Abstract

一种无边框显示装置,其包括:至少两块相邻拼接的显示屏,相邻的显示屏在拼接处形成拼接边框,其特征在于:还包括边框显示带,该边框显示带覆盖该拼接边框,该边框显示带包括:电路板,设置在该电路板其中一个表面的基底层以及在基底表面上阵列排布的发光二极管像素,多个该发光二极管像素阵列形成一个出光面,基底层中设置有导电孔,该发光二极管像素阵列的信号线通过导电孔与电路板电性连接,从而将每个发光二极管像素的信号线导引至与该出光面相背的一侧。

无边框显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及大屏幕拼接显示技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种无边框显示装置。
背景技术
大屏幕显示需求日益增多,由于常规显示器尺寸受限、且影院大屏幕投影亮度较低应用条件苛刻,把小尺寸的常规显示器拼接在一起,以实现超大屏幕显示已是一种常用的大屏幕显示方式,并广泛应用在各种场合,如交通监控中心、电力调度、地铁调度等各种指挥、调度中心、大型监控室。然而,现有技术中,若需要进行大屏幕拼接,常在显示屏幕的表面设置大口径的光学透镜,使用光学透镜对画面放大从而遮蔽显示边框。但是大口径光学透镜的厚度和重量较大,不仅难以加工和安装,而且成本很高。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能解决以上问题的显示装置。
一种无边框显示装置,其包括:至少两块相邻拼接的显示屏,相邻的显示屏在拼接处形成拼接边框,其特征在于:还包括边框显示带,该边框显示带覆盖该拼接边框,该边框显示带包括:电路板,设置在该电路板其中一个表面的基底层以及在基底表面上阵列排布的发光二极管像素,多个该发光二极管像素阵列形成一个出光面,基底层中设置有导电孔,该发光二极管像素阵列的信号线通过导电孔与电路板电性连接,从而将每个发光二极管像素的信号线导引至与该出光面相背的一侧。
与现有技术相比较,本发明通过在拼接边框处设置边框显示带,边框显示带包括出光面,使边框显示带的控制信号线及控制电路设置在背离出光面的位置,避免控制信号线及控制电路在边框显示带的侧边产生边框暗区,从而使观看者看到整体度较强的画面。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本技术方案提供的显示装置作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1至图4,其揭示了本发明一实施方式的无边框显示装置100。该无边框显示装置100包括多个显示屏10,边框显示带20,图像处理器30,色彩矫正器40,以及驱动电路50。
该显示屏10可以是液晶显示器、有机发光二极管(OLED)显示器、等离子显示器、背投影显示器、或阴极射线管显示器。每个该显示屏10包括显示区域110及环绕该显示区域110的边框120,相邻的显示屏10在拼接处形成拼接边框130。
该边框显示带20覆盖该拼接边框130,该边框显示带20包括:电路板21,设置在电路板21其中一个表面的基底层22、设置在基底层22表面上的发光二极管像素阵列23、设置在发光二极管像素阵列23表面的扩散片24、以及设置在扩散片24表面的微透镜阵列25。发光二极管像素阵列23包括阵列排布的发光二极管像素231。
在本实施方式中,该电路板21为双层电路板或多层电路板,电路板21的相背两个表面的电路相导通。优选地,该电路板21为氧化铝电路板,有利于该边框显示带20的散热。
基底层22中设置有导电孔220,发光二极管23通过导电孔220与该电路板21电性连接,从而将发光二极管23的信号线导引至该多层电路板21,由于该电路板21相背两个表面的电路相导通,从而可以将发光二极管23的信号线导引至电路板背离该基底层22的一侧。
每个发光二极管像素231发射给定(或者预定)原色的光(即,红光、绿光或蓝光)。例如,当发光二极管像素阵列23中的一个发光二极管像素231是发射红光时,设置在该发光二极管像素231周围的发光二极管像素231可以发射绿光或者发射蓝光,请参阅图5与图6,但也不限于如此排列,在其它实施方式中可以根据实际需要排列发光二级管像素231。
在本实施方式中,该发光二极管像素231为有机发光二极管(OLED),该发光二极管像素231包括主动矩阵有机发光二极管(AMOLED)或者被动式电激有机发光二极管(PMOLED)。每个发光二极管像素231包括有控制信号线(图未示),该控制信号线设置在背离出光面230的一侧。控制信号线包括为像素单元提供行选通的扫描信号的栅极线(Gate line,也即扫描线)、提供列选通的数据信号的数据线。工作时,扫描信号与数据信号同时作用于与每个发光二级管231相电连接的TFT,通过对TFT的导通或截止进行控制,实现对与之连接的OLED的电流的控制,从而使OLED在可控的一帧时间内都能够发光,以显示图像。
