Abstract

聚对苯二甲酸1,3‑丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括20~30%的耐高温分散染料、5~10%生物马来酸酐‑牛磺酸‑丙烯酰胺‑烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物、5~15%的羧甲基化木质素磺酸钠、5~15%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5~15%的聚丙烯酸钠以及余量的水。本发明的组分的耐高温性能好,使得分散染料组合物适合于高温染色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,属于纺织品印染技术领域。
背景技术
随着科技的进步和社会经济的快速发展,对生态环境的保护日益重视。在纺织领域,生物工程技术、数码技术、自动控制技术、无水染色技术被用于开发高性能、高附加值纺织产品,一方面实现从原料到加工过程的绿色、低碳和可持续发展,另一方面实现纺织产品的生态化。开发以生物质为原料的纤维,特别是生物质合成纤维成为近年来的热点,从资源和环境两方面都符合社会发展的趋势,一方面实现对石化原料资源替代,减少对石油资源的过度依赖,另一方面实现对化工加工工艺路线替代,减少生产过程和最终废弃物对环境的影响。
聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯(polytrimethylene terephthalate,PTT)是继50年代聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)工业化,和70年代聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)产业化以后实现工业规模开发的可成纤的聚酯材料。它克服了PET纤维的刚性和PBT纤维的柔性, 兼具聚酯和聚酰胺纤维的优点,具有优良的弹性回复性、蓬松性、易染性、内在的抗污性、抗静电性和良好的色牢度等特点。以生物基PTT复合纤维为原料,设计开发具有不同风格特征和功能性生物基PTT复合纤维服用和家用系列纺织品,通过环保的染整技术进行深加工,开发高附加值面料极具市场开发潜力,本文通过近年来新开发的“免蒸洗无水印花技术”应用在生物基PTT面料的开发上,对相关工艺要点进行技术探讨,为生物基PTT面料的环保染整加工技术提供参考。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 20~30%;
马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酰胺-烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物 5~10%;
羧甲基化木质素磺酸钠 5~15%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5~15%;
聚丙烯酸钠 5~15%;
水 余量。
优选的技术方案为:所述耐高温分散染料选自分散黄30#、分散红167#、分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#、分散橙288#、分散蓝79#。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明的组分的耐高温性能好,使得分散染料组合物适合于高温染色。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物。
一种聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 20%;
马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酰胺-烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物 8%;
羧甲基化木质素磺酸钠 10%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 10%;
聚丙烯酸钠 10%;
水 42%。
所述耐高温分散染料为分散紫93#。
马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酰胺-烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物的制备方法可以是:在带搅拌器、滴液漏斗、温度计和回流冷凝管的1000 ml四颈瓶中先加入120ml 环己烷/乳化剂Span80 和Tween 80各50 ml , 然后加入一定比例的马来酸酐和牛磺酸、升温至80℃,搅拌使之溶解、充分反应50 min后,用两个滴液漏斗分别滴入一定比例的丙烯酰胺,烯丙基磺酸钠和水的混和液以及少量过硫酸钾溶于水的溶液,控制反应温度85℃,1h后滴完,再反应2h然后将冷凝管换成蒸馏装置,蒸出环己烷-水共沸物,回收。冷却出料,然后用惰性溶剂将乳化剂洗掉,得到共聚物。
实施例二:聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物
一种聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 26%;
马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酰胺-烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物 10%;
羧甲基化木质素磺酸钠 7%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 7%;
聚丙烯酸钠 8%;
水 42%。
所述耐高温分散染料为分散黑为分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#和分散橙288#的混合制品。
实施例三:聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物
一种聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 22%;
马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酰胺-烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物 8%;
羧甲基化木质素磺酸钠 8%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5%;
聚丙烯酸钠 5%;
水 52%。
所述耐高温分散染料分散红167#和分散蓝79#按照1:1的质量比例构成的混合物。

1.一种聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,其特征在于:所述分散染料组合物包括下列质量百分比的材料:
耐高温分散染料 20~30%;
马来酸酐-牛磺酸-丙烯酰胺-烯丙基磺酸钠共聚物 5~10%;
羧甲基化木质素磺酸钠 5~15%;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5~15%;
聚丙烯酸钠 5~15%;
水 余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚对苯二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯面料免蒸洗印花工艺用分散染料组合物,其特征在于:所述耐高温分散染料选自分散黄30#、分散红167#、分散蓝291:1、分散紫93#、分散橙288#、分散蓝79#。
