本发明提供了一种纸尿裤，包括面层、吸收体和底膜，所述面层与底膜之间设置吸收体；所述吸收体从上到下依次包括导流层、吸收芯体和高蓬临时储液层；所述吸收芯体包括阵列排布的高分子吸水树脂和导流槽；所述导流槽贯通所述吸收芯体；所述吸收体正下方两端分别设置拒水无纺布，所述拒水无纺布回形折叠且底层与所述底膜贴合；所述拒水无纺布夹层内并排设置氨纶丝。本发明所述的一种纸尿裤达到尿液能够快速被吸收，降低侧漏风险且表面干爽度高的效果。

Description

一种纸尿裤
技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品领域，尤其是涉及一种纸尿裤。
背景技术
纸尿裤在佩戴时，尿液被吸收至纸尿裤中进行临时存储过程中，体液首次接触纸尿裤时形成受液段，尿液在纸尿裤中滑移后至裆部形成吸收段；受液段吸收越少，尿液滑移至吸收段越多，侧漏风险越大。虽然SAP定位布置后一定程度上降低了这种风险，但SAP定量增大，造成凝胶阻滞现象越严重，SAP利用率降低，表面干爽度下降。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明旨在提出一种纸尿裤，以达到尿液能够快速被吸收，降低侧漏风险；SAP定量少，SAP利用率高，表面干爽度高。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种纸尿裤，包括面层、吸收体和底膜，所述面层与底膜之间设置吸收体；所述吸收体从上到下依次包括导流层、吸收芯体和高蓬临时储液层；所述吸收芯体包括阵列排布的高分子吸水树脂和导流槽；所述导流槽贯通所述吸收芯体；所述吸收体正下方两端分别设置拒水无纺布，所述拒水无纺布回形折叠且底层与所述底膜贴合；所述拒水无纺布夹层内并排设置氨纶丝。
进一步，所述导流槽包括若干个。
进一步，所述导流槽排布从受液段沿所述吸收芯体长度方向至裆部。
进一步，所述吸收体还包括包覆层，所述包覆层完全包覆所述吸收芯体。
进一步，所述高蓬临时储液层材料为高蓬无纺布。
进一步，所述高蓬临时储液层位于所述包覆层与所述底膜之间，或者所述高蓬临时储液层位于所述吸收芯体和所述包覆层之间。
进一步，所述高蓬临时储液层宽度小于或等于所述吸收芯体的宽度。
进一步，所述高蓬临时储液层长度小于或等于所述吸收芯体的长度。
进一步，所述高蓬临时储液层厚度为3-10mm。
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的一种纸尿裤具有以下优势：所述吸收芯体包括所贯通的导流槽，体液能够快速穿透吸收芯体；具有高蓬临时储液层，能够快速俘获液体，改变液体在吸收芯体上的分布；具有拒水无纺布和氨纶丝等与底膜贴合，使侧翼能够面向身体贴合更紧密，防止侧漏。

如图1-3，本发明提出一种纸尿裤，包括面层1、吸收体2和底膜3，所述面层1与底膜3之间设置吸收体2；所述吸收体2从上到下依次包括导流层21、吸收芯体22和高蓬临时储液层23；所述吸收芯体22包括阵列排布的高分子吸水树脂221和导流槽222；所述导流槽222贯通所述吸收芯体22；所述吸收体2正下方两端分别设置拒水无纺布4，所述拒水无纺布4回形折叠且底层与所述底膜3贴合；所述拒水无纺布4夹层内并排设置氨纶丝5，所述导流槽222包括若干个。
当婴儿排尿，注入到受液段7后，尿液通过面层1和导流层21渗入到吸收芯体22，能够穿过贯通的导流槽222快速进入高蓬临时储液层23，以便高蓬临时储液层23能够俘获液体，尿液在高蓬临时储液层23流动，从而改变了尿液在吸收芯体22上的分布。所述吸收芯体22设置多个导流槽222，使高分子吸水树脂221定量少，利用率高，保持了纸尿裤表面的干爽；且当纸尿裤受到婴儿大腿内侧侧向压力时，纸尿裤形成V型结构，更好的防止侧漏。

1.一种纸尿裤，其特征在于：包括面层(1)、吸收体(2)和底膜(3)，所述面层(1)与底膜(3)之间设置吸收体(2)；所述吸收体(2)从上到下依次包括导流层(21)、吸收芯体(22)和高蓬临时储液层(23)；所述吸收芯体(22)包括阵列排布的高分子吸水树脂(221)和导流槽(222)；所述导流槽(222)贯通所述吸收芯体(22)；所述吸收体(2)正下方两端分别设置拒水无纺布(4)，所述拒水无纺布(4)回形折叠且底层与所述底膜(3)贴合；所述拒水无纺布(4)夹层内并排设置氨纶丝(5)。
