Abstract

本发明公开了一种颈椎前路融合器,包括上壁、下壁以及连接所述上壁和所述下壁的柱状体,其中,所述上壁设置有第一螺孔,所述柱状体上设置有前后贯通的填料口,所述上壁和所述填料口之间至少设置有第二螺孔和第三螺孔,所述柱状体的两侧分别设置有固定凹槽。本发明的融合器在上壁上设置螺孔,使得融合器与植入器很好的固定。另外在融合器的柱状体的两侧分别设置固定凹槽,与植入器的夹臂相配合,从而进一步保证对融合器的良好的固定,防止其松动移位。

一种颈椎前路融合器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种融合器,具体涉及一种颈椎前路融合器。
背景技术
进行颈椎手术时,需要通过工具夹持融合器送入颈椎中,现有融合器一般没有具体的加持部位,在使用工具将融合器送入颈椎时容易松动移位,因而无法将融合器准确的送入预定位置。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种在使用过程中能够被稳定固定的颈椎前路融合器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种颈椎前路融合器,包括上壁、下壁以及连接所述上壁和所述下壁的柱状体,其中,
所述上壁设置有第一螺孔,所述柱状体上设置有前后贯通的填料口,所述上壁和所述填料口之间至少设置有第二螺孔和第三螺孔,所述柱状体的两侧分别设置有固定凹槽。
进一步地,所述第一螺孔与所述上壁所在平面的夹角为30°-90°。
进一步地,所述第一螺孔与所述上壁所在平面的夹角为45°。
进一步地,所述第二螺孔和所述第三螺孔与所述上壁所在平面的夹角均为20°-30°。
进一步地,所述第二螺孔和所述第三螺孔与所述上壁所在平面的夹角均为25°。
进一步地,所述柱状体的前后表面分别设置有多个防滑凸条。
与现有技术相比,本发明的颈椎前路融合器具有以下有益技术效果:本发明的融合器在上壁上设置螺孔,使得融合器与植入器很好的固定。另外在融合器的柱状体的两侧分别设置固定凹槽,与植入器的夹臂相配合,从而进一步保证对融合器的良好的固定,防止其松动移位。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所述,本发明的颈椎前路融合器包括上壁100、下壁200以及连接上壁100和下壁200的柱状体300。上壁100设置有用于与植入器固定的第一螺孔101,在一优选实施例中,第一螺孔101与上壁100所在平面的夹角为30°-90°,在另一优选实施例中,第一螺孔101与上壁100所在平面的夹角为45°。柱状体300上设置有前后贯通的填料口301,上壁100和填料口301之间至少设置有用于使融合器与颈椎固定的第二螺孔302和第三螺孔303,在一优选实施例中,第二螺孔302和第三螺孔303与上壁100所在平面的夹角均为20°-30°,在另一优选实施例中,第二螺孔302和第三螺孔303与上壁100所在平面的夹角均为25°。柱状体300的两侧分别设置有用于与植入器相配合的固定凹槽304。在一优选实施例中,柱状体300的前后表面分别设置有多个防滑凸条305。
图2a-图4b为本发明的颈椎前路融合器的使用过程状态图,具体来说包含以下步骤:(1)装入植入器400(如图2a-2c所示),将植入器400的两个夹臂401夹紧柱状体300两侧的固定凹槽304,同时使用通用起子(未示出)将螺丝402旋入第一螺孔101,以便使融合器与植入器400很好地固定;(2)用开口锥500开孔至所需深度(如图3a-3b所示)、装入导向器600(如图3c-3d所示)以及钻孔(如图3e-3f所示),具体来说,将开口锥500分别穿过柱状体300的第二螺孔302和第三螺孔303对颈椎进行开孔,然后取出开口锥500,装入导向器600,最后将钻孔器700套入导向器600对颈椎进行钻孔;(3)装入螺钉(如图4a-4b所示),并用螺钉扳手限位;(4)取下植入器400,从图5可以看出,已经完成融合器与颈椎的固定。

1.一种颈椎前路融合器,其特征在于,包括上壁、下壁以及连接所述上壁和所述下壁的柱状体,其中,
所述上壁设置有第一螺孔,所述柱状体上设置有前后贯通的填料口,所述上壁和所述填料口之间至少设置有第二螺孔和第三螺孔,所述柱状体的两侧分别设置有固定凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎前路融合器,其特征在于,所述第一螺孔与所述上壁所在平面的夹角为30°-90°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的颈椎前路融合器,其特征在于,所述第一螺孔与所述上壁所在平面的夹角为45°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎前路融合器,其特征在于,所述第二螺孔和所述第三螺孔与所述上壁所在平面的夹角均为20°-30°。
5.根据权利要求4所述的颈椎前路融合器,其特征在于,所述第二螺孔和所述第三螺孔与所述上壁所在平面的夹角均为25°。
6.根据权利要求1所述的颈椎前路融合器,其特征在于,所述柱状体的前后表面分别设置有多个防滑凸条。
