技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能供电的气体分析仪。
背景技术
目前的气体分析装置大多采用市电220V供电,在常规情况下,也能满足现场检测的需求,而一但发生电力故障的话,就意味着气体分析仪停止工作,这样就中造成了检测空挡,就不可避免的存在一些潜在危险,而本发明正是为解决此点不足而提出的,一种具有太阳了供电为备用电源的气体分析装置。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上不足而提出的。
一种太阳能供电的气体分析仪,包括气体探测CPU,其特征在于:所述气体探测CPU分别连接太阳能供电单元,220V市电,数码显示,声光报警模块,气体传感器,通讯单元;所述气体传感器连接抽气泵,所述抽气泵连接管路,所述管路连接目标环境;所述声光报警单元包括声光CPU,声报警模块,光报警模块,模拟信号接收模块;所述声光CPU分别连接气体探测CPU,声报警模块,光报警模块和模拟信号接收模块;所述太阳能供电单元包括太阳能板,控制模块,蓄电池;所述太阳能板连接控制模块,控制模块连接蓄电池,蓄电池连接无线气体分析装置。
所述光报警单元采用的是LED。
所述通讯单元采用的是RS485通讯模块。
所述数码显示采用的数码管。
所述气体探测CPU采用的是单片机。
所述声光报警单元,声光CPU采用的是单片机。
所述模拟信号接收模块指的是由气体探测CPU产生的对应的气体浓度的标准电流信号。
供电突然断开,会触发继电器进而启用太阳能供电单元。
本发明的有益效果是采用太阳能供电的备电方式可以有效的避免因为电力故障导致的气体分析装置突然停工的情况发生。正常情况下,气体分析装置采用220V供电,太阳能供电单元作为备用电,一旦发生电力故障,直接切换到太阳能供电***。
