The medical passenger display screen comprises a controller, a liquid crystal display screen, a communication module, a camera, a USB communication line, a built-in trumpet, a fingerprint input instrument and the like. The liquid crystal display screen is used for displaying the generated treatment information such as the two-dimensional code to the patient for the patient to scan and pay attention to or browse the treatment information on site; the communication module is used for communicating with a server or an external terminal; the camera is used for scanning the electronic two-dimensional code generated by the registration and treatment system of the mobile terminal; the USB communication line is used for connecting the server or the PC end and transmitting the parameters generated by the server and/or the PC end to the controller; a horn: for playing the prompt message.
The customer display screen can be arranged at a PC (personal computer) end of a doctor workstation and/or a registration and toll collection department of an outpatient service, a user is directly bound face to face (the doctor or a customer display screen system can prompt attention), a dynamic two-dimensional code is generated and displayed on the customer display screen, offline information such as a patient number of the user is contained in the dynamic two-dimensional code, and the information such as the patient number of the user can be bound at the same time when the registration and patient-service system of the mobile terminal is downloaded. Because the passenger display screen has the input and output bidirectional functions, on one hand, from the perspective of a user, the generated two-dimensional code can be used for code scanning attention by the user; on the other hand, from the perspective of a doctor, the camera on the customer display screen can also be used as a doctor's card reader' for reading the bar code or the two-dimensional code card number on the mobile terminal registration and treatment system.
The user mobile terminal is, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc., on which a medical system user mobile terminal application can be installed, which is used for generating two-dimensional code data for use in links such as registration, treatment, payment, etc., and can remotely interact with the server to receive information sent by the server (e.g., whether registration is successful, etc.).
The system and the method can also be used for the Internet popularization of regional medical treatment, and for the region where the citizen health information system is established, if the on-line unique ID number generated by the mobile terminal registration and treatment system introduced by the scheme is added as a personal identity medium, the system and the method are perfect for personal information and are also beneficial to the interconnection and intercommunication information sharing of the whole region. For the areas where the civil health system is not established or needs to be established, the on-line unique ID number can be planned by the health administration when the personal information base structure is established, then the customer display screen introduced by the scheme is put into each large hospital in the area, and then the customer display screen technology introduced by the scheme is used for code scanning and card binding, namely, the personal information base can be established at the back end of the health administration step by step with smaller cost by the hospital end in the area and the customer display screen 'powder suction' technology.
The binding step of the medical system of the present invention to the existing visit card is described below with reference to fig. 3:

s05, opening the mobile terminal registration and diagnosis system to handle related services (recharging, settlement, hospital satisfaction evaluation, next diagnosis flow arrival, inspection report and the like);
s06, paying attention to or downloading the mobile terminal registration and treatment system, automatically binding the treatment card number, and performing identity verification, such as mobile phone number, identity card number, short message, dynamic code verification and the like;
s07, binding the unique ID number (or called on-line number) generated on the mobile terminal registration and treatment system with the off-line number of the treatment system, so that the personal information in the management system has two on-line and off-line ID numbers simultaneously, and necessary conditions are provided for on-line and off-line fusion and real-name system; step S05 is executed.
Referring to fig. 4, the association of the present system with a regional citizen health system is shown.

Example 2:
although the embodiment 1 is convenient to register and see a doctor by using the mobile terminal registration and diagnosis system, the situation that a dealer registers is inevitable, and if a static two-dimensional code is used as a registration and diagnosis certificate, the static two-dimensional code can be easily copied and sent and is utilized by the dealer.
In the scheme of embodiment 2 of the invention, the customer display screen can carry out identity recognition, the facial features of registered people are scanned through the camera of the customer display screen, or a fingerprint recognition device is arranged on the customer display screen and used for recognizing the fingerprints of the registered people and matching the fingerprints with the facial features or fingerprint data of the patients stored in the server, or the two recognition means are combined, the registration can be carried out only when the fingerprints are matched, otherwise, the system refuses the registration of the patients. Whether the registration is successful or not is prompted on a screen of a customer display screen. Thus, when registering, the two-dimensional codes are matched through the head portrait or the fingerprints, and then, the phenomenon that a vendor registers can be sufficiently avoided.
In addition, there is a case where the patient cannot register himself or herself but the relatives and friends are registered instead. Therefore, in a preferred scheme, besides the patient's own fingerprint or facial feature data, a certain number (e.g. 3) of facial features and/or fingerprint data of registered people can be registered, and when the registration is performed, the system finds that data matched with the facial and/or fingerprint features does not exist in the patient information base, data matched with the data does not exist in the number dealer information base, and the information does not match with the facial and fingerprint feature data in the other people's information base (or even if the information matches with the facial and fingerprint feature data, but the information does not exceed a certain number, that is, one person is allowed to register a certain number of relatives and friends, for example, 3 persons), and then the person information is registered. If the number exceeds the limited number, the person is considered as a person vendor, the two-dimensional code cannot be registered, and the person information is put into a suspected vendor information base of the server. Furthermore, it is preferable that, when the above-described situation occurs, the face and/or fingerprint information is allowed to be recognized several times more, so that not only is misjudgment avoided, but also information of a suspected vendor can be recognized several times more, so that data entered into a suspected vendor library is more complete.
In a preferred embodiment, when identifying whether the person information not existing in the vendor information base is a vendor, the number of registered cards in a period of time (a vendor generally registers a large number of numbers in a short time) is referred to in addition to the number of patient cards associated therewith, and when the number of patient cards associated therewith is a certain number and exceeds a predetermined number in a period of time, the person information base is regarded as a vendor, and the person information base is put in the vendor information base.
After the face and fingerprint feature data of the person are put into a vendor database, the system searches the data of the visiting card again, deletes all the matched data, and prompts or warns the visiting card patient through the mobile terminal registration visiting system. Or, in order to avoid too large workload, the information deletion work of the dealer in the visiting card data can be carried out when the visiting card associated with the dealer is registered next time.
The system of the invention can also realize the appointment registration function of the mobile terminal registration and treatment system end of the user mobile terminal, and does not carry out fingerprint or facial feature verification when taking a number.
