灭蚊虫灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灭蚊虫装置,具体涉及一种用来照明和杀灭蚊虫的灭蚊虫灯。
背景技术
灭蚊灯是利用蚊子趋光、随气流而动、对温度敏感、喜群聚,特别是利用蚊子追逐二氧化碳气息和觅性信息素而至的习性研制出的一种高效黑光灯灭蚊装置。灭蚊灯一般不需要采用任何化学灭蚊物质,是一种环保无污染的灭蚊方式。
中国专利CN201270731Y公开了一种光催化灭蚊蝇器,设有上端敞口的壳体,风扇通过固定架固定在壳体的上端敞口处,在壳体的下端侧面设有通风过滤网,氧化钛涂层板通过立柱固定壳体的上面,诱蚊灯安装在氧化钛涂层板上且位于有涂层一侧。通过诱蚊灯以及光触媒产生的光催化反应,模拟人体释放出二氧化碳潮湿气息,诱使蚊蝇飞来并可利用风扇所产生的强大气流将蚊蝇诱捕于壳体内,逐渐被风干脱水而死。该技术方案仅能用作灭蚊装置,且需要制作氧化钛涂层板,结构复杂。
中国专利CN201230527Y公开了一种灭蚊器,包括外壳、顶盖、紫外光灯管、进风口、风扇、风扇支架与贮蚊器,进风口位于顶盖与外壳之间,紫外光灯管位于进风口内的顶盖下方,风扇位于进风口下方的外壳内且设置在风扇支架上,贮蚊器位于风扇支架下,所述风扇为离心式风扇。当风叶转动时,离心式风扇产生的气流以旋涡形式向四周散开,中间形成真空,使外部空气快速流入补充,空气进入时带入蚊子,达到灭蚊效果。该专利采用紫外光灯管,不能用作照明用。
中国专利CN203136859 U涉及一种灭蚊器,其是在一储蚊盒的顶端开口处设置有一防逃板,该防逃板的中央处向下形成有一漏斗结构,该漏斗结构由多个弧形体构成,各弧形体的断面为宽底尖顶的三角形,每两相邻弧形体之间形成有一透风孔,另外防逃板的上方设置有一发光装置以及一负压风扇,使用时,通过该发光装置发光以及该负压风扇产生吸力,使蚊虫飞近灭蚊器后被吸入并通过防逃板而落至储蚊盒中,进而被风干至死,由于防逃板的各透风孔是形成于两弧形体之间,而弧形体的风阻小,因此可提供负压风扇吹出的气流顺畅流通以产生良好吸力,使灭蚊效果获得提升。该实用新型主要涉及防逃板的设计和结构,且仅能用作灭蚊装置。
本领域仍然需要不同结构和设计的安全、高效、环保的灭蚊虫装置,尤其是需要一种兼具照明和杀灭蚊虫功能的灭蚊虫灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种集照明和杀灭蚊虫于一体的灭蚊虫灯。
一种灭蚊虫灯,包括至少一个LED芯片、储虫仓、负压风扇、风扇吊架、通风网、电源,所述储虫仓与所述风扇吊架连接,所述LED芯片固定在所述储虫仓的下端面上,所述储虫仓包括进风孔和储虫槽,所述负压风扇安装在所述风扇吊架上、所述储虫仓的上方,所述负压风扇的叶片与所述储虫仓的上端面之间留有能使蚊虫通过的间隙,所述通风网上设有多个通风孔,所述通风孔的大小能够阻止蚊虫通过所述通风孔,所述通风网沿周向设置于所述风扇吊架外侧壁和所述储虫仓的外侧壁之间,所述风扇吊架、通风网和储虫仓形成除所述通风孔和所述进风孔以外的封闭空间。
由于蚊虫具有趋光性,LED芯片通电发光后,蚊虫将向LED芯片附近聚集,通电旋转的负压风扇经由储虫仓的进风孔吸入,并通过所述负压风扇的叶片与所述储虫仓的上端面之间留有的间隙进入所述风扇吊架、通风网和储虫仓形成的除所述通风孔和所述进风孔以外的封闭空间。由于负压风扇的作用,蚊虫不能逆向飞出进风孔。另外,由于通风网上的通风孔的大小能够阻止蚊虫通过所述通风孔,因此蚊虫将不能飞出上述封闭空间,最后落入储虫仓内的储虫槽内被风干致死。
本发明中的灭蚊虫灯在负压风扇不通电旋转的情况下,可单独用作照明灯。
