本发明公开了一种膨胀聚苯板保温***,包括基层墙体、粘结层、保温层、底漆防护层、增强层、面漆防护层、饰面层和加强柱,其特征在于:所述的基层墙体上设置有连接槽,并在基层墙体表面设置有粘结层,所述的保温层一侧与粘结层连接,另一侧设置有底漆防护层,所述的增强层一面与底漆防护层连接,并在另一面设置有面漆防护层,所述的饰面层设置在面漆防护层上。本发明在增强层上设置有加强柱,并将加强柱的另一端设置在基层墙体的连接槽内,提高了基层墙体与增强层之间连接强度,进而提高保温***在基层墙体上的牢固度,有效解决墙体的龟裂及渗漏水等问题,延长保温***在墙体上的使用寿命,进而能够提高墙面的美观度。

本发明涉及建筑保温技术领域,具体是一种膨胀聚苯板保温***。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,建筑业通常采用对外墙保温的方式达到节约能源的目的,而目前多采用聚苯板对建筑外墙进行保温。如申请号为201120024685.5的专利公布了一种聚苯板外墙保温结构,其解决了传统聚苯板保温结构存在的保温隔热效果差、透气耐老化性能不佳的问题,但其存在着聚苯板与墙体之间连接强度不高、易脱落、美观性不佳的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有聚苯板保温材料存在的聚苯板与墙体之间连接强度不高、易脱落、美观性不佳等问题,提供一种造价成本低、安全性能高、保温材料与墙体连接强度大、使用寿命长、美观性好的膨胀聚苯板保温***。
本发明解决的技术问题所采取的技术方案为:
一种膨胀聚苯板保温***,包括基层墙体、粘结层、保温层、底漆防护层、增强层、面漆防护层、饰面层和加强柱,其特征在于:所述的基层墙体上设置有连接槽,并在基层墙体表面设置有粘结层,所述的保温层一侧与粘结层连接,另一侧设置有底漆防护层,所述的增强层一面与底漆防护层连接,并在另一面设置有面漆防护层,所述的饰面层设置在面漆防护层上,在增强层的两侧分别设置有底漆防护层和面漆防护层,提高了饰面层在保温***中的稳定性,进而能够提高墙面的美观性,在增强层上设置有加强柱,并将加强柱的另一端设置在基层墙体的连接槽内,提高了基层墙体与增强层之间连接强度,进而提高保温***在基层墙体上的牢固度,有效解决墙体的龟裂及渗漏水等问题,延长保温***在墙体上的使用寿命。
所述的保温层设置为阻燃型抗碱聚苯板材料。
所述的增强层设置为胶浆和高强耐碱玻璃丝网格布的混合物。
所述的加强柱一端设置在增强层上,另一端穿过底漆防护层、保温层、粘结层设置在连接槽内。
有益效果:本发明在增强层上设置有加强柱,并将加强柱的另一端设置在基层墙体的连接槽内,提高了基层墙体与增强层之间连接强度,进而提高保温***在基层墙体上的牢固度,有效解决墙体的龟裂及渗漏水等问题,延长保温***在墙体上的使用寿命,在增强层的两侧分别设置有底漆防护层和面漆防护层,提高了饰面层在保温***中的稳定性,进而能够提高墙面的美观度。

如附图1所示,一种膨胀聚苯板保温***,包括基层墙体1、粘结层2、保温层3、底漆防护层4、增强层5、面漆防护层6、饰面层7和加强柱8,其特征在于:所述的基层墙体1上设置有连接槽9,并在基层墙体1表面设置有粘结层2,所述的保温层3一侧与粘结层2连接,另一侧设置有底漆防护层4,在基层墙体1与保温层3之间设置有粘结层2,提高了保温层3与基层墙体1之间的连接强度,所述的保温层3设置为阻燃型抗碱聚苯板材料,提高了保温***的性能,所述的增强层5一面与底漆防护层4连接,并在另一面设置有面漆防护层6,所述的增强层5设置为胶浆和高强耐碱玻璃丝网格布的混合物,提高了增强层的性能,所述的饰面层7设置在面漆防护层6上,在增强层5的两侧分别设置有底漆防护层4和面漆防护层6,提高了饰面层7在保温***中的稳定性,进而能够提高墙面的美观性,所述的加强柱8一端设置在增强层5上,另一端穿过底漆防护层4、保温层3、粘结层2设置在连接槽9内,在增强层5上设置有加强柱8,并将加强柱8的另一端设置在基层墙体1的连接槽9内,提高了基层墙体1与增强层5之间连接强度,进而提高保温***在基层墙体1上的牢固度,有效解决墙体的龟裂及渗漏水等问题,延长保温***在墙体上的使用寿命。

1.一种膨胀聚苯板保温***,包括基层墙体、粘结层、保温层、底漆防护层、增强层、面漆防护层、饰面层和加强柱,其特征在于:所述的基层墙体上设置有连接槽,并在基层墙体表面设置有粘结层,所述的保温层一侧与粘结层连接,另一侧设置有底漆防护层,所述的增强层一面与底漆防护层连接,并在另一面设置有面漆防护层,所述的饰面层设置在面漆防护层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀聚苯板保温***,其特征在于:所述的保温层设置为阻燃型抗碱聚苯板材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀聚苯板保温***,其特征在于:所述的增强层设置为胶浆和高强耐碱玻璃丝网格布的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀聚苯板保温***,其特征在于:所述的加强柱一端设置在增强层上,另一端穿过底漆防护层、保温层、粘结层设置在连接槽内。
