The invention provides a temperature indicating paste for hot bending forming of an aluminum alloy pipe, which is prepared from 40-50 wt% of daily soap, 10-20 wt% of beef tallow, 10-20 wt% of rape oil and the balance of water. The temperature indication paste is formed by smelting and solidifying, the normal temperature state is yellow, when the temperature indication paste is heated to a temperature range suitable for hot bending forming of the aluminum alloy pipe, the color is changed from yellow, and when the temperature exceeds the suitable range, the color is further changed.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the temperature indicating paste used in this example comprises, by weight, 45% of daily soap, 15% of beef tallow, 20% of rape oil, and the balance water.
The aluminum alloy pipe bending forming method using the temperature indication paste comprises the following process steps:
Step 1: the temperature indicating paste is uniformly coated on the surface to be bent and formed of the aluminum alloy pipe 1, and the coating range 2 is required to contain the front area of the pipe to be bent.
