The Dong medicine is prepared into lotion, 100 married women of 25-60 years old are selected as research objects, and 100 women are randomly divided into two groups, namely an experimental group and a control group, wherein no significant difference exists between the two groups.
The experimental group used the lotion of the present invention once a week;
the control group is washed with clear water once a week;
the experimental period is 3 months, all participants perform gynecological examination after the experiment is finished, and the cleanliness is used as an evaluation standard. The results are shown in table 1, the cleanliness I degree of the experimental group accounts for 80%, and the cleanliness I degree of the control group accounts for 40%, which shows that the lotion of the invention has obvious effect and remarkably improves the capability of women for preventing gynecological diseases.

Degree I: has a large amount of vaginal bacilli and epithelial cells, has no mixed bacteria and white blood cells, has clean visual field and is a normal secretion.
II degree: vaginal bacilli and epithelial cells, and a small amount of white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria, still belong to normal vaginal secretion.
And (3) III degree: a few vaginal bacilli and squamous epithelia, more miscellaneous bacteria and white blood cells, suggest a mild vaginal inflammation.
IV degree: there are no vaginal bacilli, only a few epithelial cells, and a large number of white blood cells and miscellaneous bacteria. Relatively severe vaginal inflammation is suggested, such as mycotic vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis.

The Dong medicine for preventing gynecological diseases comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10 parts of baeckea frutescens, 10 parts of curcuma zedoary, 10 parts of sophora flavescens, 10 parts of phellodendron, 10 parts of fructus cnidii, 5 parts of tea tree oil, 5 parts of rosemary, 10 parts of herba lycopi, 20 parts of beautyberry, 30 parts of hairyvein agrimony, 5 parts of saffron, 5 parts of bletilla striata, 10 parts of lotus, 5 parts of castor bean, 0.2% of benzalkonium bromide and 1% of carbomer.

20 parts of baeckea frutescens, 20 parts of curcuma zedoary, 20 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 20 parts of golden cypress, 20 parts of fructus cnidii, 10 parts of tea tree oil, 10 parts of rosemary, 20 parts of herba lycopi, 30 parts of beautyberry, 35 parts of hairyvein agrimony, 10 parts of saffron, 10 parts of bletilla striata, 15 parts of lotus and 10 parts of castor bean.

2. The Dong medicinal preparation for preventing gynecological diseases according to claim 1, wherein the preparation is prepared into granules, powders, capsules, pills, tablets, sustained-release agents and clinically acceptable dosage forms.
3. The Dong pharmaceutical preparation for preventing gynecological diseases according to claim 1, wherein the preparation is prepared into lotion, liniment, gel or spray for external use.
4. The Dong medicinal preparation for preventing gynecological diseases according to claim 3, wherein the lotion further comprises benzalkonium bromide at a mass concentration of 0.2% and carbomer at a mass concentration of 1%.