在一个具体实施例中,所述灭蚊虫灯带有与所述储虫仓的下端形状配合的灯罩,并安装固定在所述储虫仓的下端,所述灯罩带有与所述储虫仓进风孔连通的灯罩进风孔。
在一个具体实施例中,所述储虫仓与所述风扇吊架通过插接方式连接,其中在所述风扇吊架上带有向下伸出的插接头,在所述储虫仓上带有与所述插接头配合的插接孔;反之亦然。
在一个优选的实施例中,采用紧固螺钉将所述插接头和所述插接孔紧固在一起。
在一个进一步优选的实施例中,所述插接头为具有一厚度和长度的圆筒的一部分,所述通风网紧贴所述插接头安装在所述插接头外侧且可相对于所述插接头旋转;所述通风网上带有开口,在所述灭蚊虫灯处于工作状态时,所述开口被所述插接头完全遮盖。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述插接头还设有供LED芯片用电源线穿过的电线孔。
在一个具体实施例中,在所述风扇吊架上方还设有电路板,所述电路板用于控制所述LED灯和所述负压风扇。
在一个具体实施例中,还带有电路板罩壳,且所述电路板罩壳、电路板和风扇吊架通过紧固螺钉紧固在一起。
在一个具体实施例中,负压风扇调速杆自所述电路板伸出到所述电路板罩壳外面,以用于手动操作来调节所述负压风扇的转速。
在一个具体实施例中,所述电路板罩壳上还固定有灯头,所述灯头在外壁上设有外螺纹,以用于旋转固定于提供电源的灯座内。
本发明的灭蚊虫灯在不需要灭蚊虫的情况下,可以仅用作照明,而在需要灭蚊虫的情况下,通过开启负压风扇就可以将蚊虫收集并风干杀死在储虫仓的储虫槽内。进一步地,本发明的带有灯罩、电路板、电路板罩壳和外螺纹灯头的实质上封闭的灭蚊虫灯可以整体可拆卸地安装在常规灯座内,不但安全,而且安装和拆卸都极为方便。

为实现本发明的基本思想,本发明的灭蚊虫灯100应至少包括至少一个LED芯片80、储虫仓70、负压风扇60、风扇吊架40、通风网50、电源。所述LED芯片80可焊接在例如铝基电路板上,然后固定在所述储虫仓70的下端面上并与电源相连。所述储虫仓70包括被隔开的进风孔730和储虫槽710,所述负压风扇60安装在所述风扇吊架40上、所述进风孔730的上方并优选地伸入所述进风孔730内一深度,所述负压风扇60的叶片与所述储虫仓70的上端面65之间留有能使蚊虫通过的间隙。所述通风网50上设有多个通风孔510,所述通风孔510的大小能够阻止蚊虫通过所述通风孔510。所述通风网50沿周向设置于所述风扇吊架40的外侧壁401和所述储虫仓的外侧壁701之间,且所述储虫仓70与所述风扇吊架40相连接。所述风扇吊架40、通风网50和储虫仓70形成除所述通风孔510和所述进风孔730以外的封闭空间。
由于蚊虫具有趋光性,LED芯片80通电发光后,蚊虫将向LED芯片80附近聚集,通电旋转的负压风扇60经由储虫仓的进风孔730吸入,并通过所述负压风扇60的叶片与所述储虫仓70的上端面之间留有的间隙65进入所述风扇吊架40、通风网50和储虫仓70形成的除所述通风孔510和所述进风孔730以外的封闭空间内。由于负压风扇60的作用,蚊虫不能逆向飞出进风孔730。另外,由于通风网50上的通风孔510的大小能够阻止蚊虫通过所述通风孔510,因此蚊虫将不能飞出上述封闭空间,最后落入储虫仓内的储虫槽710内被风干致死。
所述LED芯片80优选适于照明且对蚊虫有强烈吸引作用的LED芯片,这种选择对本领域的技术人员而言是容易做到的。
为发光均匀,所述LED芯片80优选沿储虫仓70的下环状端面均匀分布。
所述负压风扇60可选用任何类型的负压风扇,如但不限于离心式负压风扇。负压风扇的驱动装置420(参见图2)可固定于风扇吊架40上。
