Abstract
The invention relates to the field of installation of automobile steering columns, in particular to an adjustable steering column installation device. The invention provides an adjustable steering column installation device which comprises an upper installation arm and a lower installation arm, wherein the upper installation arm and the lower installation arm are used for being connected with a steering column, the upper installation arm is provided with a lower installation block, the lower installation block is hinged with the upper installation arm, an installation long hole is formed in the lower installation arm, the lower installation block is fixedly connected with any position of the installation long hole, the lower installation arm is further provided with a lower fixing block directly connected with the steering column, the upper installation arm is further provided with an upper fixing block directly connected with the steering column, and the upper fixing block is hinged with the upper installation arm. The connecting position of the lower mounting arm and the upper mounting arm can be adjusted, and the steering column mounting with different position relations in a certain range is realized, so that the mounting device is suitable for mounting a plurality of different steering columns.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the adjustable steering column mounting device comprises an upper mounting arm 2 and a lower mounting arm 3 which are used for being connected with a steering column 1, wherein the upper mounting arm 2 is provided with a lower mounting block 21, the lower mounting block 21 is hinged with the upper mounting arm 2, a mounting long hole 31 is formed in the lower mounting arm 3, the lower mounting block 21 is fixedly connected with any position of the mounting long hole 31, the lower mounting arm 3 is further provided with a lower fixing block 32 which is directly connected with the steering column 1, the upper mounting arm 2 is further provided with an upper fixing block 22 which is directly connected with the steering column 1, and the upper fixing block 22 is hinged with the upper mounting arm 2.
Wherein, the lower mounting arm 3 can rotate 180 degrees around the upper mounting arm 2, and the upper fixing block 22 can only rotate 270 degrees around the upper mounting arm 2 because the limiting plate 23 is arranged at the joint of the upper mounting arm 2 and the upper fixing block 22.
The lower fixed block 32 is provided with a lower connecting hole 33, the lower connecting hole 33 is connected with the steering column 1 through a fastener, the upper fixed block 22 is provided with an upper connecting hole, the upper connecting hole is connected with the steering column 1 through a fastening structure, and the steering column 1 is connected to the upper mounting arm 2 and the lower mounting arm 3 through the two-point positioning mode of the upper fixed block 22 and the lower fixed block 32.
Preferably, the front end of the upper mounting arm 2 is provided with two upper fixing blocks 22, and the two upper fixing blocks 22 are symmetrically hinged on two sides of the central axis of the upper mounting arm 2. The lower mounting arm 3 is provided with two mounting long holes 31 in parallel, the lower mounting block 21 is correspondingly provided with two mounting round holes, and the mounting round holes are fixedly connected with the mounting long holes 31 through fasteners.

In this design the main mounting arm 5 can be adjusted in height on the mounting frame 4 so that the whole mounting device can meet the requirements of different stations.
The adjustable steering column mounting apparatus utilizes a triangle to change the length of the third triangle side by adjusting the angle of two of the sides or changing the length of two of the sides of the triangle. The length of the steering column 1 to be installed in the present invention is the length of the third triangle, and the upper and lower mounting arms 2 and 3 are the two triangles to be adjusted in the triangle. The upper mounting arm 2 and the lower mounting arm 3 are connected by adopting a hinged structure, the upper mounting arm 2 is hinged with an upper fixing block 22, the lower mounting arm 3 can rotate 180 degrees around the upper mounting arm 2, and the upper fixing block 22 is correspondingly designed to be 270 degrees in a rotation range so as to be matched with the lower mounting arm 3 to adjust the angle connected with the steering column 1.
