技术领域
本发明涉及高光塑料件的注塑模具及加工方法。
背景技术
在一些塑料产品中,人们对外观的表面要求非常高(例如汽车外部的装饰件、手机外壳等),而已有注塑模具对塑料件注塑成型后,塑料件的表面通常会有熔接线、熔接痕、波纹、银丝纹等,且塑料件表面无法达到高光、高亮度,因此已有技术通常还需要对注塑成型的塑料件进行后期喷涂或是二次加工,这样降低了生产效率,且提高了生产成本,而二次加工则可能造成塑料件的损伤,影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种塑料件表面光亮,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,保证产品质量的高光塑料件的注塑模具及加工方法。
本发明高光塑料件的注塑模具的技术方案是:包括型腔和型芯,型腔中设置型腔镶块,型芯中设置型芯镶块,型腔镶块和型芯镶块之间形成模腔,其特征在于:所述的型腔和型腔镶块中开有水路孔和汽路孔,汽路孔与模腔表面的间距H为10—12mm,在型腔内壁开有壁空槽和隔热凸板,隔热凸板与型腔镶块的底面相接触,在型腔镶块的上端面位于模腔的外侧和内侧均匀分布排气槽,各排气槽的间距为20—25mm。
本发明高光塑料件的加工方法,其特征在于:
⑴、注塑:采用注塑机对注塑模具内的模腔注入热融的胶料;
⑵、通水蒸汽:在注塑过程中,采用模温机往汽路孔中通入水蒸汽,直至模具完成注塑;
⑶、通冷却水:在注塑完成后,采用水泵将冰水从水路孔中通入;
⑷、开模:当塑料件冷却定型后,模具开模,并将塑料件顶出脱模。
本发明公开了一种高光塑料件的注塑模具及加工方法,通过在型腔和型腔镶块中开有水路孔和汽路孔,汽路孔到模腔表面的间距H为10—12mm,这样使注塑模具在对塑料件进行注塑过程中,先往汽路孔中通入高温的水蒸汽,对注塑模具进行加热,使模具达到温度达到80°—130°,这样能有效提高热融胶料的流动性,从而消除产品表面的熔接线、熔接痕等,当塑料件注塑成型后,停止通入水蒸气,此时往水路孔中通入冰水,使模具温度迅速降低,并使塑料件快速冷却定型,防止塑料件表面缩水,使塑料件表面 光洁度达到镜面水平,另外在型腔内壁开有避空槽,可减少型腔与型腔镶块的接触面,并能给受热膨胀的型腔镶块让出空间,而在型腔内壁底面上制有隔热凸板,同样是减少型腔与型腔镶块的接触面,并能减少热能的损失,而在模腔的外侧和内侧均匀分布排气槽,各排气槽的间距为20—25mm,提高模具的排气效率,避免塑料件出现波纹、银丝纹、飞边等,并且无需后期喷涂和二次加工,提高了生产效率,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种高光塑料件的注塑模具及加工方法,如图1—图4所示,包括型腔1和型芯,型腔中设置型腔镶块2,型芯中设置型芯镶块,型腔镶块和型芯镶块之间形成模腔3,其特征在于:所述的型腔1和型腔镶块2中开有水路孔4和汽路孔5,汽路孔与模腔表面的间距H为10—12mm,在型腔1内壁开有壁空槽6和隔热凸板7,隔热凸板与型腔镶块2的底面相接触,在型腔镶块的上端面位于模腔3的外侧和内侧均匀分布排气槽8,各排气槽的间距为20—25mm。
本发明高光塑料件的加工方法,其特征在于:
⑴、注塑:采用注塑机对注塑模具内的模腔3注入热融的胶料;
⑵、通水蒸汽:在注塑过程中,采用模温机往汽路孔5中通入水蒸汽,直至模具完成注塑;
⑶、通冷却水:在注塑完成后,采用水泵将冰水从水路孔4中通入;
⑷、开模:当塑料件冷却定型后,模具开模,并将塑料件顶出脱模。
本发明公开了一种高光塑料件的注塑模具及加工方法,通过在型腔1和型腔镶块2中开有水路孔4和汽路孔5,汽路孔到模腔3表面的间距H为10—12mm,这样使注塑模具在对塑料件进行注塑过程中,先往汽路孔5中通入高温的水蒸汽,对注塑模具进行加热,使模具达到温度达到80°—130°,这样能有效提高热融胶料的流动性,从而消除产品表面的熔接线、熔接痕等,当塑料件注塑成型后,停止通入水蒸气,此时往水路孔4中通入冰水,使模具温度迅速降低,并使塑料件快速冷却定型,防止塑料件表面缩水,使塑料件表面光洁度达到镜面水平,另外在型腔内壁开有避空槽6,可减少型腔1与型腔镶块2的接触面,并能给受热膨胀的型腔镶块让出空间,而在型腔内壁底面上制有隔热凸板7,同样是减少型腔1与型腔镶块2的接触面,并能减少热能的损失,而在模腔3的外侧和内侧均匀分布排气槽8,各排气槽的间距为20—25mm,提高模具的排气效率,避免塑料件出现波纹、银丝纹、飞边等,并且无需后期喷涂和二次加工,提高了生产效率,降低生产成本。

Claims (2)

1.高光塑料件的注塑模具,包括型腔(1)和型芯,型腔中设置型腔镶块(2),型芯中设置型芯镶块,型腔镶块和型芯镶块之间形成模腔(3),其特征在于:所述的型腔(1)和型腔镶块(2)中开有水路孔(4)和汽路孔(5),汽路孔与模腔表面的间距H为10—12mm,在型腔(1)内壁开有壁空槽(6)和隔热凸板(7),隔热凸板与型腔镶块(2)的底面相接触,在型腔镶块的上端面位于模腔(3)的外侧和内侧均匀分布排气槽(8),各排气槽的间距为20—25mm。
2.高光塑料件的加工方法,其特征在于:
⑴、注塑:采用注塑机对注塑模具内的模腔(3)注入热融的胶料;
⑵、通水蒸汽:在注塑过程中,采用模温机往汽路孔(5)中通入水蒸汽,直至模具完成注塑;
⑶、通冷却水:在注塑完成后,采用水泵将冰水从水路孔(4)中通入;
⑷、开模:当塑料件冷却定型后,模具开模,并将塑料件顶出脱模。
