本发明涉及一种新型管道去污剂,包括乙醇、水杨酸、柠檬酸单甲酯、香精、苯甲酸甲酯、脂肪酶、苯丙氨酸、表面活性剂、次氯酸钠溶液,各组分的质量份数为:乙醇60‑70、水杨酸50‑60、柠檬酸单甲酯30‑40、香精6‑9、苯甲酸甲酯11‑23、脂肪酶6‑15、苯丙氨酸10‑19、表面活性剂20‑30、次氯酸钠溶液10‑15。本发明涉及的新型管道去污剂对管道的清洗效果优异,对管道中尘垢的清除率可达95%;所用各原料来源广泛价格低廉;制备方法简单易行,实施方便,且按照该方法制得的去污剂性质稳定,可长时间存放。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业清洗剂技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种新型管道去污剂。
背景技术
据了解,目前大多数管道已运行多年,管道运输经济环保,优势明显。但因结蜡和杂质沉淀等现象给管道的安全运行造成很大影响和隐患,输油管道及时清洗对其正常运行意义重大,因此油气输送管道的清洗在油气输送过程中是一道极为重要的工序。目前对油气输送管道的清洗主要采用化学清洗和物理清洗法相结合的方式。而现有的化学清洗剂对管道的腐蚀性较强,且清洗效果不佳,有的工业用化学清洗剂,采用一些毒副作用较大的有机溶剂,虽然对管道清洗作用较佳,但是清洗后的废液给环境造成了极大污染。
综上所述,开发一种清洗效果优良且对人体和环境友好的油气输送管道清洗剂已成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的新型管道去污剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种新型管道去污剂,包括乙醇、水杨酸、柠檬酸单甲酯、香精、苯甲酸甲酯、脂肪酶、苯丙氨酸、表面活性剂、次氯酸钠溶液,各组分的质量份数为:乙醇60-70、水杨酸50-60、柠檬酸单甲酯30-40、香精6-9、苯甲酸甲酯11-23、脂肪酶6-15、苯丙氨酸10-19、表面活性剂20-30、次氯酸钠溶液10-15。
作为优选,所述保养剂各组分质量份数为:乙醇70、水杨酸50、柠檬酸单甲酯32、香精6、苯甲酸甲酯15、脂肪酶9、苯丙氨酸10、表面活性剂28、次氯酸钠溶液10。
作为优选,所述香精为柠檬香料。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇硫酸钠。
作为优选,一种制备上述新型管道去污剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的水杨酸加入乙醇,搅拌均匀,制成液体水杨酸;
(2)、在60—70℃时使柠檬酸单甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、脂肪酶、苯丙氨酸混合溶解,然后加入次氯酸钠溶液,在搅拌和加热条件下加入表面活性剂,最后加进香精使其混合均匀;
(3)降温至30℃,静置10h,过滤即得。
本发明涉及的新型管道去污剂对管道的清洗效果优异,对管道中尘垢的清除率可达95%;所用各原料来源广泛价格低廉;制备方法简单易行,实施方便,且按照该方法制得的去污剂性质稳定,可长时间存放。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种新型管道去污剂,包括硅油、油酸、香精、透明质酸钠、过氧化二异丙苯、苯丙氨酸、羟苯甲酯,各组分的质量份数为:硅油20-40份、油酸10-30份、香精5-10份、透明质酸钠5-10份、过氧化二异丙苯5-8份、苯丙氨酸3-7份、羟苯甲酯1-5份。
作为优选,所述香精为柠檬香料,其质量份数为:柠檬香料5-10份。
作为优选,所述保养剂各组分质量份数为:硅油20份、油酸15份、香精6份、透明质酸钠7份、过氧化二异丙苯7份、苯丙氨酸3份、羟苯甲酯2份。
作为优选,所述香精为柠檬香料,其质量份数为:柠檬香料6份。
一种制备上述新型管道去污剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的硅油、油酸、香精放入蒸馏乙醇中,搅拌均匀,静置1小时;
(2)、在步骤(1)的基础上加入本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的透明质酸钠、过氧化二异丙苯、苯丙氨酸、羟苯甲酯,搅拌均匀;
(3)常温下封存。

1.一种新型管道去污剂,其特征在于:包括乙醇、水杨酸、柠檬酸单甲酯、香精、苯甲酸甲酯、脂肪酶、苯丙氨酸、表面活性剂、次氯酸钠溶液,各组分的质量份数为:乙醇60-70、水杨酸50-60、柠檬酸单甲酯30-40、香精6-9、苯甲酸甲酯11-23、脂肪酶6-15、苯丙氨酸10-19、表面活性剂20-30、次氯酸钠溶液10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型管道去污剂,其特征在于:所述保养剂各组分质量份数为:乙醇70、水杨酸50、柠檬酸单甲酯32、香精6、苯甲酸甲酯15、脂肪酶9、苯丙氨酸10、表面活性剂28、次氯酸钠溶液10。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型管道去污剂,其特征在于:所述香精为柠檬香料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的新型管道去污剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇硫酸钠。
5.一种制备上述新型管道去污剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的水杨酸加入乙醇,搅拌均匀,制成液体水杨酸;
(2)、在60—70℃时使柠檬酸单甲酯、苯甲酸甲酯、脂肪酶、苯丙氨酸混合溶解,然后加入次氯酸钠溶液,在搅拌和加热条件下加入表面活性剂,最后加进香精使其混合均匀;
(3)降温至30℃,静置10h,过滤即得。
