Abstract

本发明公开一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精及其制备方法,该抑菌洗洁精包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水70‑85%,表面活性剂10‑25%,洗涤助剂2‑10%及超微钙粉0.01‑1%。本发明制得的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精渗透性佳,去污力强,杀菌效果好,可以有效地抑制细菌、去除农药残留物,且各组分环保无毒,对人体健康无副作用,可以长期使用。

一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,特别涉及一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗洁精是日常消费用品,可以清洁厨具、餐具以及果蔬。为了去除厨具、餐具及果蔬表面的细菌,人们经常在洗洁精中添加抑菌物质,比如漂白粉、次氯酸钠等,这些化学类抑菌物质虽然可以抑菌性能好,但是对人体或者器皿有腐蚀性,还有刺激性气味,容易挥发对环境造成污染。如何改进现有洗洁精的成分,使其在具有较佳去污效果的同时,具备稳定的、环境友好的抑菌性能,是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样的实现的:
一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水70-85%,表面活性剂10-25%,洗涤助剂2-10%及超微钙粉0.01-1%。
以上配方配得的抑菌洗洁精渗透性佳,去污力强,杀菌效果好,是具有抑菌效果且在相同配方条件下去油、去污效果最佳的洗涤剂,可以有效地抑制细菌、去除农药残留物,且各组分环保无毒,对人体健康无副作用,可以长期使用。
优选的,表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、烷基苯磺酸钠、甜菜碱、氧化胺、乙基氧化烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
优选的,洗涤助剂为偏硅酸钠、碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、水杨酸、柠檬酸中的任意一种或者几种的组合。
优选的,超微钙粉的原料为珍珠、贝壳或者含钙矿物质中的一种或多种,所述超微钙粉的粒径为1-100μm。
优选的,贝壳为砗磲贝、牡蛎贝和海螺壳中的一种或多种,含钙矿物质为石灰石和钟乳石中的一种或两种。
天然贝壳粉末作为主要原料,可以很快分散于清水中,具有良好的吸附农药和杀菌保鲜性能,对厨具、餐具以及果蔬有良好的洗涤能力,并且产品天然无害,可降解,符合环保要求。
优选的,还包括如下重量百分比的组分:卡松0.1-0.6%和氯化钠2.5-5%。
卡松有效化学成份是异噻唑啉酮,其抑菌效率高,降解性好,不产生残留、操作安全、配伍性好,稳定性强、使用成本低。氯化钠为粘度调节剂,能增加液体的粘度,对洗洁精的使用和外观都很重要。
本发明还提出了一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,先制备超微钙粉,再将各种原料混合均匀,最后在50-60℃的搅拌器中不断搅拌直至形成稳定均匀液体。
优选的,超微钙粉的制备步骤包括:清洗、粉碎、煅烧、研磨、水解、烘干、超微研磨;
粉碎是把清洗后的原料粉碎到粒径10-20mm;
煅烧的温度为600-1200℃、时间为3-8h;
研磨是把煅烧后的原料研磨到10-30μm;
烘干温度为280℃、时间为2-6h。
与现有技术相比,本发明制得的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精渗透性佳,去污力强,杀菌效果好,可以有效地抑制细菌、去除农药残留物,且各组分环保无毒,对人体健康无副作用,可以长期使用。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水83.2%,烷基糖苷8%,乙基氧化烷基硫酸钠4%,氧化胺2%,柠檬酸0.5%,粒径10μm的超微珍珠粉与石灰石粉0.2%,卡松0.1%和氯化钠2%。
上述含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,先制备超微珍珠粉与石灰石粉,再将各种原料混合均匀,最后在60℃的搅拌器中不断搅拌直至形成稳定均匀液体;
超微珍珠粉与石灰石粉的制备步骤包括:清洗、粉碎、煅烧、研磨、水解、烘干、超微研磨;粉碎是把清洗后的原料粉碎到粒径20mm;煅烧的温度为1200℃、时间为5h;研磨是把煅烧后的原料研磨到10μm;烘干温度为280℃、时间为3h。
实施例2
一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水76%,烷基苯磺酸钠15%,偏硅酸钠4.5%,粒径1μm的超微珍珠粉0.4%,卡松0.2%和氯化钠3.9%。
上述含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,先制备超微珍珠粉,再将各种原料混合均匀,最后在52℃的搅拌器中不断搅拌直至形成稳定均匀液体;
超微珍珠粉的制备步骤包括:清洗、粉碎、煅烧、研磨、水解、烘干、超微研磨;粉碎是把清洗后的原料粉碎到粒径10mm;煅烧的温度为1000℃、时间为6h;研磨是把煅烧后的原料研磨到10μm;烘干温度为280℃、时间为4h。
实施例3
一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水80%,甜菜碱10%,碳酸钠4.4%,粒径100μm的超微砗磲贝粉0.2%,卡松0.6%和氯化钠3%。
上述含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,先制备超微钙粉,再将各种原料混合均匀,最后在50℃的搅拌器中不断搅拌直至形成稳定均匀液体;
超微砗磲贝粉的制备步骤包括:清洗、粉碎、煅烧、研磨、水解、烘干、超微研磨;粉碎是把清洗后的原料粉碎到粒径15mm;煅烧的温度为900℃、时间为5h;研磨是把煅烧后的原料研磨到20μm;烘干温度为280℃、时间为3h。
实施例4
一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水76%,氧化胺10%,柠檬酸钠10%,粒径50μm的超微牡蛎贝粉0.1%,卡松0.5%和氯化钠3.4%。
上述含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,先制备超微钙粉,再将各种原料混合均匀,最后在58℃的搅拌器中不断搅拌直至形成稳定均匀液体;
超微砗磲贝粉的制备步骤包括:清洗、粉碎、煅烧、研磨、水解、烘干、超微研磨;粉碎是把清洗后的原料粉碎到粒径20mm;煅烧的温度为900℃、时间为5h;研磨是把煅烧后的原料研磨到30μm;烘干温度为280℃、时间为3h。
实施例5
一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水70%,乙基氧化烷基硫酸钠25%,水杨酸2%,粒径60μm的超微海螺壳粉0.4%,卡松0.1%和氯化钠2.5%。
上述含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,先制备超微钙粉,再将各种原料混合均匀,最后在55℃的搅拌器中不断搅拌直至形成稳定均匀液体;
超微海螺壳粉的制备步骤包括:清洗、粉碎、煅烧、研磨、水解、烘干、超微研磨;粉碎是把清洗后的原料粉碎到粒径20mm;煅烧的温度为600℃、时间为8h;研磨是把煅烧后的原料研磨到10μm;烘干温度为280℃、时间为5h。
实施例6
一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水78%,烷基糖苷6%,甜菜碱6%,柠檬酸4.5%,粒径50μm的超微石灰石粉与钟乳石粉1%,卡松0.5%和氯化钠4%。
上述含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,先制备超微钙粉,再将各种原料混合均匀,最后在60℃的搅拌器中不断搅拌直至形成稳定均匀液体;
超微海螺壳粉的制备步骤包括:清洗、粉碎、煅烧、研磨、水解、烘干、超微研磨;粉碎是把清洗后的原料粉碎到粒径15mm;煅烧的温度为980℃、时间为8h;研磨是把煅烧后的原料研磨到10μm;烘干温度为280℃、时间为6h。

