Abstract

本发明提供一种铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,包括缆线、填充层、包带、隔离层、铠装层及外护层,其中所述的缆线的导体芯为铝合金制成,导体芯的外部绕包矿物质防火层,防火层的外部包覆有绝缘层;多根缆线密实排列,由绕包带绕包两层,绕包层外依次包覆隔离层、铠装层及外护层,绕包层与隔离层之间填充有填充层;优点为:重量轻,价格低,是铜芯电缆价格的70%左右,安装方便防氧化,使用寿命长,经济实惠,用户满意。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金导体电缆领域,尤其是涉及一种铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆。
背景技术
由于中国铜资源缺乏,产出远远满足不了需求,需要大量从国外进口且价格昂贵,制造电缆需求量大,价格成本高。我国铝资源丰富,传统的铝芯电缆接触电阻大,氧化快,使用寿命短,因此铝合金导体及铝合金铠装电缆性能好,使用寿命长,电缆安全工作可达40年,且经济实惠,是代替铜电缆的最好的选择,我公司成立研发小组,经过半年的努力,购进新设备,设计新工艺,铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲电力电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆。
本发明提供新的技术方案是:铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,包括缆线、填充层、包带、隔离层、铠装层及外护层,所述的缆线的导体芯为铝合金制成,导体芯的外部绕包矿物质防火层,防火层的外部包覆有绝缘层;多根缆线密实排列,由绕包带绕包两层,绕包层外依次包覆隔离层、铠装层及外护层,绕包层与隔离层之间填充有填充层。
所述的导体芯采用8000系列铝合金杆拉制、绞合、紧压、退火而成。
所述的绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯。
所述的绕包层的绕包带为PE带。
所述的填充层采用聚丙烯填充绳。
所述的铠装层采用5000系列铝合金钢带联锁铠装。
所述的外护层采用聚氯乙烯或低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃挤出成型。
所述的制造工艺为:将铝合金杆拉拔成绞线用的单丝,然后用84盘框绞机绞线紧压成型达到标准,导体进行退火处理,处理完毕,进入挤包绝缘工序,绝缘工序完成后,进入成缆绕包工序,成缆工序完成后进入联锁铠装工序,挤包电缆护套,喷印标识成品检验。
本发明的有益效果是:铝合金导体电缆,是代替铜芯电缆输送电能的理想产品,重量轻,价格低,是铜芯电缆价格的70%左右,安装方便防氧化,使用寿命长,经济实惠,用户满意,电缆的投产将为我公司的发展带来可观的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,包括缆线、填充层4、包带5、隔离层6、铠装层7及外护层8,所述的缆线的导体芯1为铝合金制成,导体芯1的外部绕包矿物质防火层2,防火层2的外部包覆有绝缘层3;多根缆线密实排列,由绕包带5绕包两层,绕包层外依次包覆隔离层6、铠装层7及外护层8,绕包层与隔离层6之间填充有填充层4。
所述的导体芯1采用8000系列铝合金杆拉制、绞合、紧压、退火而成。
所述的绝缘层3采用交联聚乙烯。
所述的绕包层的绕包带5为PE带。
所述的填充层4采用聚丙烯填充绳。
所述的铠装层7采用5000系列铝合金钢带联锁铠装。
所述的外护层8采用聚氯乙烯或低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃挤出成型。

采购铝合金杆→拉丝→绞线→退火→绕包矿物质防火层2→挤包绝缘→成缆绕包→联锁铠装→挤包护套→喷印标识→成品检验。

1.铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,包括缆线、填充层(4)、包带(5)、隔离层(6)、铠装层(7)及外护层(8),其特征在于:所述的缆线的导体芯(1)为铝合金制成,导体芯(1)的外部绕包矿物质防火层(2),防火层(2)的外部包覆有绝缘层(3);多根缆线密实排列,由绕包带(5)绕包两层,绕包层外依次包覆隔离层(6)、铠装层(7)及外护层(8),绕包层与隔离层(6)之间填充有填充层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的导体芯(1)采用8000系列铝合金杆拉制、绞合、紧压、退火而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层(3)采用交联聚乙烯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的绕包层的绕包带(5)为PE带。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的填充层(4)采用聚丙烯填充绳。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的铠装层(7)采用5000系列铝合金钢带联锁铠装。
7.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金导体柔性耐弯曲防火电缆,其特征在于:所述的外护层(8)采用聚氯乙烯或低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃挤出成型。
