Abstract
本发明提供了一种双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,所述的双组分水性木器漆由端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、二乙二醇二***和多种助剂制备而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体,b)制备甲组分,c)制备乙组分,d)甲、乙组分混合制取成品。本发明揭示了一种双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,该木器漆环保安全、使用方便,不仅具有附着力好、光泽高、耐水性好的优异性能,而且具有较好的耐磨性和较高的涂膜硬度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木器漆,具体涉及一种双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
涂料是用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。涂料一般包含四种基本成分:成膜物质、颜料、溶剂和添加剂。涂料作为一类现代多功能性的工程材料,用途十分广泛。目前,我国涂料行业正朝着环保性、经济性、高性能三大方向发展,大力发展的是低含量溶剂、水性化及无溶剂化、粉末、紫外光固化涂料。近年来,我国涂料行业一直致力于开发低污染、高固体分或无溶剂涂料、水性涂料等。
水性木器漆因其有机溶剂含量低,施工后对环境无破坏,对人体无伤害,而越来越多地应用于木器家具涂装领域。目前,水性木器漆粘接料主要以单组份水溶性树脂为主,主要有丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯分散体、水性环氧树脂、水性聚酯树脂等。采用水性聚氨酯分散体制成的单组分水性木器漆,具有成膜性好,附着力好,光泽高和耐水性好的优点,因而得到了广泛的应用。但是,单组分水性木器漆的涂膜硬度较低,甚至远低于环保性能较差的双组分聚氨酯油漆,而且其耐磨性能也不高,因此严重影响了水性木器漆在餐桌、工作台面等家具上的使用。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,该木器漆环保安全、使用方便,不仅具有附着力好、光泽高、耐水性好的优异性能,而且具有较好的耐磨性和较高的涂膜硬度。
本发明是一种双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,所述的双组分水性木器漆由端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、二乙二醇二***和多种助剂制备而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体,b)制备甲组分,c)制备乙组分,d)甲、乙组分混合制取成品。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤 a)中,制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体选用的原料及重量百分比为:19%聚己内酯二元醇,16%甲苯二异氰酸酯,14%2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,22%丙酮,13%新戊二醇,3%二月桂酸丁基锡,8%三乙胺,5%羟基封端剂。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤 a)中,制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体包括如下步骤:1)将聚己内酯二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和丙酮在90℃下保温反应1h;2)加入丙酮、新戊二醇和二月桂酸丁基锡在55℃下保温反应2.5h;3)将冷却后的物料放入高速乳化釜中并加入三乙胺和冷水,乳化10min;4)加入羟基封端剂乳化30min;5)真空脱丙酮处理,得到端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤 b)中,甲组分由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与二乙二醇二***按质量比1:1混合搅拌制备而成。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤c)中,制备乙组分选用的原料及重量百分比为:86%端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体,1.5%复配消泡剂,0.5%丙烯酸酯流平剂,7%二乙二醇二***成膜助剂,2.5%二月桂酸丁基锡催化剂,1%卡松防腐剂,1.5%非离子综合性聚氨酯增稠剂。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的复配消泡剂由矿物油消泡剂和聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂按质量比1:1复合配制而成。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤d)中,甲组分和乙组分的混合比例为1:9。
本发明揭示了一种双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,该木器漆环保安全、使用方便,不仅具有附着力好、光泽高、耐水性好的优异性能,而且具有较好的耐磨性和较高的涂膜硬度。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
图1是本发明实施例双组分水性木器漆制备方法的工序步骤图;该双组分水性木器漆由端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、二乙二醇二***和多种助剂制备而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体,b)制备甲组分,c)制备乙组分,d)甲、乙组分混合制取成品。
