Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料的制备方法和应用。所述地坪涂料主要由多元羧酸聚合物与助剂、功能性填料在有或者无环保溶剂下和改性固化剂发生交联反应形成涂层。本发明提供一种固化速度快、涂膜密度高、粘结性强、收缩率低、不需诱导期、不易出现浮色和气泡、十分环保的地坪涂料。成膜后涂料层高硬度、高光泽,平整不易开裂,不聚灰尘、细菌,抗渗透,耐腐蚀性强,其耐磨、耐冲击、防霉、水、潮、尘、滑、防静电和电磁波。安全性强,保养简单成本低,使用年限是现有地坪涂料的5倍以上。解决了市场现有的地坪涂料固化慢、易开裂和耐腐蚀性差、易磨损等问题,适合高标准的建筑要求。本发明制备方法简单,成本低,适合大规模生产。

Description

环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料的制备和应用
技术领域
(1)本发明具体涉及一种环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料的制备和应用,属于地坪涂料技术领域。
背景技术
(2)现有的地坪涂料多为丙烯酸类、溶剂型环氧地坪漆、非溶剂型环氧地坪漆、聚氨酯涂料。其中,溶剂型环氧地坪漆一般具有溶剂挥发、涂料粘度较小、固体含量低,成膜薄,地面涂料表干时间长,施工时使用有机颜料易产生浮色、发花等等陷,成膜物抗冲能力较弱,其对施工者健康还具有不良的影响,并且固化后的残留物会污染空气。目前很多美、日、欧洲和国内大型公共场所建筑已经拒绝或禁止使用该类产品。
(3)能弥补这一缺点的非溶剂型环氧自流平地坪漆,能形成光滑表面的涂膜,外观美好,但不防滑,不适应停车场及货物等场所的防滑要求,即其安全性较差,尤其在雨天,安全隐患非常明显。目前很多美、日、欧洲和国内大型公共场所建筑也已经拒绝或禁止使用该类产品。
(4)同时目前地板表面使用的地坪漆的成膜速度极慢,施工时间长,人力成本高,施工综合成本高,涂膜质量硬度差,耐酸碱性耐溶剂性差,污染大,不符合生态环保及新标准要求,使用年限短,一般只有3-5年。
发明内容
(5)鉴于目前市场地坪涂料质量性能与环保不达标情况严重不足,本发明主要目的在于提供一种环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法以及应用。该地坪涂料高固体份、高速率、流平性好、低污染、固化速度较快、涂膜交联密度高、粘结强度高、硬化时收缩率低、百分百一次成膜、施工无毒性、不需诱导期,施工时间短,施工时不易发生浮色,十分环保,涂膜成膜时的表面出现气泡的概率低,符合环保要求的地坪涂料。成膜后涂料层高硬度、高光泽、整体无缝平整、不易开裂,易清洗,不聚灰尘、细菌,抗渗透,耐化学药品的腐蚀性能强。其耐磨、耐重压冲击、防霉、水、潮、尘、滑以及防静电和电磁波。安全性强,维护保养简单容易,维护成本低,使用年限长,使用年限是现有的地坪漆的5或5倍以上。并且本成品制备方法简单,原料来源广源,成本低,适合大规模生产。
(6)高岭土可以提高硬度,滑石粉可以提高涂料的悬浮性、减少裂缝和空隙,石英砂和硫酸钡能够增加地坪漆的耐磨性能和硬度,云母粉可以提高地坪漆的耐候性、降低渗透性、提高耐化学品能力,可以根据使用环境需要选择适合的搭配和用量。
发明方案
(7)本产品采用的格原材料组份均采用涂料行业正常的市场原料。
按图表所示的组成和质量份数,制备环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料:
该环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料方法为:
1.在分散釜中加入配方量的1/2环氧树脂、2/3环保型溶剂、分散剂、润湿剂、1/3的消泡剂,在400~500rpm的转速下搅拌20分钟,使物料混合均匀。
2.依次加入配方量的颜料、填料、1/3消泡剂,在1200rpm的转速下搅拌1.5小时,使物料混合均匀。
3.加入剩余的环氧树脂、环保型溶剂和消泡剂,在400~500rpm的转速下搅拌10-30分钟,使物料搅拌均匀。
4.上述包装作为甲组份。
5.在分散釜中加入固化剂、促进剂、苯甲醇、环保型溶剂,在400~1000rpm的转速下搅拌0.5-1小时使物料搅拌均匀,作为乙组份进行包装。将甲、乙组份按5∶1的比例混合均匀,制备得到的环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料。

