本发明涉及清洁剂领域。一种马桶清洁剂,该清洁剂由水溶膜及其内的清洁片构成,清洁片按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:纯碱、酒石酸、柠檬酸、二氯异氰尿酸钠、元明粉、低泡非离子表面活性剂和香精。该马桶清洁剂的优点是存放占用空间小,取用方便,不会对手造成污染或腐蚀,对尿渍有很强的去除能力,保护、光亮陶瓷,尤其是杀菌性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁剂领域,特别是涉及一种马桶清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的马桶清洁剂多为液状,如中国发明专利申请(申请号CN201310479781.2CN201510437124.0申请日2013.10.15)公开了一种马桶清洁剂,包括如下重量含量的成分:醋酸20-30份,次氯酸1-2份,表面活性剂2-3份,漂粉精5-15份,香味素1-3份,加入100-150份水,即得成品。该类液状马桶清洁剂存在的不足是体积大,运输成本高。市场上也有固体片状的马桶清洁剂出售,其不足是使用时需要手持片状清洁剂,容易造成手部皮肤污染或腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种存放占用空间小,取用方便,不会对手造成污染或腐蚀,且杀菌效果好的马桶清洁剂。本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的桶清洁剂的制备方法。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种马桶清洁剂,该清洁剂由水溶膜及其内的清洁片构成,清洁片按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
纯碱 10-20%
酒石酸 3-10%
柠檬酸 6-15%
二氯异氰尿酸钠 45-60%
元明粉 10-25%
低泡非离子表面活性剂 2-15%
香精 0.1-0.8%。
作为优选,低泡非离子表面活性剂包括烷基酚的聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚和净洗剂6501中的一种或多种;优选,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚选用月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-14碳伯醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-14碳仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链化13碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的10碳醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的8碳辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的8碳异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
作为优选,低泡非离子表面活性剂中AEO-7:AEO-9=1.7:1-2.3:1或AEO-9:AEO-3=1:1.2–1:2;上述的配方活性物带来的去污能力最强。
为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种制备上述任意一个技术方案所述的马桶清洁剂的方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)按纯碱、酒石酸、柠檬酸、二氯异氰尿酸钠、元明粉、低泡非离子表面活性剂和香精顺序依次投料,搅拌均匀,压制成片;2)进行水溶膜包装。
作为优选,所述的水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。低泡非离子表面活性剂中AEO-7:AEO-9=1.8:1。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,与液状马桶清洁剂比较,该马桶清洁剂的优点是存放占用空间小,取用方便,清洁片通过水溶膜包覆,不会对手造成污染或腐蚀。清洁片配方合理,总活性物含量高,对尿渍有很强的去除能力,保护、光亮陶瓷,尤其是对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果可超过99.9%。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种马桶清洁剂,由水溶膜及其内的清洁片构成,清洁片按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:纯碱15%、酒石酸5%、柠檬酸8%、二氯异氰尿酸钠50%、元明粉15%、低泡非离子表面活性剂6.5%和香精0.5%。
上述纯碱和酒石酸的作用是清洁、崩解,柠檬酸的的作用是清洁、崩解、软水,二氯异氰尿酸钠的作用是消毒杀菌,元明粉的作用是赋形,低泡非离子表面活性剂的作用是去污,香精的作用是去除异味。低泡非离子表面活性剂中AEO-7:AEO-9=1.8:1。
上述马桶清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:
1)按纯碱、酒石酸、柠檬酸、二氯异氰尿酸钠、元明粉、低泡非离子表面活性剂和除异味香精顺序依次投料,搅拌均匀,压制成片;2)进行水溶膜包装。水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分。膜的组成可以是以上的单一成分,也可以是多种成分的混合。
本发明定量包装,使用方便,不会使清洁片沾到手上。使用时,取产品一片,放入马桶中,半小时后,可用刷子沾水清洗马桶内部。
实施例1的马桶清洁剂测评报告如下。
样品:A.实施例1的马桶清洁剂;
B.市售洁厕液。
实施例2
一种马桶清洁剂,由水溶膜及其内的清洁片构成,清洁片按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:纯碱12%、酒石酸4%、柠檬酸8%、二氯异氰尿酸钠53%、元明粉13%、低泡非离子表面活性剂9.5%和香精0.5%。低泡非离子表面活性剂中AEO-9:AEO-3=1:1.3。
上述纯碱和酒石酸的作用是清洁、崩解,柠檬酸的的作用是清洁、崩解、软水,二氯异氰尿酸钠的作用是消毒杀菌,元明粉的作用是赋形,低泡非离子表面活性剂的作用是去污,香精的作用是去除异味。
上述马桶清洁剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种马桶清洁剂,由水溶膜及其内的清洁片构成,清洁片按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:纯碱10%、酒石酸6%、柠檬酸10%、二氯异氰尿酸钠48%、元明粉11%、低泡非离子表面活性剂14.5%和香精0.5%。低泡非离子表面活性剂中AEO-9:AEO-3=1:1.4。
上述纯碱和酒石酸的作用是清洁、崩解,柠檬酸的的作用是清洁、崩解、软水,二氯异氰尿酸钠的作用是消毒杀菌,元明粉的作用是赋形,低泡非离子表面活性剂的作用是去污,香精的作用是去除异味。
上述马桶清洁剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。

Claims (5)

1.一种马桶清洁剂,其特征在于该清洁剂由水溶膜及其内的清洁片构成,清洁片按质量百分比计由以下的组分制备得到:
纯碱 10-20%
酒石酸 3-10%
柠檬酸 6-15%
二氯异氰尿酸钠 45-60%
元明粉 10-25%
低泡非离子表面活性剂 2-15%
香精 0.1-0.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种马桶清洁剂,低泡非离子表面活性剂包括烷基酚的聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚和净洗剂6501中的一种或多种;优选,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚选用月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-14碳伯醇聚氧乙烯醚、12-14碳仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链化13碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、支链化10碳格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的10碳醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的8碳辛醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链的8碳异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种马桶清洁剂,其特征在于低泡非离子表面活性剂中AEO-7:AEO-9=1.7:1-2.3:1或AEO-9:AEO-3=1:1.2–1:2;所述的非离子表面活性剂:十二烷基苯磺酸=2:8-3:7。
4.一种制备权利要求1-3任意一项权利要求所述的马桶清洁剂的方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下的步骤:1)按纯碱、酒石酸、柠檬酸、二氯异氰尿酸钠、元明粉、低泡非离子表面活性剂和香精顺序依次投料,搅拌均匀,压制成片;2)进行水溶膜包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的马桶清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于水溶膜可选材料聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩乙醛、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、马来酸/丙烯酸共聚物、淀粉、明胶、黄原胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素,以及以上成分的均聚、共聚物和改性成分中的一种或多种混合。