本发明提及的双组分水性木器漆以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体加入成膜助剂二乙二醇二***作为甲组分,以自制的端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体加入多种助剂作为作为乙组分进行制备。制成的双组分水性木器漆施工方便,干燥速度快,自然干燥后涂膜表面平整,光泽高,硬度高,耐磨性好,附着力强。其中,端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体由聚己内酯二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、新戊二醇、二月桂酸丁基锡、三乙胺和羟基封端剂制备而成;其与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体都具有较高的反应活性,两者结合,能够显著提高双组分水性木器漆的综合性能。
实施例
具体制备方法如下:
a)制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体,具体制备过程为:首先按重量百分比计称取19%的聚己内酯二元醇,16%的甲苯二异氰酸酯,14%的2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,22%的丙酮,13%的新戊二醇,3%的二月桂酸丁基锡,8%的三乙胺,5%的羟基封端剂;然后将聚己内酯二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和一半丙酮加入搅拌容器中,加热升温至90℃,保温反应1h;之后加入另一半丙酮、新戊二醇和二月桂酸丁基锡,降温至55℃,保温反应2.5h;待冷却后将物料放入高速乳化釜中并加入三乙胺和冷水,乳化10min;随后加入羟基封端剂,乳化30min,得到乳化液;最后将乳化液放入真空加热容器中,在80℃下真空脱丙酮处理20min,得到固含量为35%左右的端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体。
b)制备甲组分,将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与二乙二醇二***按质量比1:1进行混合,搅拌混合均匀后得到甲组分,并密封于塑料容器中备用。
c)制备乙组分,具体制备过程为:首先按重量百分比计称取86%的端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体,1.5%的复配消泡剂,0.5%的丙烯酸酯流平剂,7%的二乙二醇二***成膜助剂,2.5%的二月桂酸丁基锡催化剂,1%的卡松防腐剂,1.5%的非离子综合性聚氨酯增稠剂,其中,复配消泡剂由矿物油消泡剂和聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂按质量比1:1复合配制而成;然后将端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体放入高速分散设备中,在高速分散状态下依次加入复配消泡剂、丙烯酸酯流平剂、二乙二醇二***成膜助剂、二月桂酸丁基锡催化剂、卡松防腐剂和非离子综合性聚氨酯增稠剂,分散处理30min;最后过滤,得到乙组分,并密封于塑料容器中备用。
d)甲、乙组分混合制取成品,将甲组分和乙组分按照 1:9 的比例进行混合,搅拌1h,得到双组分水性木器漆。
本发明揭示了一种双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,该木器漆环保安全、使用方便,不仅具有附着力好、光泽高、耐水性好的优异性能,而且具有较好的耐磨性和较高的涂膜硬度。

1.一种双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的双组分水性木器漆由端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体、二乙二醇二***和多种助剂制备而成,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体,b)制备甲组分,c)制备乙组分,d)甲、乙组分混合制取成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤a)中,制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体选用的原料及重量百分比为:19%聚己内酯二元醇,16%甲苯二异氰酸酯,14%2,2-二羟甲基丙酸,22%丙酮,13%新戊二醇,3%二月桂酸丁基锡,8%三乙胺,5%羟基封端剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤a)中,制备端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体包括如下步骤:1)将聚己内酯二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和丙酮在90℃下保温反应1h;2)加入丙酮、新戊二醇和二月桂酸丁基锡在55℃下保温反应2.5h;3)将冷却后的物料放入高速乳化釜中并加入三乙胺和冷水,乳化10min;4)加入羟基封端剂乳化30min;5)真空脱丙酮处理,得到端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤b)中,甲组分由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与二乙二醇二***按质量比1:1混合搅拌制备而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤c)中,制备乙组分选用的原料及重量百分比为:86%端羟基水性聚氨酯分散体,1.5%复配消泡剂,0.5%丙烯酸酯流平剂,7%二乙二醇二***成膜助剂,2.5%二月桂酸丁基锡催化剂,1%卡松防腐剂,1.5%非离子综合性聚氨酯增稠剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的复配消泡剂由矿物油消泡剂和聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂按质量比1:1复合配制而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双组分水性木器漆及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤d)中,甲组分和乙组分的混合比例为1:9。
