一种铜棒磨铣设备自动上料装置,包括上料仓、振动装置、上料轨道,所述的上料仓采用桶形结构,所述的上料轨道螺旋布置在上料仓的内壁上,所述的上料轨道底部设置有履带式传送带;所述的上料仓底部与上料仓围壁之间活动连接;所述的上料仓底部连接有一液压泵;所述的上料仓围壁顶部设置有一开口,上料轨道通过开口延伸至磨铣设备进料口。与传统的人力上料相对比,本发明提出了一种适用于铜棒磨铣设备的自动上料装置,通过油泵使上料仓底部振动,将待磨铣的铜棒移动到上料轨道上,再通过传送带带动铜棒螺旋上升移动,直至磨铣设备的进料口;在上料仓内壁上的限位卡可以将不规则排列的铜棒推出上料轨道,使得铜棒排列上升,进入进料口。

技术领域
本发明属于铜棒加工设备,尤其涉及一种铜棒磨铣设备的自动上料装置。
背景技术
现有铜棒连续加工之后需要进行磨铣,传统的传统的磨铣设备加工速度慢,完全依靠人力进行上料,大大降低了工作效率;而且对工作人员的工作经验和专业技术要求较高,浪费了大量的人力资源。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种铜棒磨铣设备自动上料装置,通过上料装置自动化上料,不仅节约了人力成本,而且提高了生产效率。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种铜棒磨铣设备自动上料装置,包括上料仓、振动装置、上料轨道,所述的上料仓采用桶形结构,所述的上料轨道螺旋布置在上料仓的内壁上,所述的上料轨道底部设置有履带式传送带;所述的上料仓底部与上料仓围壁之间活动连接;所述的上料仓底部连接有一液压泵;所述的上料仓围壁顶部设置有一开口,上料轨道通过开口延伸至磨铣设备进料口。
进一步的,所述的上料仓内部设置有冷却液。
进一步的,所述的上料仓内壁在上料轨道的上方位置设置有限位卡,所述的限位卡的外侧设置有横置的金属条。
本发明的优点和有益效果是:与传统的人力上料相对比,本发明提出了一种适用于铜棒磨铣设备的自动上料装置,通过油泵使上料仓底部振动,将待磨铣的铜棒移动到上料轨道上,再通过传送带带动铜棒螺旋上升移动,直至磨铣设备的进料口;在上料仓内壁上的限位卡可以将不规则排列的铜棒推出上料轨道,使得铜棒排列上升,进入进料口。

一种铜棒磨铣设备自动上料装置,包括上料仓1、振动装置、上料轨道2,所述的上料仓1采用桶形结构,所述的上料轨道2螺旋布置在上料仓1的内壁上,所述的上料轨道2底部设置有履带式传送带4;所述的上料仓1底部与上料仓1围壁之间活动连接;所述的上料仓1底部连接有一液压泵5;所述的上料仓1围壁顶部设置有一开口3,上料轨道2通过开口延伸至磨铣设备进料口。
进一步的,所述的上料仓1内部设置有冷却液。
进一步的,所述的上料仓1内壁在上料轨道2的上方位置设置有限位卡6,所述的限位卡6的外侧设置有横置的金属条。