Claims (8)

1.一种含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,其特征在于:包括如下重量百分比的组分:去离子水70-85%,表面活性剂10-25%,洗涤助剂2-10%及超微钙粉0.01-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、烷基苯磺酸钠、甜菜碱、氧化胺、乙基氧化烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,其特征在于,所述洗涤助剂为偏硅酸钠、碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、水杨酸、柠檬酸中的任意一种或者几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,其特征在于,所述超微钙粉的原料为珍珠、贝壳或者含钙矿物质中的一种或多种,所述超微钙粉的粒径为1-100μm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,其特征在于,所述贝壳为砗磲贝、牡蛎贝和海螺壳中的一种或多种,所述含钙矿物质为石灰石和钟乳石中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精,其特征在于,还包括如下重量百分比的组分:卡松0.1-0.6%和氯化钠2.5-5%。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于,先制备超微钙粉,再将各种原料混合均匀,最后在50-60℃的搅拌器中不断搅拌直至形成稳定均匀液体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含有超微钙粉的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于,超微钙粉的制备步骤包括:清洗、粉碎、煅烧、研磨、水解、烘干、超微研磨;
所述粉碎是把清洗后的原料粉碎到粒径10-20mm;
所述煅烧的温度为600-1200℃、时间为3-8h;
所述研磨是把煅烧后的原料研磨到10-30μm;
所述烘干温度为280℃、时间为2-6h。
