Description

Sealing structure capable of being automatically opened
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealing structure capable of being opened automatically.
Background
When the design standard and the over-design standard of the nuclear power station are in accidents (extremely low probability events), a large amount of hydrogen is generated in the containment, the hydrogen reaches a certain concentration, the explosion lower limit is exceeded, explosion accidents can be caused, and the safety of the containment is threatened.
The existing nuclear power station generally adopts a passive hydrogen combiner to solve the problem of hydrogen elimination in the containment enclosure environment. However, in a non-accident state, the passive hydrogen recombiner is in a standby state for a long time, and the catalyst is exposed to the environment and is easily influenced by poisoning substances generated during the maintenance equipment and the operation of the equipment in the containment, so that the performance of the catalyst is reduced. In particular, since the probability of occurrence of design reference accidents and serious reference accidents is extremely low, the passive hydrogen recombiner is in a standby state for a long time during the normal operation of the nuclear power plant, and the catalytic unit is exposed to the environment in the containment for a long time, so that the catalytic unit is disabled. In addition, during the running process or maintenance of the equipment in the containment, aerosol which can poison the catalyst is generated, in order to prevent the catalyst surface active center from being accidentally covered to lead to the deactivation of the catalyst, in general, in the maintenance requirement of the passive hydrogen compounder, the isolation protection of the hydrogen compounder is clearly required during the overhaul, but the operation is not easy to realize in the actual implementation; even if isolation protection is performed during overhaul, routine equipment repair and maintenance situations still occur. In the existing hydrogen compounder, the function of the catalytic unit is difficult to be well protected, the catalytic unit is prevented from being influenced by external adverse environment, and the aim of well ensuring the performance in the standby period is effectively fulfilled.
Therefore, how to provide a sealing structure, which can enable the hydrogen compound device to maintain a sealing state during the storage standby period in the containment vessel; in an accident state, the sealing structure is opened, so that the automatic operation of the hydrogen recombiner becomes a problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an automatically openable sealing structure including a sealing plate 2 and an elastic member 3; wherein, the sealing plate 2 is provided with a through hole 5, and a filter element is arranged on the through hole 5; the elastic element 3 is deformed when the temperature is greater than a preset value, and applies a force to the sealing plate 2 to open the sealing plate 2. The elastic element 3 generates deformation acting force according to temperature change so as to be opened, so that the sealing structure is kept in a sealing state under the normal condition, and can be automatically opened only when the temperature reaches a preset value, thereby realizing the automation of the sealing structure.
Preferably, the filter element is a high efficiency filter paper or a semi-permeable membrane. The sealing plate is provided with high-efficiency filter paper or a semipermeable membrane or HEPA or other materials as a filtering piece, and the filtering piece can permeate gases such as hydrogen and the like and can prevent aerosol particles from passing through. The balance of the internal and external gases is maintained, and no pressure difference exists. Meanwhile, part of hydrogen can enter the hydrogen compound device to react with the catalytic element in advance in the initial stage of the accident, so that the temperature of the catalytic element is increased.
Preferably, the elastic element 3 is made of a memory alloy or a bimetallic material, either unidirectional or bidirectional. Due to the adoption of the material, under certain temperature conditions, such as the ambient temperature being higher than 60 ℃, the sealing plate is opened according to the natural restoring force of the elastic element 3, so that the air channel of the hydrogen compound device 6 is opened, a large amount of hydrogen enters, and the normal hydrogen elimination function is realized.
Preferably, the preset value is 60-80 ℃. Other temperature values may be set according to actual needs.
Preferably, the automatically openable sealing structure is applied to the hydrogen recombiner 6. The hydrogen compounder 6 has an automatically openable sealing structure, so that the possibility of performance degradation caused by exposure of the catalyst to the environment and the poisoning substances generated during the maintenance of equipment and the operation of the equipment in the containment can be avoided.
Preferably, the sealing structure is preloaded at the interface of the hydrogen recombiner 6 with air. The sealing plate 2 is arranged at all the interfaces of the hydrogen compounder 6 with air circulation, and the sealing plate 2 is tightly pressed at the air circulation ports of the hydrogen compounder by a pre-tightening mode, so that the inside of the hydrogen compounder 6 is sealed.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pretension is provided in such a way that it is fixed using a fastener. A bolt fixture is used comprising a sealing fastener bolt 1 and a sealing fastener nut 7. A support 4 is provided between the sealing fastener bolt 1 and the sealing fastener nut 7. The sealing structure is prevented from being forced to be opened when the floating platform shakes, so that a good sealing effect can be achieved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the elastic member 3 includes a first elastic member 31 and a second elastic member 32, and the first elastic member 31 applies an outward tension to the fastening member to break the fastening member so that the sealing plate 2 is opened. Preferably, the second elastic element 32 applies a transverse shearing force to the fastener by the shearing member 8 to break the fastener and open the sealing plate 2.
Preferably, the hydrogen recombiner 6 is disposed within a containment vessel. Therefore, the problems that a large amount of hydrogen is generated in the containment when the design standard and the over-design standard accidents (extremely low probability events) of the nuclear power station occur, the hydrogen reaches a certain concentration, explosion accidents can be caused when the concentration exceeds the explosion lower limit, and the safety of the containment is threatened are solved.
In the present specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described in a different point from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to refer to each other. For the system disclosed in the embodiment, the description is relatively simple because of corresponding to the method disclosed in the embodiment, and the relevant points refer to the description of the method section.
Those skilled in the art may implement the described functionality using different approaches for each particular application, but such implementation is not intended to be limiting.
