本发明公开了一种母线槽插口装置,涉及低压输配电技术领域,包括槽体和安装在槽体内的绝缘支架;所述绝缘支架上均匀间隔开设有多个母线安装槽,且每个母线安装槽内均安装有母线,相邻两个母线之间安装有绝缘体;所述母线的两侧设置有绝缘的弹性夹片,且弹性夹片的下端固定绝缘体上;所述每个母线上均夹紧设置有Y型插脚,且Y型插脚插设在弹性夹片与母线之间;所述Y型插脚上方设置有插脚块。本发明稳固可靠,不会出现接触不良等情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及低压输配电技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种母线槽插口装置。
背景技术
现有的母线槽插口,由于其结构的原因,母线干线电流与插接箱在插接过程中,铜插脚不是直接***对应相序的铜插脚片外侧,故其接触电阻大,过载能力低,铜、铝材质直接过镀,提高了温升。因铜、铝材质硬度不同,无法使两者之间的插拔次数满足标准及使用要求,同时在插接时容易出现单面接触的现象,还容易偏移和歪斜, 其散热性能差,容易因为插脚温升超标导致短路,严重时甚至会导致 烧毁设备的故障。因此,十分需要一种稳定性佳、安全可靠的插接箱 插脚装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种母线槽插口装置,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种母线槽插口装置,包括槽体和安装在槽体内的绝缘支架;所述绝缘支架上均匀间隔开设有多个母线安装槽,且每个母线安装槽内均安装有母线,相邻两个母线之间安装有绝缘体;所述母线的两侧设置有绝缘的弹性夹片,且弹性夹片的下端固定绝缘体上;所述每个母线上均夹紧设置有Y型插脚,且Y型插脚插设在弹性夹片与母线之间;所述Y型插脚上方设置有插脚块。
进一步的,所述弹性夹片与绝缘体为插接方式连接。
进一步的,所述弹性夹片为弯折状,且相邻两个弹性夹片呈菱形状。
进一步的,所述Y型插脚的插接端为直线状。
进一步的,所述Y型插脚与插接块为一体结构,且插接块上设置有安装孔。
本发明的有益效果是,通过Y型插脚与弹性夹片的配合,使Y型插脚夹紧插设在母线上,满足了Y型插脚与母线两者之间的插拔次数足以满足标准及使用要求,且稳固可靠,不会出现接触不良等情况。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的一种母线槽插口装置,包括槽体1和安装在槽体1内的绝缘支架2,槽体1的下端设置有安装耳,绝缘支架2固定安装在槽体1内,且绝缘支架2与槽体1通过密封胶粘合;所述绝缘支架2上均匀间隔开设有多个母线安装槽3,且每个母线安装槽3内均安装有母线4,母线4嵌设在母线安装槽3内,相邻两个母线4之间安装有绝缘体5;所述母线4的两侧设置有绝缘的弹性夹片6,母线4两侧的弹性夹片6对称设置,且弹性夹片6的下端固定绝缘体5上;所述每个母线4上均夹紧设置有Y型插脚7,Y型插脚7倒置设置,且Y型插脚7插设在弹性夹片6与母线4之间,通过弹性夹片6的夹紧,使Y型插脚7插紧在母线4上;所述Y型插脚7上方设置有插脚块8。
所述弹性夹片6与绝缘体5为插接方式连接,使弹性夹片6插紧设置在绝缘体5上,放置弹性夹片6与绝缘体5脱落。所述弹性夹片6为弯折状,且相邻两个弹性夹片6呈菱形状,能有效将Y型插脚卡7紧在母线4与弹性夹片6之间,能有效防止因多次的插拔使Y型插脚7与母线4之间接触不良。所述Y型插脚7的插接端为直线状,使Y型插脚7的结构稳固,且插接方便。所述Y型插脚7与插接块8为一体结构,使Y型插脚7与插接块8之间的结构更加稳固,且插接块8上设置有安装孔,安装孔用于方便电连接其他的电器元件,使安装更加方便。

1.一种母线槽插口装置,其特征在于:包括槽体和安装在槽体内的绝缘支架;所述绝缘支架上均匀间隔开设有多个母线安装槽,且每个母线安装槽内均安装有母线,相邻两个母线之间安装有绝缘体;所述母线的两侧设置有绝缘的弹性夹片,且弹性夹片的下端固定在绝缘体上;所述每个母线上均夹紧设置有Y型插脚,且Y型插脚插设在弹性夹片与母线之间;所述Y型插脚上方设置有插脚块;所述弹性夹片为弯折状,且相邻两个弹性夹片呈菱形状;所述Y型插脚的插接端为直线状;所述Y型插脚与插接块为一体结构,且插接块上设置有安装孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的母线槽插口装置,其特征在于,所述弹性夹片与绝缘体为插接方式连接。