(9)上述实施案例为本产品较佳的实施方式,但本产品的实施方式并不受上述实施案例的限制,其他任何未背离本产品的实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均视为等效的置换方式,都包含在本产品的保护范围之内。

Claims (18)

1.一种环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料其特征包含多元羧酸聚合物溶液与助剂、颜填料、功能性填料在有或者无环保溶剂下和改性固化剂发生交联反应形成涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料其特征在于高固体份、高速率、流平性好、低污染、固化速度较快、涂膜交联密度高、粘结强度高、硬化时收缩率低、百分百一次成膜、施工无毒性、不需诱导期,施工时间短,施工时不易发生浮色,十分环保,涂膜成膜时的表面出现气泡的概率低,符合环保要求成膜后涂料层高硬度、高光泽、整体无缝平整、不易开裂,易清洗,不聚灰尘、细菌,抗渗透,耐化学药品的腐蚀性能强。其耐磨、耐重压冲击、防霉、水、潮、尘、滑以及防静电和电磁波。安全性强,维护保养简单容易,维护成本低,使用年限长,使用年限是现有的地坪漆的5或5倍以上。
3.一种环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征包含多元羧酸聚合物溶液与助剂、颜填料、功能性填料在有或者无环保溶剂下和改性固化剂发生交联反应形成涂层。
4.根据权利3要求所述环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征包括于:将甲、乙组份按5∶1的比例混合均匀,制备得到的环保型环氧地坪涂料。甲组份为:环氧树脂、环保型溶剂、功能性助剂、颜填料以及填料;乙组份为:改性胺固化剂、促进剂和环保型溶剂。
5.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于包括:取环氧树脂、环保型溶剂、功能性助剂、颜填料以及填料在分散釜进行充分分散混合成甲组。
6.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于包括:取胺类环氧固化促进剂或者咪唑类促进剂为乙组。
7.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于环氧树脂或改性环氧树脂的其中一种。
8.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用的增稠剂为BYK系列增稠剂、气相二氧化硅和有机膨润土的一种或多种。
9.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用润湿剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、氟改性的润湿剂等其中一种。
10.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用消泡剂为聚硅氧烷溶液或聚醚改性聚硅氧烷溶液其中一种。
11.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用抗划伤助剂为聚乙烯蜡、聚四氟乙烯蜡、二氧化硅微粒中的一种或多种。
12.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用颜料根据需要可以选择有机类或无机类颜料,如钛白、酞青、铬黄、氧化铁红、炭黑等中的一种或多种混合物。
13.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用填料为高岭土、石英砂、滑石粉、硫酸钡、云母粉、硅酸铝、碳酸钙、硅灰石中的一种或多种。
14.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用环保型溶剂为混合二元酸脂、PCE、GDBE、DMC中的一种或多种。
15.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所使用分散剂为低分子量不饱和多元羧酸聚合物溶液。
16.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用流平剂为氟改性流平剂。
17.根据3或4项的要求环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料制备方法,其特征在于所用固化剂为改性脂肪类固化剂、聚氨酯、聚酰胺、异氰酸酯、胺类、中的一种或多种。
18.一种地坪涂料其特征在于包括:将权利要求的1或2所述的环保型环氧高光薄涂地坪涂料或由权利要求3-17项所提供制备方法和原材料经过分散釜混合后,经过反应施工于已处理地面形成涂层。
