本发明提出的一种石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺,将石墨烯呈点状分布于优质纯天然蚕丝、天丝、备长炭等多种无纺布表面形成一种新型膜材,其石墨烯磁点的分布是根据人体面部皮肤,眼睛周围皮肤特征、穴位特征精密计算得出的,能产生与肌肤磁场频率相一致的磁场,通经活络改善血液循环,清扫自由基,提高细胞活力和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,同时刺激受损㬵原层令其产生大量胶原蛋白进行修复,使肌肤健康饱满,水润有活力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有磁疗功效的基布制作工艺,特别涉及一种石墨烯远红外磁疗无纺布制作工艺。
背景技术
美容行业中使用到基布的产品众多,其中面膜、眼贴等是美容行业经常使用的一种护肤用品,具有使用方便、见效快、护肤效果好等特点,因而非常受女性朋友的喜爱。其中无纺布作为面膜、眼贴多是先采用纤维制成无纺布基布,然后再浸渍含有多种成分的营养液,经灌装封口后制成,使用时从灌装袋中拿出直接贴在脸部即可,非常随性,且在任意场合均可使用,已经成为市场上最受欢迎的脸部护理产品。但现有基布材料只是起到载体作用,作用及效果单一。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的缺陷与不足,本发明实施例提供了一种具有远红外功能,能够促进血液循环,促进皮肤的新陈代谢,活化组织细胞的石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺。所述技术方案如下:
本发明提出的一种石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
(1)设置预设大小的基布,待用;
(2)将硅胶加热至融化后,将石墨烯倒入其中,搅拌后使其充分融合;
(3)将步骤(2)所得产物倒入滴流装置中;
(4)使用滴流装置将步骤(2)所得产物滴流在基布表面,以形成若干个点状凸起,所述若干个点状凸起的排布是根据需要设置的;
(5)将步骤(4)所得基布进行烘干,使其表面的点状凸起固定在基布表面;
(6)将基布根据需要剪裁成预设的形状。
作为上述技术方案的优先,所述基布为无纺布。
作为上述技术方案的优先,所述无纺布为纯蚕丝基布、天线基布、备长碳基布。
作为上述技术方案的优先,所述滴流装置为裱花袋。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
石墨烯是目前发现的最薄、最坚硬、导电导热性最强的一种新型纳米材料,被称为"黑金",是"新材料之王",会产生85%左右的远红外来辐射热量,这是最适宜人体的4一16um生命光波,远红外线与人体辐射相匹配。
本发明提出一种石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺,包括如下工艺步骤:
(1)设置预设大小的基布,待用;
(2)将硅胶加热120度左右至融化后,将纳米石墨烯倒入其中,搅拌后使其充分融合,所述硅胶与石墨烯的比例可以根据需要调整,石墨烯含量越高磁疗功效越大;
(3)将步骤(2)所得产物倒入滴流装置中,所述滴流装置可以为裱花袋;
(4)使用滴流装置将步骤(2)所得产物滴流在基布表面,以形成若干个点状凸起,所述若干个点状凸起的排布是根据需要设置的,磁点硅胶点的分布是根据人体面部皮肤,眼睛周围皮肤特征、穴位特征精密计算得出的,能产生与肌肤磁场频率相一致的磁场,通经活络改善血液循环,清扫自由基,提高细胞活力和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,同时刺激受损㬵原层令其产生大量胶原蛋白进行修复,使肌肤健康饱满,水润有活力;
(5)将步骤(4)所得基布进行80度左右烘干,使其表面的点状凸起固定在基布表面;
(6)将基布根据需要剪裁成预设的形状,所述形状可以为面膜,眼贴,膏药状,医疗辅料。
所述基布可以为无纺布、棉布、莫代尔等。所述无纺布可以为纯蚕丝基布、天线基布、备长碳基布。
本发明提出一种石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺制作的远红外磁疗基布,如图1、图2所示,包括基布,所述基布表面固定间隔设置有若干个含有石墨烯的硅胶点1,所述石墨烯的硅胶点的排布是根据需要设置的。所述基布可以为无纺布。所述无纺布可以为纯蚕丝基布、天线基布、备长碳基布。

Claims (4)
1.一种石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下工艺步骤:
(1)设置预设大小的基布,待用;
(2)将硅胶加热至融化后,将石墨烯倒入其中,搅拌后使其充分融合;
(3)将步骤(2)所得产物倒入滴流装置中;
(4)使用滴流装置将步骤(2)所得产物滴流在基布表面,以形成若干个点状凸起,所述若干个点状凸起的排布是根据需要设置的;
(5)将步骤(4)所得基布进行烘干,使其表面的点状凸起固定在基布表面;
(6)将基布根据需要剪裁成预设的形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺,其特征在于,所述基布为无纺布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺,其特征在于,所述无纺布为纯蚕丝基布、天线基布、备长碳基布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的石墨烯远红外磁疗基布制作工艺,其特征在于,所述滴流装置为裱花袋。
