳离子淀粉作为分散剂,放置稳定性差,且施胶效果不能满足纸张对强度方面的要求,甚至会产生施胶滞后的现象。对于要求高施胶度和高强度的纸品,仅用AKD乳液施胶剂难以达到要求。合成聚合物中性施胶剂虽然在提高强度方面有着良好的作用,但其施胶效果一般,单独用作中性及表面施胶剂时,难以达到施胶及抗水方面的要求。目前,对AKD施胶剂的改性主要集中在提高其乳化效果上,但合成中多使用有机溶剂或小分子乳化剂,易对产品使用效果和操作环境产生不利影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺及其浆内施胶的应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺,该改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液、AKD、去离子水、氨水;
S2:在60-80℃的温度条件下待AKD熔化后,将熔化的AKD边搅拌边缓慢倒入预先加热至60-80℃的两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液中,并充分搅拌使其混合均匀;
S3:再将60-80℃的热水缓慢倒入AKD乳液中,并充分搅拌3-5min;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的半成品溶液倒入高剪切混合乳化机中进行乳化,并在搅拌的状态下,将AKD乳液加入至冷冻去离子水中,并充分搅拌均匀,制得成品AKD乳液;
S5:将上述制得的成品AKD乳液迅速冷却至室温,出料,制得成品AKD中性施胶剂。
优选的,所述两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液与AKD的比例为1:4.6。
优选的,所述步骤S4中制得的成品AKD乳液的浓度百分比为10%。
一种改性AKD中性施胶剂的浆内施胶的应用,所述该改性AKD中性施胶剂的浆内施胶的应用具体步骤如下:
S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:AKD施胶剂、氨水、阳离子淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙、草木混合浆、木浆、氯化铁、硫氰酸铵;
S2:将上述称取好的浆料加入组织捣碎匀浆机中进行分散,其中浆料浓度为1%;
S3:在上述分散后的浆料中依次定量加入阳离子淀粉、AKD施胶剂、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺或加入填料碳酸钙,并且每加一次料,均充分搅拌1min;
S4:将步骤S3混合后的浆料用氨水调节浆水的PH至8-8.5;
S5:将步骤S4调节后的浆水抄片、压榨、烘干,其中,烘干温度为105℃,纸张定量为90g/m2
优选的,所述步骤S2中的浆料为草木混合浆和木浆中的一种或两种混合物。
优选的,所述草木混合浆为麦草和木浆的混合液,且麦草:木浆=7:3。
本发明提供的一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺及其浆内施胶的应用,该工艺简单,制得的AKD乳液具有流动性好、分散性、稳定性优异的特点,满足施胶剂所必须的前提条件;并且,AKD的施胶的应用具有分布均匀、用量少、施胶效率高、提高纸张强度、抗老化以及改善尺寸稳定性等特点。

实施例1
一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺,该改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液、AKD、去离子水、氨水,所述两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液与AKD的比例为1:4.6;
S2:在60-80℃的温度条件下待AKD熔化后,将熔化的AKD边搅拌边缓慢倒入预先加热至60℃的两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液中,并充分搅拌使其混合均匀;
S3:再将60℃的热水缓慢倒入AKD乳液中,并充分搅拌3min;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的半成品溶液倒入高剪切混合乳化机中进行乳化,并在搅拌的状态下,将AKD乳液加入至冷冻去离子水中,并充分搅拌均匀,制得成品AKD乳液,所述成品AKD乳液的浓度百分比为10%;
S5:将上述制得的成品AKD乳液迅速冷却至室温,出料,制得成品AKD中性施胶剂。
一种改性AKD中性施胶剂的浆内施胶的应用,所述该改性AKD中性施胶剂的浆内施胶的应用具体步骤如下:
S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:AKD施胶剂、氨水、阳离子淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙、草木混合浆、木浆、氯化铁、硫氰酸铵;
S2:将上述称取好的浆料加入组织捣碎匀浆机中进行分散,其中浆料浓度为1%,所述浆料为草木混合浆和木浆中的一种或两种混合 物,所述草木混合浆为麦草和木浆的混合液,且麦草:木浆=7:3;
S3:在上述分散后的浆料中依次定量加入阳离子淀粉、AKD施胶剂、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺或加入填料碳酸钙,并且每加一次料,均充分搅拌1min;
S4:将步骤S3混合后的浆料用氨水调节浆水的PH至8;
S5:将步骤S4调节后的浆水抄片、压榨、烘干,其中,烘干温度为105℃,纸张定量为90g/m2
实施例2
一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺,该改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液、AKD、去离子水、氨水,所述两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液与AKD的比例为1:4.6;
S2:在60-80℃的温度条件下待AKD熔化后,将熔化的AKD边搅拌边缓慢倒入预先加热至80℃的两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液中,并充分搅拌使其混合均匀;
S3:再将80℃的热水缓慢倒入AKD乳液中,并充分搅拌5min;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的半成品溶液倒入高剪切混合乳化机中进行乳化,并在搅拌的状态下,将AKD乳液加入至冷冻去离子水中,并充分搅拌均匀,制得成品AKD乳液,所述成品AKD乳液的浓度百分比为10%;
S5:将上述制得的成品AKD乳液迅速冷却至室温,出料,制得成 品AKD中性施胶剂。

