Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", and the like are used herein for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting.
Fig. 1 and 2 schematically show a cooking appliance according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in which an electric pressure cooker 100 is taken as an example of the cooking appliance, but of course, the cooking appliance may be other appliances such as an electric rice cooker.
As shown in fig. 1, the electric pressure cooker 100 includes a pot body having a pot body upper portion 110 and a pot body lower portion 120. The body lower portion 120 is substantially in the shape of a rounded rectangular parallelepiped and has a cylindrical inner pot receiving portion (not shown) into or from which an inner pot can be freely put or taken out to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The inner pot is generally made of a metal material and has a circular opening on an upper surface for containing a material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc. In addition, a heating device for heating the inner pot may be included in the pot body lower part 120.
Generally, the electric pressure cooker 100 further comprises a control device (not shown) disposed in the cooker body, the control device comprising a circuit board module and sensing devices (such as a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a pressure sensor, etc.). The sensing device is used for sensing and collecting various data (such as temperature, humidity and pressure) in the pot body, and the circuit board module is electrically connected with the sensing device and can control the heating device according to the data.
The upper pot part 110 has a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape and substantially corresponds to the shape of the lower pot part 120. As shown in FIG. 2, pan body upper portion 110 rotatably covers pan body lower portion 120 via a coupling 160, such as a hinge member, allowing pan body upper portion 110 to move relative to pan body lower portion 120 between an open position and a closed position as shown in FIG. 1. The connection device 160 is disposed at one end of the electric pressure cooker and connects the upper pot part 110 and the lower pot part 120. In addition, an exhaust device 140 such as a pressure limiting valve may be further disposed on the upper part 110 of the pot body, and the steam in the inner pot may be exhausted to the external atmosphere through the exhaust device 140.
In the illustrated embodiment, a handle 130 is provided on the pan body upper portion 110, and a user can use the handle 130 to move the pan body upper portion 110 from the closed position to the open position.
In the illustrated embodiment, the handle 130 is provided with a projection device 133 electrically connected to the circuit board module. The projection device 133 projects light to form a visible projection image on the top surface of the pot. The projection device 133 may output information such as the operation state of the electric pressure cooker 100 to the user. In other embodiments not shown, the projection device may be located elsewhere on the handle and/or project light to a surface other than the top surface of the pan body.
Conventionally, the projection device 133 may have a bulb and a filter. The projection device 133 may further have a rotating member, which functions like a pan and tilt head, for adjusting the projection angle and position of the visual projection image, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the rotating member may be a member capable of rotating in a vertical direction, a member capable of rotating in a horizontal direction, or a member capable of rotating in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction.
The function operating region and/or the display region of the cooking appliance on the market at present are often disposed on the front side or the top surface of the cooking appliance, thereby causing inconvenience to the user. The present invention avoids the problem of inconvenient operation in operation or observation by providing the projection device 133 on the handle 130 of the cooking appliance.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, handle 130 is preferably configured to be rotatable or translatable in a horizontal direction to lock and unlock pan body upper portion 110 and pan body lower portion 120. Such an operation may facilitate locking or unlocking the electric pressure cooker 100. In addition, a lid opening button 150 may be provided on pan body lower portion 120, lid opening button 150 being configured to move pan body upper portion 110 from the closed position at least partially away from pan body lower portion 120, thereby allowing a user to open pan body upper portion 110 more easily and avoiding injury to the user from steam spilled over that may occur when pan body upper portion 110 has just been removed from the closed position away from pan body lower portion 120.
In addition, since the handle 130 can rotate or translate, the projection device 133 disposed on the handle 130 can move along with the rotation or translation of the handle 130, and in some cases, the projection information projected by the projection device 133 can be projected onto a surface other than the pot body 100, such as a surface carrying the electric pressure cooker 100.
The information displayed by the projection image generated by the projection device 133 may include at least one of a cooking process, a function display, a menu and a trademark identification, as required, thereby facilitating a user to better observe the working condition of the electric pressure cooker 100. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, such information may optionally be projected to the projected information area 111.
Referring to fig. 1, optionally, the handle 130 includes a connecting portion 132 and a grip portion 131. The connecting part 132 is connected with the upper part 110 of the pan body, and the holding part is connected with the connecting part 132. In order to enable the user to use the handle 130 more easily, the grip portion 131 at least partially protrudes from the connection portion 132 in the horizontal direction, thereby allowing the user to rotate or lift the handle 130 more easily. Of course, the shapes of the grip portion 131 and the connecting portion 132 are not limited to those shown in the drawings.
Further, for more convenient operation and observation, the projection device 133 may be disposed on a surface of the handle 130 (e.g., a lower surface of the grip portion 131). Specifically, the projection device 133 may be disposed on one end of the lower surface of the grip 131. Therefore, the projected image can be projected to the top surface of the pot body (namely the upper surface of the upper part 110 of the pot body), and the user can observe the projected image conveniently.
In addition, the electric pressure cooker 100 may be further provided with an optical positioning device (not shown) for sensing an operation of the projected image generated by the projection device 133 and forming a command input. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the optical positioning device can be located near projection device 133 or be integrally constructed with projection device 133, but can also be located where the projected image produced by projection device 133 is located (such as the top surface of the pan body, i.e., the upper surface of pan body upper portion 110). The optical positioning device may sense operations such as the user's hand on the projected image generated by the projection device 133, for example, the operation of blocking the projected image, so as to generate corresponding feedback, and transmit the feedback signal as an input to the control device.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in addition to the information projection area 111, different indicators 112 are disposed on the top surface of the pot, and the projection device 133 projects light to the indicators 112 to form a light spot (as one of the visible projection images) to indicate that the cooking utensil is in the state of the indicators 112 corresponding to the indicators 112. For example, the indication mark 112 may be in the form of "cook rice", "keep warm", etc., and the light spot projected by the projection device 133 may illuminate the indication mark 112 or project a light spot with a color to indicate to the user that the electric pressure cooker 100 is in the corresponding working state.
In addition, different input keys 113 can be arranged at different positions of the top surface, and the input keys 113 can be common sensing devices such as pressure sensors or capacitance and inductance sensors. The projection device 133 projects light to the input key 113 and forms a light spot to prompt or guide the user to perform an operation. For example, the input key 113 may be labeled with information such as "start" and "stop", and when the circuit board module of the electric pressure cooker 100 determines that the current condition (temperature, humidity, pressure, etc.) can start cooking, the projection device 133 projects a light spot on the input key 113 labeled "start" to prompt the user that cooking can be started.
Of course, only the input key 113 may be provided, and no information is marked on the input key 113, in which case the projection device 133 may project a light spot with a character such as "start" on the input key 113, and thus, in different states, the same input key 113 may have different functions as the projection information projected by the projection device 133. This simplifies the operation, and usually the user only needs to click a few input keys 113 to complete the required work.
In order to reduce the user's operation and save the area of the projected area, it is conceivable to project information such as the current operating state on the input key 113 without the label information, i.e., project the information output by the above-mentioned label on the input key 113. Thus, the input key 113 can be used as both input and output, thereby saving space and simplifying operation.