所述进风孔730为贯穿储虫仓70的通道。优选地,进风孔730为喇叭形,即在邻近负压风扇60的一端具有逐渐增大的截面积。另外,负压风扇60的安装以及其风叶的设计优选使得风叶伸入进风孔730一深度,且风叶的形状和喇叭形进风孔730适配。这种设计可以获得更大的吸力并有利于蚊虫经由进风孔730和负压风扇60的叶片与所述储虫仓70的上端面之间的间隙65被捕获于储虫仓70内。
所述通风网50设置于储虫仓70的外侧壁701上端与风扇吊架40的外侧壁401的下端之间。设置的具体方式对本领域的技术人员而言是容易选择的,在此不予赘述。
通风网50内设有多个通风孔510,以用于将负压风扇60吸入的气流排出。通风孔510优选均匀地设置在整个通风网内,以保证气流排出均匀,降低噪音。通风孔510的尺寸应保证被捕获的蚊虫不能通过其逃出。作为优选,该通风孔510可具有喇叭形,其截面积从内向外逐渐增大,以进一步有利于气流排出,降低噪音。
在一个具体实施方式中,灭蚊虫灯100还带有与所述储虫仓70的下端形状配合的灯罩90,并安装固定在所述储虫仓70的下端,所述灯罩90带有与所述储虫仓70的进风孔730连通的灯罩进风孔930。灯罩90可采用例如胶结的方式固定到储虫仓70的下端。
参见图2,在一个具体实施方式中,所述储虫仓70与所述风扇吊架40通过插接方式连接,其中在所述风扇吊架上带有向下伸出的插接头410,在所述储虫仓70上带有与所述插接头配合的插接孔710。当然,也可以在所述储虫仓70上带有向上伸出的插接头,而在风扇吊架上带有与所述插接头配合的插接孔。另外,还可以在插接头中设置螺纹孔(未示出),并采用紧固螺钉将所述插接头和所述插接孔紧固在一起。
优选地,所述插接头410为具有一厚度和长度的圆筒的一部分,且所述通风网50紧贴所述插接头410安装在所述插接头外侧且可相对于所述插接头410旋转。所述通风网50上带有开口520(参见图4),在所述灭蚊虫灯100处于工作状态时,所述开口520被所述插接头40完全遮盖,以保证形成密闭空间。在所述灭蚊虫灯100处于非工作状态时,旋转通风网50可使开口520离开插接头410,从而使得灭蚊虫灯100的内部可见。此时,可通过开口520对灭蚊虫灯100的内部进行观察,并在需要时通过该开口520倒出被捕获的、已风干而死的蚊虫。
优选地,在所述插接头410内还设有供LED芯片电源线(未示出)穿过的电线孔4101。
在一个优选的具体实施例中,在风扇吊架40的上方还设有电路板30,以用于控制所述LED灯和所述负压风扇。所述电路板30可根据需要进行设计和制作,而这种设计和制作对本领域的技术人员来说是已知的或容易实现的。
相应地,本发明的灭蚊虫灯100还可带有电路板罩壳20。电路板罩壳20、电路板30和风扇吊架40可分别设有螺纹孔210、310、410通过紧固螺钉(未示出)紧固在一起。
优选地,负压风扇60可通过电路板30设置为可调速的,且可在电路板30上设置有负压风扇调速杆320。负压风扇调速杆320自所述电路板伸出到所述电路板罩壳20的外面,以便用于手动操作来调节负压风扇60的转速。
优选地,所述电路板罩壳20上端还固定有灯头10。所述灯头10在外壁上设有外螺纹110,以用于旋转固定于提供电源的灯座(未示出)内。这种情况类似于普通灯泡与灯座的连接,在此不予赘述。电源线101连接到电路板30上,为其供电。
本发明的灭蚊虫灯的各个组成零部件可采用任何合适的材料制作,例如电路板罩壳、风扇吊架和通风网可采用尼龙制作,负压风扇可采用聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)制作,而储虫仓可采用氧化铝陶瓷制作,但并不局限于此。
