Abstract
本发明提供一种镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其具有相互平行的顶面和底面,所述顶面和曲面均为曲面,所述镜面双曲铝蜂窝板包括依次层叠设置的:玻璃镜面、第一铝板、铝蜂窝芯以及第二铝板;所述玻璃镜面位于所述镜面双曲蜂窝板的顶层,其通过粘附方式固定于所述第一铝板的顶面,所述第一铝板的底面通过粘附方式固定于所述铝蜂窝芯的顶面,所述铝蜂窝芯通过粘附方式固定于所述第二铝板的顶面,所述第二铝板位于所述镜面双曲蜂窝板的底层。本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板采用铝蜂窝芯作为基板,降低了产品的重量和成本,充分适应了市场的需求。同时,本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板降低了加工难度,缩短了生产周期,提高了产品质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能发电技术领域,尤其涉及一种镜面双曲铝蜂窝板。
背景技术
目前,太阳能光热发电是指利用大规模阵列抛物或碟形镜面收集太阳热能,通过换热装置提供蒸汽,结合斯特林发电机的工艺,从而达到发电的目的。采用太阳能光热发电技术,避免了昂贵的硅晶光电转换工艺,可以大大降低太阳能发电的成本。
进一步地,太阳能发热则是在指利用大规模阵列抛物或碟形镜面收集太阳热能进行热取暖的技术。国内此类项目并没有大规模投产,尚处于研发阶段。太阳能光热发电或者发热所能达到的功率主要取决于发电***中阵列抛物或者碟形镜面。然而,现有的碟形镜面原有的镜面基板为铁质冲压件,存在着重量大,开模费用昂贵,精度不够,造型复杂和无法修正的缺点。
因此,针对上述问题,有必要提出进一步的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,以克服现有技术中存在的不足。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其具有相互平行的的顶面和底面,所述顶面和曲面均为曲面,所述镜面双曲铝蜂窝板包括依次层叠设置的:玻璃镜面、第一铝板、铝蜂窝芯以及第二铝板;
所述玻璃镜面位于所述镜面双曲蜂窝板的顶层,其通过粘附方式固定于所述第一铝板的顶面,所述第一铝板的底面通过粘附方式固定于所述铝蜂窝芯的顶面,所述铝蜂窝芯通过粘附方式固定于所述第二铝板的顶面,所述第二铝板位于所述镜面双曲蜂窝板的底层。
作为本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板的改进,所述玻璃镜面通过胶黏固定于所述第一铝板的顶面。
作为本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板的改进,所述第一铝板的底面通过粘胶剂固定于所述铝蜂窝芯的顶面。
作为本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板的改进,所述粘胶剂为双组份环氧胶水。
作为本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板的改进,所述铝蜂窝芯通过粘胶剂固定于所述第二铝板的顶面。
作为本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板的改进,所述粘胶剂为双组份环氧胶水。
作为本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板的改进,所述镜面双曲铝蜂窝板上还安装有爪件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板采用铝蜂窝芯作为基板,降低了产品的重量和成本,充分适应了市场的需求。同时,本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板降低了加工难度,缩短了生产周期,提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细说明,但应当说明的是,这些实施方式并非对本发明的限制,本领域普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所作的功能、方法、或者结构上的等效变换或替代,均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
如图1所示,本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板1具有双曲面结构,其相互平行的的顶面和底面,所述顶面和底面均为曲面。其中,所述顶面和底面为凸曲面或凹曲面,所述凸曲面是指自所述顶面朝向底面的方向弯曲,所述凹曲面是指自所述底面朝向所述顶面的方向弯曲。
如图2、3所示,具体地,所述镜面双曲铝蜂窝板1包括依次层叠设置的:玻璃镜面10、第一铝板20、铝蜂窝芯30以及第二铝板40。
所述玻璃镜面10位于所述镜面双曲蜂窝板的顶层,其通过粘附方式固定于所述第一铝板20的顶面。具体地,所述玻璃镜面10通过胶黏50固定于所述第一铝板20的顶面。
所述第一铝板20和第二铝板40位于所述铝蜂窝芯30的两侧,对所述铝蜂窝芯30进行保护。其中,所述第一铝板20的底面通过粘附方式固定于所述铝蜂窝芯30的顶面。具体地,所述第一铝板20的底面通过粘胶剂60固定于所述铝蜂窝芯30的顶面,优选地,所述粘胶剂为双组份环氧胶水。
所述第二铝板40位于所述镜面双曲蜂窝板的底层,所述铝蜂窝芯30通过粘附方式固定于所述第二铝板40的顶面,具体地,所述铝蜂窝芯30通过粘胶剂70固定于所述第二铝板40的顶面。优选地,所述粘胶剂为双组份环氧胶水。
此外,为了方便本发明镜面双曲铝蜂窝板的安装固定,所述镜面双曲铝蜂窝板30上还安装有爪件(未图示)。
综上所述,本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板采用铝蜂窝板作为基板,降低了产品的重量和成本,充分适应了市场的需求。同时,本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板降低了加工难度,缩短了生产周期,提高了产品质量。
具体地,本发明的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板:
(1)成本低,相比传统的运用冲压件方法生产出的钢制基板前期开模费用在百万以上,铝蜂窝板则省去了这些费用,且成本更低。
(2)产品灵活性高,相比传统的冲压件一副模具只能适应单一的产品,例如10kw、20kw、25kw等不同的发电机需要开不同的模具加工,铝蜂窝板因模具简洁,可以根据要求按照图纸实现快速生产。
(3)加工周期快,相比传统的冲压模具开模时间在一个月以上,蜂窝板加工则省去了开模周期。
(4)易于调整,相比传统的加工工艺一旦模具完成,中途无法调整,一旦图纸变动或者加工错误则无法纠正,而本发明的铝蜂窝板可以在生产过程中随时调整。

1.一种镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述镜面双曲铝蜂窝板具有相互平行的的顶面和底面,所述顶面和曲面均为曲面,所述镜面双曲铝蜂窝板包括依次层叠设置的:玻璃镜面、第一铝板、铝蜂窝芯以及第二铝板;
所述玻璃镜面位于所述镜面双曲蜂窝板的顶层,其通过粘附方式固定于所述第一铝板的顶面,所述第一铝板的底面通过粘附方式固定于所述铝蜂窝芯的顶面,所述铝蜂窝芯通过粘附方式固定于所述第二铝板的顶面,所述第二铝板位于所述镜面双曲蜂窝板的底层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述玻璃镜面通过胶黏固定于所述第一铝板的顶面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述第一铝板的底面通过粘胶剂固定于所述铝蜂窝芯的顶面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述粘胶剂为双组份环氧胶水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述铝蜂窝芯通过粘胶剂固定于所述第二铝板的顶面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述粘胶剂为双组份环氧胶水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的镜面双曲铝蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述镜面双曲铝蜂窝板上还安装有爪件。
