本发明涉及空气处理机组设备技术领域,具体涉及一种组合式空调机组接水盘,包括外板和内板,外板为矩形板折弯而成的上宽下窄的梯形结构,内板为矩形板折弯而成的V形结构,外板两端的梯形面设有外侧板,外板和内板之间装有岩棉保温板;内板V形折弯的最低端设有冷凝水管,该接水盘结构简单,易于冷凝水迅速汇集排出。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气处理机组设备技术领域,具体涉及一种组合式空调机组接水盘。
背景技术
组合式空调机组具有结构紧凑,安装维修方便,整机刚性好,漏风量小等特点,广泛应用于工业性空调和大中型公共建筑舒适性空调。现有组合式空调机组的接水盘都是四周折边的平盘式结构,这种结构不易于冷凝水的灰机和排出,冷凝水量大***不及时会导致冷凝水从机组周边溢出,影响机组正常工作,接水盘四周折边后需焊接,易生锈,且冷凝水排不尽在接水盘内容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种组合式空调机组接水盘,结构简单,易于冷凝水迅速汇集排出。
本发明所述的组合式空调机组接水盘,接水盘包括外板和内板,外板为矩形板折弯而成的上宽下窄的梯形结构,内板为矩形板折弯而成的V形结构,外板两端的梯形面设有外侧板,外板和内板之间装有岩棉保温板;内板V形折弯的最低端设有冷凝水管,冷凝水管穿过其中一外侧板,冷凝水管向下倾斜。
该接水盘装在组合式空调机中,机组产生的冷凝水汇集在内板的V形面上,冷凝水沿V形面下滑至底部,从冷凝水管排出,冷凝水管倾斜设置,有利于排水;岩棉保温板吸湿性差,有较好的保温效果。
所述的岩棉保温板内设有型板内支撑,保持接水盘不发生形变。
所述的外侧板通过铆钉连接固定。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:
组合式空调机组接水盘结构简单,机组安装加湿器冷凝水量大时,易于冷凝水迅速汇集排出,无冷凝水溢出现象,减少细菌滋生,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步描述:
如图1-图3所示,组合式空调机组接水盘包括外板3和内板2,外板3为矩形板折弯而成的上宽下窄的梯形结构,内板2为矩形板折弯而成的V形结构,外板3两端的梯形面设有外侧板4,外板3和内板2之间装有岩棉保温板5;内板2V形折弯的最低端设有冷凝水管1,冷凝水管1穿过其中一外侧板4,冷凝水管1向下倾斜。
如图4、图5所示,岩棉保温板5内设有型板内支撑6。
外侧板4通过铆钉连接固定。
该接水盘由1mm板材折弯形成,固定在组合式空调机中,机组产生的冷凝水汇集在内板2的V形面上,冷凝水沿V形面下滑至底部,从冷凝水管1排出,冷凝水管1倾斜设置,有利于排水。

1.一种组合式空调机组接水盘,其特征在于:接水盘包括外板(3)和内板(2),外板(3)为矩形板折弯而成的上宽下窄的梯形结构,内板(2)为矩形板折弯而成的V形结构,外板(3)两端的梯形面设有外侧板(4),外板(3)和内板(2)之间装有岩棉保温板(5);内板(2)V形折弯的最低端设有冷凝水管(1),冷凝水管(1)穿过其中一外侧板(4),冷凝水管(1)向下倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式空调机组接水盘,其特征在于:所述的岩棉保温板(5)内设有型板内支撑(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合式空调机组接水盘,其特征在于:所述的外侧板(4)通过铆钉连接固定。