虽然本发明的灭蚊虫灯图示为外观为圆柱形的,但并不局限于此。本发明的灭蚊虫灯的外观也可以制作成椭圆柱形、方形以及其它的多边柱形。应当理解,前述各实施例并不旨在限制本发明的保护范围,而是旨在描述本发明的示例性实施方式。
应当理解,对本申请所述的实施例的各种修改和变型对于本领域的技术人员而言将是显而易见的。可在不脱离本发明的精神和范围且不减损其伴随的优点的情况下做出此类修改和变型。因此,此类修改和变型同属于所附权利要求书涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种灭蚊虫灯,包括至少一个LED芯片、储虫仓、负压风扇、风扇吊架、通风网、电源,其特征在于,所述储虫仓与所述风扇吊架连接,所述LED芯片固定在所述储虫仓的下端面上,所述储虫仓包括进风孔和储虫槽,所述负压风扇安装在所述风扇吊架上、所述储虫仓的上方,所述负压风扇的叶片与所述储虫仓的上端面之间留有能使蚊虫通过的间隙,所述通风网上设有多个通风孔,所述通风孔的大小能够阻止蚊虫通过所述通风孔,所述通风网沿周向设置于所述风扇吊架外侧壁和所述储虫仓的外侧壁之间,所述风扇吊架、通风网和储虫仓形成除所述通风孔和所述进风孔以外的封闭空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,所述灭蚊虫灯带有与所述储虫仓的下端形状配合的灯罩,并安装固定在所述储虫仓的下端,所述灯罩带有与所述储虫仓进风孔连通的灯罩进风孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,所述储虫仓与所述风扇吊架通过插接方式连接,其中在所述风扇吊架上带有向下伸出的插接头,在所述储虫仓上带有与所述插接头配合的插接孔。
4.根据权利要求2所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,所述储虫仓与所述风扇吊架通过插接方式连接,其中在所述储虫仓上带有向上伸出的插接头,在所述风扇吊架上带有与所述插接头配合的插接孔。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,采用紧固螺钉将所述插接头和所述插接孔紧固在一起。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,所述插接头为具有一厚度和长度的圆筒壁的一部分,所述通风网紧贴所述插接头安装在所述插接头外侧且可相对于所述插接头旋转;所述通风网上带有开口,在所述灭蚊虫灯处于工作状态时,所述开口被所述插接头完全遮盖。
7.根据权利要求6所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,所述插接头还设有供LED芯片用电源线穿过的电线孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,在所述风扇吊架上方还设有电路板,所述电路板用于控制所述LED灯和所述负压风扇。
9.根据权利要求8所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,还带有电路板罩壳,且所述电路板罩壳、电路板和风扇吊架通过紧固螺钉紧固在一起;负压风扇调速杆自所述电路板伸出到所述电路板罩壳外面,以用于手动操作来调节所述负压风扇的转速。
10.根据权利要求9所述的灭蚊虫灯,其特征在于,所述电路板罩壳上还固定有灯头,所述灯头在外壁上设有外螺纹,以用于旋转固定于提供电源的灯座内。
