技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,特别是涉及一种自测扁平型地埋农用电缆。
背景技术
近二十年来,农村低压地下直埋塑料绝缘线缆(简称地埋线或农缆)发展很快,地埋线缆与架空线相比有许多突出的优点,如敷设及造价低,少占耕地,抗灾力强,安全可靠,管理方便,节省维修费用等,因此全国农村市场对地埋线缆的需要量日益增长。
地埋农缆与地埋线比较,具有强度大、敷设方便的优点,另外它还可用作临时安装线路,因此它与地埋线一样深受广大用户欢迎。可是,我国目前生产的地埋农缆型号单一,只有一些绞合圆形的地埋农缆,远远不能满足农村用电的需要。另外,绞合圆形的地埋农缆成本高,散热性能差,因此克服其缺点,发展多型号、多规格的地埋农缆,是摆在我们面前的一项任务。
另外,由于电缆埋在地下,对于电缆的运行环境很难监测,有时会造成不必要的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种结构简单、散热性能好、敷设方便、安全性高、生产成本低、阻燃性能优异的自测扁平型地埋农用电缆。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种自测扁平型地埋农用电缆,包括三根平形直拖的绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯外直接挤包椭圆形聚氯乙烯外护套;在外护套内设有两组对称的加强钢丝绳,在外护套与两头的绝缘线芯之间设有防挤压孔;在聚氯乙烯外护套外侧上对称分别安装温度感应器和湿度感应器。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘线芯由无氧铜导体以及挤包在无氧铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:
本发明设有多根加强钢丝绳,使得电缆不易断裂,加强了电缆的结构;另外设有防挤压孔,使得电缆具有耐挤压性,在受到挤压的情况下不易挤压坏线芯;本发明还具有结构简单、散热性能好、敷设方便、安全性高、生产成本低、阻燃性能优异。另外,在电缆上设有测温感应器和湿度感应器,可以监测电缆的运行环境,必要时可以及时采取措施,保护好电缆,大大减小了不必要的损失。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种自测扁平型地埋农用电缆,包括三根平形直拖的绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯外直接挤包椭圆形聚氯乙烯外护套5;为了使得电缆结构更加稳固,不易断裂,在外护套内设有两组对称的加强钢丝绳3,为了线芯不易被加压坏,在外护套与两头的绝缘线芯之间设有防挤压孔4。所述的绝缘线芯由无氧铜导体1以及挤包在无氧铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层2构成;在聚氯乙烯外护套外侧上对称分别安装温度感应器6和湿度感应器7,方便监测电缆在地下的运行工作环境,必要时可以采取有效措施,减少损失。

1.一种自测扁平型地埋农用电缆,其特征在于:包括三根平形直拖的绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯外直接挤包椭圆形聚氯乙烯外护套;在外护套内设有两组对称的加强钢丝绳,在外护套与两头的绝缘线芯之间设有防挤压孔;在聚氯乙烯外护套外侧上对称分别安装温度感应器和湿度感应器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自测扁平型地埋农用电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯由无氧铜导体以及挤包在无氧铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
