本发明涉及一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,属纺织物生产技术领域。
背景技术
在造纸行业等众多的工业生产及日常生活中,纺织物均有着极为广泛的用途,但在实际使用中发现,当前所使用的纺织物往往均采用的是传统的植物纤维、高分子聚合物纤维等材料,虽然可一定程度满足使用的需要,但导致当前的纺织物在承载能力、抗高温能力、抗腐蚀能力、尺寸稳定性等能力均存在较大的不足,因此造成当前的纺织物使用稳定性较差,使用成本相对较高,尤其是在造纸机械中所使用的造纸网,由于承载能力、抗高温能力、抗腐蚀能力、尺寸稳定性等能力较差,一方面严重影响了造纸网设备使用的稳定性和可靠性,严重影响生产效率的提高和造纸设备运行稳定性,另一方面也造成了生产的纸类产品的质量稳定性较差,而针对这一问题,当前主要是通过非织造材料网状物作为传统的纺织物的替代品进行使用,并克服以上诸多不足的,为了有效的对非织造材料网状物进行利用,当前对非织造材料网状物结构和生产工艺均进行了较为深入的研究,并形成了相对稳定的结构特征和生产工艺,但在实际使用中发现,当前的非织造材料网状物结构上往往还存在这结构稳定性和承载性不好,且结构复杂等弊端,虽然可满足使用的需要,但却严重应先过了非织造材料网状物产品的适用范围和使用性能,同时也对非织造材料网状物产品的生产效率和成产成本造成不良影响,因此针对这一问题,迫切需要开发一种全新的非织造材料网状物,以满足实际使用的需要。
发明内容
本发明目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构及其制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,包括若干各通过强化线连接的由单丝聚合物丝线构成的组分体系,各组分体系均位于同一平面范围内,其中所述的组分体系横截面均为矩形结构,所述的组分体系自下而上分为承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层及经线结,其中所述的承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层均相互平行分布,并通过强化线相互连接,且承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层均为网状结构,其中所述的承载底层包括若干相互平行并分布在同一平面内定位纬线与若干与定位纬线相互绞合编织,并构成网状平面结构的定位经线构成,其中所述的定位经线与定位纬线呈30°—90°夹角,所述的支撑层至少一层,包括相互编织绞合连接的承载经线和承载纬线,其中所述的承载经线与其所在承载层下表面相邻表面的纬线间相互绞合编织连接,所述的承载纬线与其所在承载层上表面相邻表面的经线间相互绞合编织连接,所述表面承载层包括表层经线和表层纬线,且所述的表层经线和表层纬线相互编织并构成一个网状平面结构,所述的经线结若干并分别与表面承载层的表层经线和表层纬线编织交点相互编织连接,所述的强化线通过承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层的网孔分别与承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层相互连接。
进一步的,所述的定位经线与定位纬线横截面均为圆形结构,所述的承载经线和承载纬线均为螺旋状聚集的纱线结构,所述的表层经线和表层纬线横截面轮廓为矩形、椭圆形及圆弧形结构中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述的定位经线与定位纬线直径相同,表层经线和表层纬线直径相同,且定位经线直径与表层经线直径比为1:1.3—5,承载底层网孔孔径与表面承载层网孔孔径为1:2—5,支撑层网孔孔径为承载底层和表面承载层网孔孔径平均值的0.5—1.5倍,承载经线和承载纬线直径相同,承载经线直径为定位经线和表层经线直径平均值的0.5—1.5倍。
进一步的,所述的定位经线、定位纬线、承载经线、承载纬线、表层经线和表层纬线均由高分子聚合物与硬质非金属颗粒混合构成,且硬质非金属颗粒与高分子聚合物重量比1:10—30。
进一步的,所述的高分子聚合物为聚对苯二甲酸二乙醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸二丁醇酯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺及聚醚醚酮中的任意一种或任意几种共用。
进一步的,所述的承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层及强化线之间另通过粘接剂连接及熔焊连接中的任意一种或两种共用的方式进行连接。
本发明构成结构简单,使用灵活性方便,并具有良好的柔韧性、结构强度、耐高温、耐磨及抗腐蚀特性,从而一方面可有效的提高非织造材料网状物的产品质量、生产效率并降低生产成本,另一方面可有效的提高非织造材料网状物的使用寿命和使用环境适应性,降低非织造材料网状物的日常使用及维护成本。

