技术领域

发明内容

Claims (9)

1.一种传力总成,包括
具有接纳轴的中心开口的安装凸缘,其中该安装凸缘能安装在框架上;
构造成用于安装在所述轴上并随该轴旋转的转子盘,该转子盘具有第一平面和第二平面;
具有能与该第一平面接合的第一摩擦表面的浮板;
具有能与该第二平面接合的第二摩擦表面的压板;
弹簧壳体;
联接到该弹簧壳体的缸体,该缸体和该弹簧壳体形成流体压力腔,其中该弹簧壳体用作活塞,当加压流体进入该流体压力腔时,所述弹簧壳体在第一方向上移动,而当加压流体从该流体压力腔中流出时,所述弹簧壳体在第二方向上移动;
附接到所述安装凸缘上且以环形阵列排列的多个第一柱头螺栓;
多个管组件,每个管组件设置在相应的第一柱头螺栓上,以允许所述浮板、所述压板和所述弹簧壳体中的至少一者的轴向移动,每个管组件包括引导管,所述引导管设置在滑动中空的第二柱头螺栓内,其中所述第二柱头螺栓的一部分设置在间隔夹管内;
多个释放弹簧,每个释放弹簧设置在相应的第二柱头螺栓上;
多个第一紧固件,每个第一紧固件设置在相应的第一柱头螺栓的一端;以及
多个第二紧固件,每个第二紧固件与所述第一柱头螺栓上的所述第一紧固件间隔地设置在相应的第二柱头螺栓上,其中每个释放弹簧设置在所述第一柱头螺栓上的所述第一紧固件与所述第二柱头螺栓上的所述第二紧固件之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传力总成,其中,每个释放弹簧设置在所述第二柱头螺栓之一的一端,所述第二柱头螺栓的另一端固定到所述浮板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的传力总成,其中,每个第二紧固件设置在所述第二柱头螺栓之一上,用于在一端保持所述释放弹簧,并且每个第二柱头螺栓上的所述间隔夹管将所述浮板与所述弹簧壳体相连接以防止该浮板和该弹簧壳体之间的相对轴向运动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的传力总成,其中,所述转子盘轴向固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的传力总成,其中,所述第一摩擦表面和所述第二摩擦表面中的至少一者包括分成多个部段的摩擦材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的传力总成,其中,所述压板附接到所述缸体以防止所述压板和所述缸体之间的相对轴向运动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的传力总成,还包括设置在所述压板和所述弹簧壳体之间的多个压缩弹簧,其中所述多个压缩弹簧将所述压板偏压远离所述弹簧壳体。
8.根据权利要求3所述的传力总成,还包括设置在所述压板和所述弹簧壳体之间的多个压缩弹簧,其中所述多个压缩弹簧将该压板偏压远离所述弹簧壳体。
9.根据权利要求3所述的传力总成,其中,在每个所述第二柱头螺栓上的每个所述间隔夹管设置在所述浮板和所述弹簧壳体之间且处于锁定位置,所述压板构造成能在所述间隔夹管上滑动。
