The terminal identity identifier may be a data certificate in the virtual SIM card terminal, or may be other identifiers capable of identifying the identity of the virtual SIM card terminal.
The user can input the terminal payment mode selected by the user to the virtual SIM card terminal, wherein the terminal payment mode can be virtual SIM card account payment, can be bank card payment, and can also be payment by using the virtual SIM card account firstly, and when the balance of the virtual SIM card account is insufficient, the user can use a bank card for payment, and the user can set according to the actual condition of the user. In order to ensure the security of the transmission of the payment mode configuration information, the payment mode configuration information can be encrypted by adopting a data signature technology and then sent to the virtual SIM card charging management server.
The virtual SIM card terminal may be a Mobile Broadband service (MBB) product (such as a wireless router, a data card) supporting the virtual SIM card, a Mobile phone, and other terminals, and the virtual SIM card terminal may send payment mode configuration information to the virtual SIM card charging management server through the wide area network.

The third party payment platform communicates with a business server of a bank background through a bank private network, and the third party payment platform obtains confirmation of payment transaction authorization after being verified by an issuing organization of the bank card according to the information of the bank card. After the information of the bank card is confirmed to be valid and valid, the information that the information of the related bank card is valid and the transaction is authorized is sent to the virtual SIM card billing management server, so that the virtual SIM card billing management server executes step 304.

After the payment method configuration process is finished, the following steps can be carried out to complete the payment process according to the configured payment method:
step 305, the virtual SIM card charging management server receives the virtual SIM card service information carrying the terminal identity sent by the virtual SIM card service management server.

For example, if the virtual SIM card service information of the virtual SIM card terminal sent by the SIM card service management server performs a1 service, a2 service, and A3 service for number a under the mobile operator, the virtual SIM card charging management server may calculate the service cost of the mobile operator according to each service charging standard in the a1 service, the a2 service, and the A3 service, and then may generate a service bill of the mobile operator: the total number of the A1 service + A2 service + A3 service is 20 yuan; similarly, the service bill of the telecommunications operator: the total of the service B1, the service B2 and the service B3 is 20 yuan, and the service bill of the operator is communicated: the total of the C1 service, the C2 service and the C3 service is 20 yuan. The user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal is 60 yuan of the total cost of the service bill corresponding to each communication operator.

And the virtual SIM card charging management server encrypts a user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identifier and the information of the bank card and then sends the encrypted bill to a third party payment platform for bill settlement. The third party payment platform communicates with a business server of a bank background through a bank private network, confirms payment transaction authorization after being verified by a bank card issuing organization, and applies a user bill of a virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the identity of the bank card payment terminal to a virtual SIM card operator by means of a bank financial private network after confirming bank payment settlement.
After obtaining the fees, the virtual SIM card operator pays the fees to each communication operator on the virtual SIM card terminal according to predetermined rules. 1. A payment method of a virtual SIM card terminal, the method comprising:
generating a user bill of a virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identifier according to the received virtual SIM card service information carrying the terminal identity identifier;
receiving payment mode configuration information, wherein the payment mode configuration information carries a terminal identity identifier and a terminal payment mode;
paying a user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identification according to the terminal payment mode;
the generating of the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity according to the received virtual SIM card service information carrying the terminal identity comprises: generating service bills of each communication operator of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identification according to the received virtual SIM card service information carrying the terminal identity identification;
and taking the total cost of the service bill corresponding to each communication operator as the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving payment method configuration information comprises: receiving and decrypting encrypted payment mode configuration information sent by the virtual SIM card terminal; the payment mode configuration information carries a terminal identity and a terminal payment mode, and the terminal payment mode comprises at least one of the following payment modes: payment of virtual SIM card account and payment of bank card;
when the terminal payment mode comprises bank card payment, the payment mode configuration information also carries bank card information applied to the bank card payment; at this time, before the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity is paid according to the terminal payment method, the method further includes: encrypting the bank card information in the payment mode configuration information and then sending the encrypted bank card information to a third party payment platform, wherein the bank card information is used for the third party payment platform to carry out bank card validity verification and transaction authorization;
and receiving the legal bank card and transaction authorization information sent by the third party payment platform.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the paying the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity according to the terminal payment method comprises: paying a user bill of a virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identification to a virtual SIM card operator by applying a virtual SIM card account corresponding to the terminal identity identification;
or,
encrypting a user bill of a virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to a terminal identity and the bank card information and then sending the encrypted user bill and the encrypted bank card information to a third party payment platform, wherein the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity and the bank card information are used for the third party payment platform to pay the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity to a virtual SIM card operator by applying a bank card; and receiving user bill payment completion information sent by the third party payment platform.

The method of claim 1, wherein after the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity is paid according to the terminal payment method, the method further comprises: and sending the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal and a payment result for paying the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal to the virtual SIM card terminal.
5. A payment method of a virtual SIM card terminal, the method comprising:
payment mode configuration information sent to a virtual SIM card charging management server; the payment mode configuration information carries a terminal identity identifier and a terminal payment mode, and is used for enabling the virtual SIM card billing management server to pay a user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identifier according to the terminal payment mode;
the user bill is generated by the virtual SIM card charging management server through the following steps:
generating service bills of each communication operator of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identification according to the received virtual SIM card service information carrying the terminal identity identification;
and taking the total cost of the service bill corresponding to each communication operator as the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal corresponding to the terminal identity identification.

The method according to claim 5, wherein the payment method configuration information sent to the virtual SIM card billing management server includes: sending encrypted payment mode configuration information to a virtual SIM card charging management server; the terminal payment mode comprises at least one of the following payment modes: virtual SIM card account payment and bank card payment.

The method according to claim 5, wherein after the payment method configuration information sent to the virtual SIM card billing management server, the method further comprises: and receiving the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal and a payment result for paying the user bill of the virtual SIM card terminal, which are sent by a virtual SIM card charging management server.
8. A payment device for a virtual SIM card terminal, the device comprising:

when the terminal payment mode comprises bank card payment, the payment mode configuration information also carries bank card information applied to the bank card payment; the device also comprises a first sending unit;