该扩散片24设置在发光二极管像素阵列23的表面,用于发散光线及匀光,且用于降低边框显示带20的发光二极管像素阵列23造成的热点(Hot-Spots)现象。
该微透镜阵列25设置在该扩散片24的表面,用于保护该边框显示带20,该微透镜阵列25远离该发光二极管像素阵列23的表面设置有呈阵列排布的透镜251,透镜251的数量与发光二极管像素231的数量一致,且每个透镜251的尺寸与显示屏10的像素大小相当,譬如若显示屏10的像素大小是2.5mm*3.5mm,则微透镜阵列25中单一透镜251的大小h*d=(2.5mm +/- 0.5mm)*(3.5mm +/-0.7mm),其中h代表透镜的厚度,d代表透镜的直径,从而使透镜251呈现显示屏10对应的像素及用于对每个发光二极管像素231发出的光线进行汇聚,也即使该微透镜阵列25使边框显示带20的解析度与显示屏10的解析度趋于一致,从而使观看者看到整体度较强的画面。
在其它实施方式中,该边框显示带20还包括滤光片,该滤光片设置在该发光二极管像素阵列23与该扩散片24之间,用于消除杂光。
该图像处理器30与每个该边框显示带20以及该显示屏10电性连接,该图像处理器30用于把待显示的图像信号分为多份,分别传给显示屏10与边框显示带20显示。在本实施方式中,该图像处理器30将图像分为11份供6个显示屏与5个边框显示带20使用,5个边框显示带20分别为:水平方向的一个边框显示带,以及位于竖直方向的4个边框显示带,边框显示带20之间信号无交叉,从而用于显示各自独自的图像信号。
该色彩矫正器40用于校正该边框显示带20的颜色,使边框显示带20显示的颜色与该显示屏10显示的颜色趋于一致。
该驱动电路50设置在电路板21远离该基底层22的一侧。也即该发光二极管像素231的信号线通过导电孔220与电路板21电性连接,而该驱动电路50又设置在电路板21背离该基底层22的一侧,从而实现了发光二极管像素231与驱动电路50电性连接。从而避免了将驱动每个发光二极管像素231的控制信号线与驱动电路50设置在发光二极管像素阵列23的侧面。该驱动电路50与该图像处理器30电性连接,用于接收图像处理器30发出的指令并驱动该边框显示带20以及该显示屏10显示图像信号。
综上所述,本发明通过在拼接边框处设置边框显示带,边框显示带包括出光面,使边框显示带的控制信号线及控制电路设置在背离出光面的位置,避免控制信号线及控制电路在边框显示带的侧边产生边框暗区,降低了显示装置的厚度与重量,且使观看者能看到整体度较强的画面。
应该指出,上述实施方式仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种无边框显示装置,其包括:至少两块相邻拼接的显示屏,相邻的显示屏在拼接处形成拼接边框,其特征在于:还包括边框显示带,该边框显示带覆盖该拼接边框,该边框显示带包括:电路板,设置在该电路板其中一个表面的基底层以及在基底表面上阵列排布的发光二极管像素,多个该发光二极管像素形成一个出光面,基底层中设置有导电孔,该发光二极管像素的信号线通过导电孔与电路板电性连接,从而将每个发光二极管像素的信号线导引至与该出光面相背的一侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的无边框显示装置,其中:该边框显示带还包括设置在该发光二极管像素表面的微透镜阵列。
3.如权利要求1所述的无边框显示装置,其中:该无边框显示装置还包括图像处理器,每个该边框显示带以及该显示屏幕均与该图像处理器电性连接,该图像处理器用于把待显示的图像信号分为多份,分别传给该显示屏与该图像显示带显示。
4.如权利要求1所述的无边框显示装置,其特征在于:该发光二极管像素包括主动矩阵有机发光二极管或者被动式电激有机发光二极管。
5.如权利要求1所述的无边框显示装置,其特征在于:还包括驱动电路,该驱动电路设置在该电路板远离该基底层的一侧。
6.如权利要求2所述的无边框显示装置,其特征在于:还包括扩散片,该扩散片设置在该发光二极管像素阵列与该微透镜阵列之间。
7.如权利要求2所述的无边框显示装置,其特征在于:该微透镜阵列背离该发光二极管像素阵列的表面设置有呈阵列排布的透镜,透镜的数量与发光二极管像素的数量及位置一一对应。
8.如权利要求7所述的无边框显示装置,其特征在于:每个透镜的尺寸与显示屏的像素大小相当。
9.如权利要求6所述的无边框显示装置,其特征在于:还包括滤光片,该滤光片设置在该发光二极管像素阵列与该扩散片之间。
