本发明涉及一种通用高效除垢剂,包括甲醇、丁基溶纤剂、过碳酸钠、香精、煤油、表面活性剂、氯化钠、柠檬酸,各组分的质量份数为:甲醇80‑100、丁基溶纤剂30‑40、过碳酸钠25‑40、香精5‑10、煤油6‑12、表面活性剂11‑17、氯化钠21‑35、柠檬酸5‑10。本发明涉及的通用高效除垢剂清洗效果优异,清洗污垢的速度快,溶垢彻底;清洗成本低,不造成过多的资源消耗;对温度、压力、机械能等不需要过高的要求;不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不产生新污溃,不形成新的有害于后续工序的覆盖层,不影响清洗对象的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种通用高效除垢剂。
背景技术
日常生活和工业生产中,污垢会在设备、设施等各种物体表面,与环境介质、产品或原辅料等接触的过程中,表面残留、沉积或生成。各种对生产运行、产品质量或人身健康有害的杂质都是需要清洗掉的物质。严重的污垢沉积,使生产设备的性能下降,甚至不能正常运行。这些物体表面经常需要进行各种污垢处理,以便恢复正常的性能。而现有的化学清洗剂对物体的腐蚀性较强,且清洗效果不佳,有的工业用化学清洗剂,采用一些毒副作用较大的有机溶剂,虽然对管道清洗作用较佳,但是清洗后的废液给环境造成了极大污染。
综上所述,开发一种清洗效果优良且对人体和环境友好的油气输送管道清洗剂已成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的通用高效除垢剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种通用高效除垢剂,包括甲醇、丁基溶纤剂、过碳酸钠、香精、煤油、表面活性剂、氯化钠、柠檬酸,各组分的质量份数为:甲醇80-100、丁基溶纤剂30-40、过碳酸钠25-40、香精5-10、煤油6-12、表面活性剂11-17、氯化钠21-35、柠檬酸5-10。
作为优选,所述除垢剂各组分质量份数为:甲醇100、丁基溶纤剂40、过碳酸钠30、香精7、煤油10、表面活性剂15、氯化钠30、柠檬酸6。
作为优选,所述香精为柠檬香料。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇硫酸钠。
作为优选,一种制备上述通用高效除垢剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的丁基溶纤剂、过碳酸钠加入甲醇,搅拌均匀;
(2)、控制压力在50~100Torr,温度90~120℃时依次加入煤油、氯化钠、柠檬酸混合溶解;
(3)、然后加入表面活性剂,在搅拌和加热条件下加入香精,混合均匀;
(4)、常温下静置2h,封存。
本发明涉及的通用高效除垢剂清洗效果优异,清洗污垢的速度快,溶垢彻底;清洗成本低,不造成过多的资源消耗;对温度、压力、机械能等不需要过高的要求;不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不产生新污溃,不形成新的有害于后续工序的覆盖层,不影响清洗对象的质量。

本发明提供的一种通用高效除垢剂,包括甲醇、丁基溶纤剂、过碳酸钠、香精、煤油、表面活性剂、氯化钠、柠檬酸,各组分的质量份数为:甲醇80-100、丁基溶纤剂30-40、过碳酸钠25-40、香精5-10、煤油6-12、表面活性剂11-17、氯化钠21-35、柠檬酸5-10。
作为优选,所述除垢剂各组分质量份数为:甲醇100、丁基溶纤剂40、过碳酸钠30、香精7、煤油10、表面活性剂15、氯化钠30、柠檬酸6。
作为优选,所述香精为柠檬香料。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇硫酸钠。
作为优选,一种制备上述通用高效除垢剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的丁基溶纤剂、过碳酸钠加入甲醇,搅拌均匀;
(2)、控制压力在50~100Torr,温度90~120℃时依次加入煤油、氯化钠、柠檬酸混合溶解;
(3)、然后加入表面活性剂,在搅拌和加热条件下加入香精,混合均匀;
(4)、常温下静置2h,封存。

1.一种通用高效除垢剂,其特征在于:包括甲醇、丁基溶纤剂、过碳酸钠、香精、煤油、表面活性剂、氯化钠、柠檬酸,各组分的质量份数为:甲醇80-100、丁基溶纤剂30-40、过碳酸钠25-40、香精5-10、煤油6-12、表面活性剂11-17、氯化钠21-35、柠檬酸5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通用高效除垢剂,其特征在于:所述除垢剂各组分质量份数为:甲醇100、丁基溶纤剂40、过碳酸钠30、香精7、煤油10、表面活性剂15、氯化钠30、柠檬酸6。
3.根据权利要求2所述的通用高效除垢剂,其特征在于:所述香精为柠檬香料。
4.根据权利要求2所述的通用高效除垢剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇硫酸钠。
5.一种制备上述通用高效除垢剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的丁基溶纤剂、过碳酸钠加入甲醇,搅拌均匀;
(2)、控制压力在50~100Torr,温度90~120℃时依次加入煤油、氯化钠、柠檬酸混合溶解;
(3)、然后加入表面活性剂,在搅拌和加热条件下加入香精,混合均匀;
(4)、常温下静置2h,封存。
