Abstract

本发明提供了一种适用于高低温环境的隔膜阀,包括上阀体和下阀体,上阀体内设有阀杆,下阀体下部设有流体进口和流体出口,阀板焊接于下阀体上。本发明的适用于高低温环境的隔膜阀,隔膜与阀体之间采用金属材料钎焊密封,改善了阀的构造,提高了阀的密封性能和耐高、低温性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种隔膜阀。
背景技术
传统的隔膜阀,隔膜与阀体之间通过密封材料进行密封,密封材料大都使用工业密封胶和氟胶等,密封可靠性差,并且耐高温、低温性能差。
发明内容
为了克服传统隔膜阀存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种适用于高低温环境下的隔膜阀。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种适用于高低温环境的隔膜阀,包括上阀体3和下阀体5,上阀体3内设有阀杆1,下阀体5下部设有流体进口6和流体出口7,阀板2焊接于下阀体5上。
本发明的适用于高低温环境的隔膜阀,隔膜与阀体之间采用金属材料钎焊密封,改善了阀的构造,提高了阀的密封性能和耐高、低温性能。

具体实施方式
本发明的适用于高低温环境的隔膜阀结构如图1所示,包括上阀体3和下阀体5,上阀体3内设有阀杆1,下阀体5下部设有流体进口6和流体出口7,阀板2(隔膜)焊接于下阀体5上。
本发明将隔膜与阀体焊接在一起,采用特殊金属材料钎焊密封,使阀的密封型、可靠性显著提高,对使用环境温度范围也可大幅提升。