S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:AKD施胶剂、氨水、阳离子淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙、草木混合浆、木浆、氯化铁、硫氰酸铵;
S2:将上述称取好的浆料加入组织捣碎匀浆机中进行分散,其中浆料浓度为1%,所述浆料为草木混合浆和木浆中的一种或两种混合物,所述草木混合浆为麦草和木浆的混合液,且麦草:木浆=7:3;
S3:在上述分散后的浆料中依次定量加入阳离子淀粉、AKD施胶剂、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺或加入填料碳酸钙,并且每加一次料,均充分搅拌1min;
S4:将步骤S3混合后的浆料用氨水调节浆水的PH至8.5;
S5:将步骤S4调节后的浆水抄片、压榨、烘干,其中,烘干温度为105℃,纸张定量为90g/m2
实施例3
一种改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺,该改性AKD中性施胶剂生产工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液、AKD、去离子水、氨水,所述两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液与AKD的比例为1:4.6;
S2:在65℃的温度条件下待AKD熔化后,将熔化的AKD边搅拌 边缓慢倒入预先加热至65℃的两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液中,并充分搅拌使其混合均匀;
S3:再将65℃的热水缓慢倒入AKD乳液中,并充分搅拌3.5min;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的半成品溶液倒入高剪切混合乳化机中进行乳化,并在搅拌的状态下,将AKD乳液加入至冷冻去离子水中,并充分搅拌均匀,制得成品AKD乳液,所述成品AKD乳液的浓度百分比为10%;
S5:将上述制得的成品AKD乳液迅速冷却至室温,出料,制得成品AKD中性施胶剂。
一种改性AKD中性施胶剂的浆内施胶的应用,所述该改性AKD中性施胶剂的浆内施胶的应用具体步骤如下:
S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:AKD施胶剂、氨水、阳离子淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、碳酸钙、草木混合浆、木浆、氯化铁、硫氰酸铵;
S2:将上述称取好的浆料加入组织捣碎匀浆机中进行分散,其中浆料浓度为1%,所述浆料为草木混合浆和木浆中的一种或两种混合物,所述草木混合浆为麦草和木浆的混合液,且麦草:木浆=7:3;
S3:在上述分散后的浆料中依次定量加入阳离子淀粉、AKD施胶剂、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺或加入填料碳酸钙,并且每加一次料,均充分搅拌1min;
S4:将步骤S3混合后的浆料用氨水调节浆水的PH至8.125;
S5:将步骤S4调节后的浆水抄片、压榨、烘干,其中,烘干温 度为105℃,纸张定量为90g/m2

S2:在70℃的温度条件下待AKD熔化后,将熔化的AKD边搅拌边缓慢倒入预先加热至70℃的两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液中,并充分搅拌使其混合均匀;
S3:再将70℃的热水缓慢倒入AKD乳液中,并充分搅拌4min;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的半成品溶液倒入高剪切混合乳化机中进行乳化,并在搅拌的状态下,将AKD乳液加入至冷冻去离子水中,并充分搅拌均匀,制得成品AKD乳液,所述成品AKD乳液的浓度百分比为10%;
S5:将上述制得的成品AKD乳液迅速冷却至室温,出料,制得成品AKD中性施胶剂。

S2:将上述称取好的浆料加入组织捣碎匀浆机中进行分散,其中浆料浓度为1%,所述浆料为草木混合浆和木浆中的一种或两种混合物,所述草木混合浆为麦草和木浆的混合液,且麦草:木浆=7:3;
S3:在上述分散后的浆料中依次定量加入阳离子淀粉、AKD施胶剂、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺或加入填料碳酸钙,并且每加一次料,均充分搅拌1min;
S4:将步骤S3混合后的浆料用氨水调节浆水的PH至8.25;
S5:将步骤S4调节后的浆水抄片、压榨、烘干,其中,烘干温度为105℃,纸张定量为90g/m2

S1:按照组成原料的配方比称取以下原料:两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液、AKD、去离子水、氨水;
S2:在60-80℃的温度条件下待AKD熔化后,将熔化的AKD边搅拌边缓慢倒入预先加热至60-80℃的两性无皂苯丙聚合物乳液中,并充分搅拌使其混合均匀;
S3:再将60-80℃的热水缓慢倒入AKD乳液中,并充分搅拌3-5min;
S4:将步骤S3中制得的半成品溶液倒入高剪切混合乳化机中进行乳化,并在搅拌的状态下,将AKD乳液加入至冷冻去离子水中,并充分搅拌均匀,制得成品AKD乳液;
S5:将上述制得的成品AKD乳液迅速冷却至室温,出料,制得成品AKD中性施胶剂。