如图1所示一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,包括若干各通过强化线2连接的由单丝聚合物丝线构成的组分体系1,各组分体系1均位于同一平面范围内,其中组分体系1横截面均为矩形结构,所述的组分体系1自下而上分为承载底层11、支撑层12、表面承载层13及经线结14,其中承载底层11、支撑层12、表面承载层13均相互平行分布,并通过强化线1相互连接,且承载底层11、支撑层12、表面承载层13均为网状结构,承载底层11包括若干相互平行并分布在同一平面内定位纬线101与若干与定位纬线101相互绞合编织,并构成网状平面结构的定位经线102构成,其中定位经线102与定位纬线101呈30°—90°夹角,支撑层至少一层,包括相互编织绞合连接的承载经线103和承载纬线104,其中承载经线103与其所在承载层12下表面相邻表面的纬线间相互绞合编织连接,承载纬线104与其所在承载层12上表面相邻表面的经线间相互绞合编织连接,表面承载层13包括表层经线105和表层纬线106,且表层经线105和表层纬线106相互编织并构成一个网状平面结构,经线结14若干并分别与表面承载层13的表层经线105和表层纬线106编织交点相互编织连接,强化线2通过承载底层11、支撑层12、表面承载层13的网孔分别与承载底层11、支撑层12、表面承载层13相互连接。

1.一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,其特征在于:所述的非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构包括若干各通过强化线连接的由单丝聚合物丝线构成的组分体系,各组分体系均位于同一平面范围内,其中所述的组分体系横截面均为矩形结构,所述的组分体系自下而上分为承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层及经线结,其中所述的承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层均相互平行分布,并通过强化线相互连接,且承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层均为网状结构,其中所述的承载底层包括若干相互平行并分布在同一平面内定位纬线与若干与定位纬线相互绞合编织,并构成网状平面结构的定位经线构成,其中所述的定位经线与定位纬线呈30°—90°夹角,所述的支撑层至少一层,包括相互编织绞合连接的承载经线和承载纬线,其中所述的承载经线与其所在承载层下表面相邻表面的纬线间相互绞合编织连接,所述的承载纬线与其所在承载层上表面相邻表面的经线间相互绞合编织连接,所述表面承载层包括表层经线和表层纬线,且所述的表层经线和表层纬线相互编织并构成一个网状平面结构,所述的经线结若干并分别与表面承载层的表层经线和表层纬线编织交点相互编织连接,所述的强化线通过承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层的网孔分别与承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层相互连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,其特征在于:所述的定位经线与定位纬线横截面均为圆形结构,所述的承载经线和承载纬线均为螺旋状聚集的纱线结构,所述的表层经线和表层纬线横截面轮廓为矩形、椭圆形及圆弧形结构中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,其特征在于:所述的定位经线与定位纬线直径相同,表层经线和表层纬线直径相同,且定位经线直径与表层经线直径比为1:1.3—5,承载底层网孔孔径与表面承载层网孔孔径为1:2—5,支撑层网孔孔径为承载底层和表面承载层网孔孔径平均值的0.5—1.5倍,承载经线和承载纬线直径相同,承载经线直径为定位经线和表层经线直径平均值的0.5—1.5倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,其特征在于:所述的定位经线、定位纬线、承载经线、承载纬线、表层经线和表层纬线均由高分子聚合物与硬质非金属颗粒混合构成,且硬质非金属颗粒与高分子聚合物重量比1:10—30。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,其特征在于:所述的高分子聚合物为聚对苯二甲酸二乙醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸二丁醇酯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺及聚醚醚酮中的任意一种或任意几种共用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种非织造材料网状物生产用高强度织物结构,其特征在于:所述的承载底层、支撑层、表面承载层及强化线之间另通过粘接剂连接及熔焊连接中的任意一种或两种共用的方式进行连接。
