技术领域
本发明型涉及输配电设置技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于电力变电站二次供电***的集中控制装置及方法。
背景技术
目前,现有的无人值班变电站能采集所有接入的设备的详细信息、工作状况、事件信息等情况,但控制与维护方面只局限于本变电站,没有实现远程操作。因此,一些***和设备的运行情况缺乏有效监视,故障或死机后往往长时间得不到发现和及时处理,为其发挥应有作用带来了隐患。一旦设备异常时,只有等运维人员赶到现场才能获得。一旦涉及到220kV以上变电站的故障,上级调度要求快速提交事件详细信息报告,在涉及多个变电站有事故情况下,给运维单位带来较大的压力。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种用于电力变电站二次供电***的集中控制装置及方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种用于电力变电站二次供电***的集中控制装置,包括:数字式交换机、服务器和以太网交换机,所述数字式交换机输出端分别与服务器和以太网交换机相连,服务器和以太网交换机的另一端分别与数字式电源管理器相连,数字式电源管理器的网络接口通过电力通讯网分别与数字式交换机、集中管理服务器、监测终端相连。所述用户终端是触摸屏。
一种用于电力变电站二次供电***的集中控制方法,其步骤如下:
1)采用的服务器、以太网交换机通过数字式交换机、电力通信网,实现与集中管理服务器的通讯;并实现对以太网交换机、数字式交换机设备及***的远程维护;
2)用户终端通过用户安全认证、授权后,才能访问集中管理服务器,保证了操作安全及自动化***安全可靠运行;
3)采用的数字式电源管器对服务器、以太网交换机设备进行电源管理,当出现死机情况时,重启服务器,提高了响应速度,降低了维护成本。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案, 本发明具有以下优越性:
一种用于电力变电站二次供电***的集中控制装置及方法,能够实现集中控制电力服务器,并实现对变电站二次供电设备进行远程维护。具有工作可靠,制作简单、安全性强的特点。
