Abstract

本发明公开了一种管道保温耐磨涂抹料,是由原料漂珠、纳米空心陶瓷微珠、废电瓷颗粒、膨胀蛭石、广西白泥、活性氧化铝粉、硅微粉、羧甲基纤维素、环氧树脂、T系列固化剂、聚丙烯防爆纤维按一定比例配制而成。本发明的涂抹料具有较好的耐磨和耐冲刷性能,适用于工厂热风管道的内衬涂抹。优越的保温性能以及体积稳定性减少了热风管道的热量损失,良好的悬浮性更利于施工时的涂抹,使材料能够更好的附着于施工体表面。同时本发明涂抹料施工方便、维护周期短,其保温隔热和耐磨性能均满足了生产需要,综合性价比高,延长了管道的使用寿命,节约了生产成本。同时该涂抹料所具有的优良的防火隔热作用,还可以将其应用到一些消防管道的外表面处理。

管道保温耐磨涂抹料
技术领域
本发明涉及保温耐火材料,尤其是涉及一种管道保温耐磨涂抹料。
背景技术
耐火材料是一种服务于高温行业的专用材料,由于高温行业具体环境的复杂多样,一些保温材料在设计使用时是为了保障减少温度及热量的损失,有些则是为了隔绝温度或者明火,因而其材料性能也要根据使用部位的不同和侧重点不同而进行调整。如在钢铁、煤焦化、电力等行业广泛应用的热风管道就需要在内层涂抹保护层,使其具有较好的耐磨和保温性能,这样既能够减少热量的损失,又可以有效提高管道的使用寿命。
目前的热风管道通入的高温气体从400℃到1000℃不等,用于管道内衬的材料大多采用喷涂料、耐火棉,有些低温管道甚至就没有内衬材料。材料设计时存在保温隔热性与耐冲刷耐磨性不能兼顾,在施工或使用时存在粘结效果差,维修更换频率高等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温耐磨效果好、使用寿命长的管道保温耐磨涂抹料。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的管道保温耐磨涂抹料,是由原料漂珠、纳米空心陶瓷微珠、废电瓷颗粒、 膨胀蛭石、广西白泥、活性氧化铝粉、硅微粉、羧甲基纤维素、环氧树脂、T系列固化剂、聚丙 烯防爆纤维按下述重量份配比配制而成:
粒度0.1~1mm的漂珠 10~30份,
粒度0.2~0.8mm的纳米空心陶瓷微珠15~20份,
粒度0.2~0.5mm的废电瓷颗粒20~50份,
30~70目的膨胀蛭石15~20份,
200~320目的广西白泥10~18份,
活性氧化铝粉1~3份,
粒度1μm的硅微粉1~3份,
羧甲基纤维素0.5~2份,
环氧树脂3~13份,
T系列固化剂0.2~0.8份,
聚丙烯防爆纤维0.03~0.06份。
其中的废电瓷为高强电瓷废料,成分中Al2O3≥25;将其回收后,将表面残渣清理干 净后破碎至所需粒度备用;
所用的膨胀蛭石经800℃高温后膨胀至10-15倍,膨胀后的比重0.13~0.18g/cm3;所用 漂珠中Al2O3含量为28~43%,堆积密度≤0.4g/cm3。
将上述物料准确称量后,环氧树脂单独存放,其他原料放入强力搅拌机中进行搅拌混合,15分钟完成搅拌,计量装袋,封口存放。
现场施工使用时,按搅拌机容量称取混合料,将干料预混2-3分钟,然后再加入环氧树脂搅拌均匀,盛放在容器内,按设计要求的厚度均匀涂抹在管道内壁,一般情况下,涂抹厚度为5-30mm,根据涂抹厚度,经2-24h烘烤(最高烘烤温度320℃),待水分完全排出,形成强度后即可投入使用。
