Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温保温涂料,可用于温度为1100℃的物体内外表面,隔热效率可达到 90%以上,导热系数仅为0.03W/(m·K),能有效屏蔽辐射热和传导热,减少高温物体的热量散失。本发明的耐高温保温涂料兼具有防水、防火、隔音、抗酸碱腐蚀功能,且施工方便,使用寿命长,可用于高温管道、炉膛、窑炉的内外表面。

一种耐高温保温涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,更具体地涉及一种耐高温保温涂料。
背景技术
热管道在蒸汽或液体输送的过程中会产生热量损耗,传统的方法是采取内衬岩棉外包铁皮的方法,此种方法的缺点是不能观察内包铁管的“跑、冒、滴、漏”。此外,管道的锈蚀容易造成安全上的隐患。
现有技术中的耐温涂料耐温范围通常最高到700~800℃,且耐温变性、防腐性差。因此,开发一种耐高温性能更佳、保温性能强的耐高温保温涂料,具有非常重要的实践意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐受温度更高,隔热保温性能更强的耐高温保温涂料。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种耐高温保温涂料,含有有机硅水性树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、蛭石粉、珍珠岩粉、硅藻土、消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂。
上述各组分的质量组成为有机硅水性树脂25%~30%、水性环氧树脂10%~15%、水性聚氨酯树脂5%~10%、蛭石粉10%~15%、珍珠岩粉20%~25%、硅藻土10%~15%、消泡剂1%~3%、分散剂2%~3%、防腐剂3%~5%。
其中,所述的蛭石粉为500~700目;所述的珍珠岩粉为700~900目;所述的硅藻土为1150~1350目;所述的消泡剂为水性硅油;所述的分散剂为六偏磷酸钠;所述的防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的耐高温保温涂料可用于温度为1100℃的物体内外表面,隔热效率可达到90%以上,导热系数仅为0.03W/(m·K),能有效屏蔽辐射热和传导热,减少高温物体的热量散失。
本发明的耐高温保温涂料兼具有防水、防火、隔音、抗酸碱腐蚀功能,且施工方便,使用寿命长,可用于高温管道、炉膛、窑炉的内外表面。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的具体描述,但并不局限于此。
实施例1
一种耐高温保温涂料,其质量组成为有机硅水性树脂25%、水性环氧树脂10%、水性聚氨酯树脂10%、600目蛭石粉15%、800目珍珠岩粉20%、1250目硅藻土10%、水性硅油3%、六偏磷酸钠2%、苯甲酸钠5%。
实施例2
一种耐高温保温涂料,其质量组成为有机硅水性树脂30%、水性环氧树脂10%、水性聚氨酯树脂5%、600目蛭石粉10%、800目珍珠岩粉25%、1250目硅藻土10%、水性硅油2%、六偏磷酸钠3%、苯甲酸钠5%。
实施例3
一种耐高温保温涂料,其质量组成为有机硅水性树脂25%、水性环氧树脂15%、水性聚氨酯树脂5%、600目蛭石粉10%、800目珍珠岩粉20%、1250目硅藻土15%、水性硅油3%、六偏磷酸钠3%、苯甲酸钠4%。
实施例4
将实施例1~3制备得到的耐高温保温涂料,进行耐热、隔热性能试验,实验方法如下:
耐热性能测试:选用厚度1mm的钢板,尺寸为20cm×20cm的正方形,表面清洗干净并完全干燥后,两面及四周均涂刷厚度为0.5mm的实施例1~3的耐高温保温涂料,完全固化后,用带温度显示的高温设备作为热源,将钢板分别加热至900℃、1000℃和1100℃,保持15min,取出冷却,观察涂层表面情况。
结果发现,实施例1~3所制备的耐高温保温涂料在1100℃下均不起泡,不起层、不脱落,可耐受1100℃高温。
隔热性能测试:选用厚度为2mm铝镁合金板,尺寸为20cm×20cm的正方形,表面清洗干净并完全干燥后,利用实施例1~3的耐高温保温涂料,分多次涂刷,每次涂刷需要在前一次涂刷表面干燥后进行,涂刷总厚度分别为6mm、10mm,完全固化后,用带温度显示的高温设备作为热源,将涂刷后的基材的一面加热至900℃,保持5min,另一面用表面温度测试仪测试温度。
结果如下表所示,隔热效率均达90%以上,
利用导热系数仪测得上述耐高温保温涂料的导热系数仅为0.03W/(m·K)。

1.一种耐高温保温涂料,其特征在于:含有有机硅水性树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、蛭石粉、珍珠岩粉、硅藻土、消泡剂、分散剂、防腐剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保温涂料,其特征在于:质量组成为有机硅水性树脂25%~30%、水性环氧树脂10%~15%、水性聚氨酯树脂5%~10%、蛭石粉10%~15%、珍珠岩粉20%~25%、硅藻土10%~15%、消泡剂1%~3%、分散剂2%~3%、防腐剂3%~5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保温涂料,其特征在于:所述的蛭石粉为500~700目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保温涂料,其特征在于:所述的珍珠岩粉为700~900目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保温涂料,其特征在于:所述硅藻土为1150~1350目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保温涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为水性硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保温涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温保温涂料,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
