The coal leveling device comprises a coal leveling plate, a coal leveling bracket, a connecting shaft and a driving part; the coal leveling bracket comprises a cross beam, a first upright post, a second upright post and a base, wherein the cross beam and the base are arranged along the horizontal direction, the cross beam is positioned above the base, the first upright post and the second upright post are oppositely arranged between the cross beam and the base, and the lower parts of the first upright post and the second upright post are provided with accommodating grooves for the two ends of the base to slide up and down; the flat coal plate is vertically arranged and connected to the lower surface of the base, and one end of the cross beam is connected with the driving part through a connecting shaft. The coking equipment comprises a coke oven, a coal box and the coal leveling device; the coking process adopts the coking equipment for treatment. The automatic coal leveling device for the coal briquette by the tamping drum can level coal automatically, ensure the flatness of coal charging and improve the thermal level.

In the present exemplary embodiment, the driving member 40 is a cylinder (also referred to as a hydraulic cylinder) which pushes the flat coal support 20 through the connecting shaft 30 when the apparatus is activated, thereby extending the flat coal plate 10 to be in contact with the coal cake for work.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the lower portions of the first and second columns 22 and 25 are provided with first and second receiving grooves 24 and 26, respectively, and the cross-sections of the first and second receiving grooves 24 and 26 are rectangular, square, or circular. The first receiving groove 24 is a through hole penetrating the first column 22 along the horizontal direction, the second receiving groove 26 is a through hole penetrating the second column 25 along the horizontal direction, and the height of the first receiving groove 24 and the second receiving groove 26 is 520 mm. The arrangement of the holding tank ensures that the flat coal plate 10 has certain up-down floating amount when the automatic tamping coal device carries out the coal leveling operation, and the service life of the flat coal plate is prolonged.
In the present exemplary embodiment, an elastic member 50 is disposed between the beam 21 and the base 23 of the coal leveling bracket 20, the elastic member includes an upper base 51, a spring 52 and a lower base 53, the spring 52 is connected with the beam 21 of the coal leveling bracket through the upper base 51, the spring 52 is connected with the base 23 of the coal leveling bracket through the lower base 53, the elastic member includes 2 springs, the elastic member 50 plays a role of shock absorption to protect the device, and the accommodating groove on the pillar and the elastic member 50 are disposed such that the height of the coal leveling plate is self-adjusted according to the height of the coal cake during the coal leveling operation.

The flat coal plate mentioned in the examples is a rectangular parallelepiped or a cube, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other shapes known in the art that can perform the flat coal work, such as a trapezoid, may be used, and the bottom of the flat coal plate may also be toothed.
In conclusion, the automatic coal leveling device for the tamping drum coal cake can improve the flatness of the tamping coal cake, improve the coal charging and dust removing effects, improve the single-hole coal charging amount and improve the mature uniformity of the coke cake.