本发明的优点在于该涂抹料具有较好的耐磨和耐冲刷性能,适用于工厂热风管道的内衬涂抹。优越的保温性能以及体积稳定性减少了热风管道的热量损失,良好的悬浮性更利于施工时的涂抹,使材料能够更好的附着于施工体表面。同时本发明涂抹料施工方便、维护周期短,其保温隔热和耐磨性能均满足了生产需要,综合性价比高,延长了管道的使用寿命,节约了生产成本。同时该涂抹料所具有的优良的防火隔热作用,还可以将其应用到一些消防管道的外表面处理。
具体的,本发明涂抹料采用废电瓷作为主要骨架原料,利用其致密度好、耐磨性能佳的特点,再使用结合强度高的环氧树脂将各种材料充分粘合,大大提高了材料的整体耐磨性能;同时本发明复合加入了漂珠、纳米空心陶瓷微珠、膨胀蛭石等保温材料,使涂抹料在施工后拥有了更好的保温性能及体积稳定性,可抵抗大于1000℃的高温空气冲刷,同时也能起到很好的防火隔热作用;而复合加入的广西白泥、氧化铝粉、硅微粉和羧甲基纤维素可使涂抹料保持良好的悬浮性和粘结性,有利于施工时涂抹,使材料能够更好的附着在施工体表面。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
在通入1000℃高温热气的热风管道(直径2m)中设计内衬层,其各原料的重量份配比为:
粒度0.1~1mm的漂珠 12份,
粒度0.2~0.8mm的纳米空心陶瓷微珠18份,
粒度0.2~0.5mm的废电瓷颗粒28份,
30~70目的膨胀蛭石16份,
200~320目的广西白泥11份,
活性氧化铝粉3份,
粒度1μm的硅微粉2份,
羧甲基纤维素1.2份,
环氧树脂8份。
T系列固化剂0.8份。
其中,废电瓷为高强电瓷废料,Al2O3≥25,回收后,清理表面残渣经破碎成所需要的粒度;膨胀蛭石经800℃高温后可膨胀至10-15倍,膨胀后的比重0.13~0.18g/cm3;漂珠要求Al2O3含量28~43%,堆积密度≤0.4g/cm3。
将上述物料准确称量后,环氧树脂单独存放,其他原料放入强力搅拌机中进行搅拌混合,15分钟完成搅拌,计量装袋,封口存放。
现场施工使用时,按搅拌机容量称取混合料,将干料预混2-3分钟,然后按比例加入环氧树脂搅拌均匀,盛放在容器内,均匀涂抹在管道内壁上,涂抹厚度为20mm,涂抹完毕后,经12h烘烤,最高烘烤到220℃,形成强度后即可投入使用。
处理后的涂层经测试,其理化指标如下:
通过上表的数据对比可以看出,与常规的管道内衬层相比,虽然本发明的烘烤强度低于常规喷涂料,但是其600℃,800℃,1100℃的抗折和耐压强度均优于常规喷涂料,在热风管道的400℃到1000℃工作环境下,其工作温度下的强度较传统喷涂料有较大优势;材料整体设计的体积密度也大大低于常规内衬材料,起到了很好的保温隔热性能,降低了管道的热损耗,减少了能源损失,有利于企业的节能减排。以上数据说明本发明充分兼顾了材料的保温及耐磨性能,使用效果优良。

Claims (2)

1.一种管道保温耐磨涂抹料,其特征在于:是由原料漂珠、纳米空心陶瓷微珠、废电瓷颗粒、膨胀蛭石、广西白泥、活性氧化铝粉、硅微粉、羧甲基纤维素、环氧树脂、T系列固化剂、聚丙烯防爆纤维按下述重量份配比配制而成:
粒度0.1~1mm的漂珠 10~30份,
粒度0.2~0.8mm的纳米空心陶瓷微珠15~20份,
粒度0.2~0.5mm的废电瓷颗粒20~50份,
30~70目的膨胀蛭石5~10份,
200~320目的广西白泥10~18份,
活性氧化铝粉1~3份,
粒度1μm的硅微粉1~3份,
羧甲基纤维素0.5~2份,
环氧树脂3~13份,
T系列固化剂0.2~0.8份,
聚丙烯防爆纤维0.03~0.06份。
