本发明属于包装领域,具体涉及一种无花果鲜果的包装方法。将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,将无花果鲜果置入内包装层,将内包装层封合即可,其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,其中内包装层填装有液氮和气体,其中,外包装层的外侧涂覆有保冷剂,最终包装得到的无花果携带方便,重量轻、在常温下保存15天不会出现霉变、腐烂、失水、萎焉、褐变现象。

技术领域
本发明属于包装领域,具体涉及一种无花果鲜果的包装方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变,水果在人们食物构成中的比重越来越大,无花果作为水果的一种,其果肉细软,营养丰富,果味甘甜如蜜,含有大量葡萄糖和果糖,30多种脂类物质,且具有具有清热润肠、助消化、保肝解毒功效,深受大众欢迎,无花果成熟期在7月上旬-10月中旬,天气炎热且无花果属于软质水果,一般很难长时间保存,目前水果保鲜一般都是通过在水果表层涂覆保鲜剂保鲜,这类保鲜剂多有化学成分组成,难以清洗且对人体有害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无花果鲜果的包装方法。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种无花果鲜果的包装方法,
将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,留3-5mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层填充液氮;
将无花果鲜果置入内包装层,将内包装层封合即可;
其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为2-3份三聚磷酸钠、1-1.5份羧甲基纤维素、1-2份葡糖酸内酯、3-5份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层;
向外包装层内填充液氮后,继续填充气体至至外包装层完全臌胀,将内包装层与外包装层开口处完全热封合;
其中,向外包装层填充的气体由体积比为80-85%的CO2、10%-30%N2组成;
其中,填充液氮的体积为气体体积的1/5;
其中,外包装层的外侧涂覆有保冷剂,保冷剂由重量份数比为0.3-0.6份聚乙烯醇、1-2份苯丙乳液、1-2份高岭土、1-2份硅灰与水混合加热得到,将保冷剂通过淋膜机过高温在外包装层的外侧形成保温层。
本发明通过两层封装包装无花果鲜果,并在外包装层内填充液氮能够起到降温保鲜的效果,将液氮与气体混合填充于外包装层内,可防止无花果冻伤,由三聚磷酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、葡糖酸内酯、黄原胶与水混合加热得到的保鲜剂在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层可对新鲜无花果起到保鲜、防褐变、防萎蔫的效果,由聚乙烯醇、苯丙乳液、高岭土、硅灰与水混合得到的保冷剂能够起到较好的保冷效果,在外包装层内填充液氮后,保冷时长可达36小时,最终包装得到的无花果携带方便,重量轻、在常温下保存15天不会出现霉变、腐烂、失水、萎焉、褐变现象。

实施例1、一种无花果鲜果的包装方法,
将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,留3mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层填充液氮;
将无花果鲜果置入内包装层,将内包装层封合即可;
其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为2份三聚磷酸钠、1份羧甲基纤维素、1份葡糖酸内酯、3份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层;
向外包装层内填充液氮后,继续填充气体至至外包装层完全臌胀,将内包装层与外包装层开口处完全热封合;
其中,向外包装层填充的气体由体积比为80%的CO2、20%N2组成;
其中,填充液氮的体积为气体体积的1/5;
其中,外包装层的外侧涂覆有保冷剂,保冷剂由重量份数比为0.3份聚乙烯醇、1份苯丙乳液、1份高岭土、1份硅灰与水混合加热得到,将保冷剂通过淋膜机过高温在外包装层的外侧形成保温层。
实施例2、一种无花果鲜果的包装方法,
将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,留4mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层填充液氮;
将无花果鲜果置入内包装层,将内包装层封合即可;
其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为2.5份三聚磷酸钠、1.2份羧甲基纤维素、1.5份葡糖酸内酯、4份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层;
向外包装层内填充液氮后,继续填充气体至至外包装层完全臌胀,将内包装层与外包装层开口处完全热封合;
其中,向外包装层填充的气体由体积比为82%的CO2、17%N2组成;
其中,填充液氮的体积为气体体积的1/5;
其中,外包装层的外侧涂覆有保冷剂,保冷剂由重量份数比为0.45份聚乙烯醇、1.5份苯丙乳液、1.5份高岭土、1.5份硅灰与水混合加热得到,将保冷剂通过淋膜机过高温在外包装层的外侧形成保温层。
实施例3、一种无花果鲜果的包装方法,
将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,留5mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层填充液氮;
将无花果鲜果置入内包装层,将内包装层封合即可;
其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为3份三聚磷酸钠、1.5份羧甲基纤维素、2份葡糖酸内酯、5份黄原胶与水混合加热得到,将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层;
向外包装层内填充液氮后,继续填充气体至至外包装层完全臌胀,将内包装层与外包装层开口处完全热封合;
其中,向外包装层填充的气体由体积比为85%的CO2、15%N2组成;
其中,填充液氮的体积为气体体积的1/5;
其中,外包装层的外侧涂覆有保冷剂,保冷剂由重量份数比为0.6份聚乙烯醇、2份苯丙乳液、2份高岭土、2份硅灰与水混合加热得到,将保冷剂通过淋膜机过高温在外包装层的外侧形成保温层。

1.一种无花果鲜果的包装方法,其特征在于,
将内包装层与外包装层开口处部分热封合,留3-5mm长的孔隙以便向外包装层填充液氮;
将无花果鲜果置入内包装层,将内包装层封合即可;
其中,内包装层的内侧涂覆有保鲜剂,保鲜剂由重量份数比为2-3份三聚磷酸钠、1-1.5份羧甲基纤维素、1-2份葡糖酸内酯、3-5份黄原胶与水混合加热得到;
向外包装层内填充液氮后,继续填充气体至至外包装层完全膨 胀,将内包装层与外包装层开口处完全热封合;
其中,外包装层的外侧涂覆有保冷剂,保冷剂由重量份数比为0.3-0.6份聚乙烯醇、1-2份苯丙乳液、1-2份高岭土、1-2份硅灰与水混合加热得到。

将保鲜剂通过淋膜机过高温在内包装层的内侧形成保鲜层。

将保冷剂通过淋膜机过高温在外包装层的外侧形成保温层。

其中,向外包装层填充的气体由体积比为80-85%的CO2、15%-20%N2组成。
