本发明公开了一种表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片,包括密封垫片本体、高温减摩涂层和不锈钢底层,所述密封垫片本体由高温减摩涂层和不锈钢底层构成,所述高温减摩涂层喷涂于不锈钢底层的表面。该表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片通过在密封垫表面涂覆高温减摩涂料,在密封垫及法兰之间形成一种隔热介质,降低热能的传导并保护密封垫;涂料本身可以填充法兰面的微小刀纹起到微密封作用;涂料中添加有适当比例的二硫化钼,可以在密封垫和法兰之间形成一层润滑膜,减小法兰和垫片因膨胀和收缩产生的相对摩擦力,从而使垫片在超高温的环境中也能够保证良好的密封性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体为一种表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片。
背景技术
排气***是指连接燃烧室的排气口,经由排气歧管及排气管尾段将废气排放,并将高温及高压的废气排放产生的噪音降低。如果排气管无法迅速排光燃烧后的废气,进气也相对无法完全吸入新鲜空气;此刻残留在燃烧室内的废气,将会影响到下一次的燃烧效能,如此一来,会影响发动机的动力。废气排放过程中最先经过排气歧管,排气歧管在设计上最重要的是避免各汽缸间的排气相互干扰,使废气尽可能地完全排出管外。为了保证排气歧管排放废气过程中不出现漏气的情况,在排气歧管上设置有排气歧管垫片。
涡轮增压发动机排气歧管部分温度一般很高可达到900℃~1030℃,法兰面的热膨胀和收缩都比较大,普通的排气歧管垫片在这种工况下极易损坏失效,垫片薄弱密封地方有可能发漏气现象,影响发动机的整体性能甚至减少发动机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有技术中的排气歧管垫片在高温状态下的热膨胀和收缩较大,极易损坏失效的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片,包括密封垫片本体、高温减摩涂层和不锈钢底层,所述密封垫片本体由高温减摩涂层和不锈钢底层构成,所述高温减摩涂层喷涂于不锈钢底层的表面。
优选的,所述高温减摩涂层采用水性二硫化钼自润滑减摩涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片通过在密封垫表面涂覆高温减摩涂料,在密封垫及法兰之间形成一种隔热介质,降低热能的传导并保护密封垫;涂料本身可以填充法兰面的微小刀纹起到微密封作用;涂料中添加有适当比例的二硫化钼,可以在密封垫和法兰之间形成一层润滑膜,减小法兰和垫片因膨胀和收缩产生的相对摩擦力,从而使垫片在超高温的环境中也能够保证良好的密封性能。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片,包括密封垫片本体1、高温减摩涂层2和不锈钢底层3,其特征在于:密封垫片本体1由高温减摩涂层2和不锈钢底层3构成,高温减摩涂层2喷涂于不锈钢底层3的表面。
上述实施例中,具体的,高温减摩涂层2采用水性二硫化钼自润滑减摩涂料,涂料中添加有二硫化钼,可以在密封垫和法兰之间形成一层润滑膜,减小法兰和垫片因膨胀和收缩产生的相对摩擦力。
工作原理:在使用该表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片时,首先需对整个表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片有一个结构上的了解,该表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片的主要生产工艺为密封垫片本体冲压→清洗→喷涂,不锈钢底层3通过冲压而成,高温减摩涂层2通过喷涂附着在不锈钢底层3的表面,在不锈钢底层3表面形成一层薄的保护膜,密封垫片本体1装配到法兰后,高温减摩涂层2可以填充法兰表面细微的刀纹间隙起到微密封作用,高温减摩涂层2中添加有二硫化钼,具有耐高温及减摩作用,同时高温减摩涂层2可以在法兰及密封垫片本体1之间形成绝热膜,降低法兰向密封垫片本体1的热传导,减小密封垫片本体1和法兰之间的摩擦力,从而达到保护密封垫片本体1的作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面喷涂高温减摩涂层的排气歧管垫片,其特征在于:所述高温减摩涂层(2)采用水性二硫化钼自润滑减摩涂料。
